| Nakami thought he overslept on the day that they were going for more photoshoots, but it's a fairly rainy day, so it's left to R&R (rest & recreation). As both Nakami and Magari does each of their stuff, the former is very focused on his photos while the latter is restless. Trying to go out of the house in the heavy rain to put on extra support to the house, and a hot meal to satiate their tastes, the momentary toe-touching is just as lewd and sweet. But they're out of supplies, and emergency arrives in lieu of their clique together. Anamizu was the surprise adding into the camping trip, and Kanikawa is just being hyped up for the things to come. With the smorgasbord of food that Ukegawa brought, as well as Anamizu being a gorilla girl for bringing lots of bananas, one white ziplock bag of powder...is for the party of Okonomiyaki. Everyone literally learning how to mix the food mixtures from Kanikawa, and taking a look at pictures that Nakami took, it's stunning. The training camp being in a very tight spot, and thanks to Nono, Ukegawa rounded everybody for help. Though he definitely knew that both his best bud and Magari are now together, despite the uncanny look on his face. The girls on their own soiree, and a scream from a wild female deer has them all terrified. It's nighttime, and fireworks are in place...as well as Ukegawa's traditional sing-along session with his ukulele, SO, SO GOOD. Amamizu being capable on a unicycle, Kanikawa doing her own thing, Nono blowing bubbles, and it's soon back left to the two after they all left. The couple's small discussion about their future, Nakami's worry to hold her hand and walk out of Summer together, but a phone call from Magari's mother about her sister makes waves, and she tries to downplay the issue, knowing that she got scolded real bad, The punishment: to go back home immediately, but she doesn't want to, and Nakami's worried, that creates their first-ever argument, though with the embarrassment that they aren't doing anything sexually inappropriate. Nakami's plan: clean up the house...and kidnap her to the Mawaki Site before their time ends. It's time to see the journey reach the finish line, by hook or by crook. Looking forward to the finale now... |

| Oh well, it's rainy, and it's gonna be rainy like that all week ... thats it, there really is only one thing we can do now, yes, we are going to have a wild and unprotected se- Anyway, full gang of friends ... and acquaintances is here, having some quality time together, but nevermind them, the tan lines girl is the true star and only person who really needed to show up. Tho, the main-kun's best friend guy has some insight into things, if you know what i mean ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) |

| It was great to see Magari and Nakami's friends arrive with supplies for them and to hang out together, been really loving this series and can't wait for the finale next week |
| Having friends around will surely make the gloomy weather feel a bit brighter... A rainy day unfortunately derailed Nakami and Magari's plans to go to Mawaki Site, but even in the bad weather, it was great that their friends came over to join them for a day. They all had fun with their fireworks, jokes, just a simple, fun time. Everyone seems to know that Nakami and Magari like each other, but there's no unnecessary teasing, and no sappiness about their relationship and everyone's friendship. Magari's parents, upon finding out that her sister wasn't with them, call for her to go home, understandably so, but this trip must be seen to the finish line, and Nakami will "kidnap" her there! Should be an interesting finale. |

| This last stretch of episodes is incredible, they are super intimate together. I dearly hope there's a season 2 SOON! Also hand holding = i sleep TOE-TOUCHING = REAL SHIT!  |
| I love how this show portrays youth. The kids having a sing alone around a bonfire and just dancing, fooling around and doing dumb shit is adolescence personified. The author seems to really get teenagers in a way that you don’t see much in this medium. That face Isaki made when Ganta wondered what type of old lady she’ll be was hard to watch. She’s clearly really depressed about her health situation and it’s a big source of anxiety for her. Poor girl Isaki’s sister wrong for posting that on IG tho 🤦🏽♂️ now her parents are gonna be coming for her. That should be fun next week. One more episode left 😩 can’t wait to read the manga after |

| For a minute I thought that this was the final episode and that it ended on a pseudo cliffhanger but luckily there is still one more episode left! (I forgot that this series got a 13th episode). This episode was great with Isaki's friends and Ganta's friend coming through with much needed supplies. Unfortunately, Isaki's sister decided to post on a social media (Instagram?) and now their mom knows that Isaki's alone with a guy. Can't really blame her parents for the potential implications but now Ganta is planning on "kidnapping" her, hopefully that won't get out of hand and get the police involved. The walk home after the friends left was great and Isaki saying how her grandma held hands with her husband led to Ganta holding hands with her, but that was after Isaki said who knows what the future has in store for her (jeez that potential red flag). Anyways, I'm looking forward to the final episode and hoping for a 2nd season announcement. |

| One more episode to go, am definitely going to miss the anime but good that the manga exists. Loved the friendship vibes of this episode whether it was with the girls as usual or even Ukegawa and Nakami in this episode. The fireworks and singing that happened at night had me feeling nostalgic about my own camping trips I had in the past with my friends when we traveled to another country and were having a ton of fun at night like that. Not too much happened besides their friends visiting the place and the ending with Isaki's mother finding about Haya leaving her alone with a boy for multiple days and is on the way to bring her home. But the episode still breezed by well and it was really nice to watch. |

| If this had the production values of Call of the night, I'm kind of sure this would've shared the same spot.. or maybe just a fraction behind Dangers in my heart this season. Though I'll have to say the source is still pretty much doing its work despite not having that "if". And hey Isaki's sister did nothing wrong, I mean we wouldn't have seen an innocent person going that far for his girl that way lol. Looking forward to finale. |

| that was a huge death flag when ganta said he feels like isaki would disappear if he didn't hold onto her hand. i was so scared of this having a your lie in april ending and that really makes it feel like that's what's going to happen. im absolutely devastated because i adore these two so much. on a brighter note, that last bit where ganta says "please let me kidnap you" to isaki was cute and funny. im looking forward to seeing that final masterpiece picture they take next episode. |

| Ukegawa whipping out the ukulele during the fireworks... Now who's the lady killer here exactly? Also, that song is stuck in my head now. 何となく... This is one of the most romantic anime I've ever seen and I'm here for it – this is exactly the kind of romance I can get behind! Nakami's polite kidnap declaration is just one of the many examples of moments my heart has genuinely been on the edge because of these two. |

| I needed this episode today, it was a bit of a bad day for me and this was just such a good escape from it. And damn was it a good one, Ganta and Isaki along with their friends had a literal slice of Heaven there, that looked like one of the best times you can possibly have. There were some good bits in there too, I enjoyed the cocaine joke a lot before they started cooking and the scary story was a good one as well, I recognized immediately that what they heard was an animal but they didn’t know and that got us some great reactions lol. Ukegawa’s song was really nice too, that man can play, maybe I could get him to play a Dead jam or two lol. And once all the friends left things felt a bit lonely, but Isaki and Ganta have each other so it’s not all bad, especially after the recent romantic developments. And damn man, the parents are justified but it still hurts to see, but Ganta ain’t gonna let it slide without one last outing to snap some good shots, hope he gets some bangers! And with that there’s one episode left, I think it’s safe to say now this is a 10/10 show, I loved it. |

| This is turning into one of my all time favorite romance anime. I love the realism and the actual progression in their relationship. I also enjoy the supporting characters. None of them feel over the top which is a nice change of pace because there’s usually one super annoying character in other romance anime and I don’t feel that way with these characters. It’s sad to see the season coming to an end but I’m hopeful that we’ll get a second season. |

The themes of youth is prevalent across her works. Simple fun interactions, jokes and banter. Laughing, dancing and singing is all done in a way that feels so natural. They’re just teens goofing off and having a great time together. No deep internal struggle or any underlying meanings behind it than just enjoying their time together. They showcase their personalities in simple ways. Anamizu being a stoic but fun figure making her best friend Isaki laugh with a unicycle. She also loves to be extra with physical labor, such as her super mixing, driving Kani up the wall. Kanikwa is an outgoing, energetically happy and sometimes bratty girl showing off her dancing skills from her club. She is also a lovable chef that wants her food to be the best and provide for her friends. Hence, she doesn’t want them to screw things up (she’s also a drug dealer lol). Nono is an artist, she is a focused individual, loves to tell ghost stories, and has a passion in drawing the beauty of things around her, even something as simple as the bubbles she blows. Finally, Ukegawa is a gentle guy. He’s not afraid to put himself out there and just have a great time. He sings in front of the girls and his childhood friend with not a single hint of nervousness. He also knows Ganta’s heart, them being best bros since they were little kids. He understands that his best friend is different, more open thanks to Isaki. The feelings of youth, friendship and a dreamy summer is just so well portrayed. You understand these teens are close without it being sappy or overbearing. They bring me back to the times I had in high school with my past friends, it’s nostalgic and beautiful. Back onto Ganta and Isaki, they held toes for the first time, had their first lovers quarrel, and now Isaki will be kidnapped! I get people are worried about the flags Isaki raises but understand it still comes her living with that fear for so long. Ganta takes the initiative this episode like the GOAT romance MC that he is. He holds onto Isaki’s hand and will take (kidnap) her to the finish line, the final destination of their trip. Get ready for the finale because Mawaki Ruins, here they come. Absolutely agree. This aspect is one of the main selling points for me |

| Whoa! I didn't expect Ukegawa has such a good voice~ and can play a ukulele too. That's so good. I kinda ship him with Nono-chan. They're adorable. Aahhh all because of Magari's big sis :( but wow, Nakami took a big step to kidnap her hahaha, can't wait for the last episode next week! Will Nakami really ask Magari out? Can't wait~~ |
