| he couldn't even lose on purpose rofl I'm seriously not happy with his solution to the problem. I know they'll all become dedicated baseball fanatics by the end of the season, but at the moment Goro's displaying the traits I hate most in him. which are also the traits that cause him so much trouble with his "team". a one man show just isn't all that interesting : ( |

| *I still haven't seen the OP, because it's a big spoiler* It's still somehow unbelievable how Goro would manage to go to Koshien and beat Kaido with a baseball club like this... well, I think the newcomers are going to be excellent in baseball? |

He likes to challenge himself, even putting his baseball career on the line, to try to become the best he can. |

| The tournaments are going to be a tad bit annoying, constantly being underestimated again. It just occurred to me but the only people who would know how good Goro is are the people from Kaido, and of course Mifune High, but the other teams are going to be in for a rather large surprise most likely. |

| Yeah, that last ball was definitely slower. It doesn't mean that it wasn't a good batting. He nailed it, that Fuji. That new girl is totally hilarious. I mean, of course I support GoroxShimizu, but that slutty attitude is freaking funny. She'll bring some life as the manager. Shimizu can't be the manager, she's the softball captain. Shigeno is on slipping slope, right? He doesn't feel at his best at all. Momoko also seem to have the short-fused. There is something they aren't telling Goro. |

| Now that Fuji was convinced, I hope the rest joins in the same episode so they can already start practicing and eventually skipping the year. I don't like the pointless love triangle. S1's "love" triangle with Ryoko was at least good since Goro took interest, but this is just a dumb chick clinging to Goro because all other guys there are lame. |

| I can't entirely blame that girl for wanting to hang around Gorou it all of the other guys aren't any fun, but it's probably going to be annoying if it causes any problems with Shimizu beyond the little spat in this episode. That was honestly a decent hit by Fuji, even if Gorou did hold back. At least he has some tenacity to him, unlike Maehara from S1. I'm still not sure that I care for this restart though. Gorou might not be in a situation where he has a choice, but claiming he'll carry the team on his own is a bit... eh. Even if he could somehow get there on his own, there's no way he would win at the Koshien tournament. The best teams will be able to get the occasional hit or bunt off of him and be able to get runs that way, at which point he's sunk. He needs a good team. |

| this season feeling like entirely another anime story with goro. i don't like so much the chracter development nor the character theme self, that spiky hair guy really annoyed me though i think he's going to be a good player. never the less, i like it. |
