That was quite a meeting though, one that I didn't anticipate. The arguments really escalated as well in the way that I found pretty fitting for some reason. | Poor Zuka, will she ever catch a break? Maybe it's just not meant to be. I'm still waiting for the clouds over her to lift like they do in the new opening. Well 3 of the 5 are now working together anyway. That new production assistant seemed like a douche to me, but maybe I'll start liking him eventually. |

| That meeting about voice acting candidates was really amusing. The three one vote people was hilarious to push what they want! Shizuka's audition was pretty nice, it was nice to see that her name was mentioned at least. Rii-chan getting a part-time job and a new production assistance. The studio at the end was quite something. |

Think twice before posting something like this. But yeah I have to agree with you that the occasional food porn fanservice breaks the mood. If I had to guess, the veteran voice actress would probably turn down the role due to some unforeseen circumstances, and Zuka will get the role. I just don't think there's much of a point for her to the show if she's the only one left out. So I'm pretty sure she'll pull through. In the meanwhile, Rii got a job without needing to go through a formal interview. Best girl, right there. |
| Damn, I feel for Zuka-chan, my reaction as she was talking was the same as the others, I hope the other VA somehow doesn't make it and they call her afterwards, P.A. pls ;_; my heart can't take much longer especially when the rest of the group is all together. It also kinda goes against what they said at the start, for the MC they didn't mind a rookie but they wanted someone with more experience for someone, I'm sure it'll work out either way though. The author's agent is also really annoying now, geez. | Poor Shizuka i thought she would get the role this time but it seems the where talking well of her so maybe something will happen and she will get a nice role in the anime. It would be nice to see her working with her friends. And that meeting about the audition was intense, those three guys where so selfish not listening to others at all. And they where judging on points that didn't have much to do with the roles. There is also the editor, his indifferent attitude explains why there are such big differences between the LN and the Anime of certain stories. Even if you consider budget and time limit the differences are sometimes to big, but if the director and author never meet it's certainly something that can be expected. |

| That seiyuu selection was really long, all day yelling and trying to impose their favorite seiyuu, it was a bit overreacted though. And poor Shizuka :(, I got my hopes up with her having a role in that anime, she's the only left out of that project :/. I hope something happens and she gets a secondary role or something. |

| The new guy seems useful despite being an annoying prick, he somehow makes me appreciate Taro's personality, even if he is lazy. Rest of the episode about a bunch of idiots who care about everything except actual voice acting ability, figures. Real life sucks mightily :-( At least its confirmed that Shizuka is definitely seiyuu material, the only thing she lacks is a work history/experience. All she needs is a break! |

| I guess it would have been too predictable for Shizuka to get the role in anime. The guys debating on who to choose spent all day doing that. Those 3 guys got rekt lol. Midori sort of reminded me of Iori from Kokoro Connect appearance wise. The food porn killed the mood of the show. Here we are watching a group of guys debate on who they should choose, then random food porn is shown, it's like it saying "don't listen to those clowns. Look at me instead, savor me, eat me now". xD |

But anyways, half of this episode was choosing the voice actors lol. These people. I'm sure there are some that do push for popularity or usefulness in character song sales or events....but I mean even popular seiyuu used to have no notable roles either. I hope that they are at least willing to invest in at least one fresh VA. I can see though why they care about sales a lot. That's obviously really important. Congrats to Midori though, who is already well-known in the company for her previous research on diesels. | Decent episode. Still in the process of hiring staff to take on the new show. That entire voice acting debate scene was brilliant, I really enjoyed seeing everyone's polarizing opinions clash together. And Mii-chan joined Musani, so thats good. Was I the only one that felt the animation was particularly awkward in this week's episode? I can't help to feel they frequently skipped frames throughout the duration of this entire thing. Worse case scenario they encounter the predicament of short funds... More Shizuka pain and suffering next episode please? |

| Pretty good episode, i like seeing peoples reasoning for the voice actors and it's sad that that is probably true in the industry. More importantly, dat ass, lol I have a feeling one of the voice actors will drop out or be complete shit and zuka will end up getting hired, at least i hope so. Heartbreaking when they are at her bar :( Good shit as usual anyways, looking forward to next week and hoping this show continues to do better and better :D |

As someone who is interested in the voice acting field (and who would someday hope to become one), I found this to be rather interesting. I know that this was extremely exaggerated, but I'm sure that it has some truth to it. I am fairly confident that Shizuka is going to get some type of role in the current project. It might not exactly be a leading role, but I am fairly confident that she'll get something. I was really proud of her for being so calm and collected when auditioning this episode. |

| Marry me Masao..sorry, Masahito Marukawa, you are my lord and savior. Even though the seiyuu audition meeting is horribly simplistic and over dramatic it's still within the context of the idea of anime production, if they have too much subtly many may spectacular which character is representing whom and start to point fingers, and that is not what P.A. Works wants. As long as the production team is just making fun of themselves it's fine, unlike western culture, public sarcasm towards anyone outside your group is heavily tattooed in Japanese culture. That's so many little things that is so easy to miss in just a blink of an eye, and that's why I think having Michiko Yokote to write this episode is so appropriate, she is good at mixing a relatively large cast of characters and giving each of them enough screen time to shine and not feel tiring at the same time. Just watching they going at each other is so enjoyable. |

I'm glad Midori is now working at Musani even its just part-time. Poor Shizuka. When I watched the raw I thought Shizuka would be chosen. But there's a chance she might replace one of the cast. |
