Other more deserving companies don't nearly get enough revenue from their shows unlike Shaft, so they can't even make sequels or OVAs. Even looking at popular shows like SAO which has a lot of hate; but I can still understand why some people might really like it. I don't understand why some people are fascinated with the monogatari series though. |

| Some interesting stuff here some generic...Winter season as usual. As for Monogatari I really enjoyed Bake when it aired, but the sequels haven't had the same impact for me. Still looking forward to Tsukimonogatari, but not super excited.. |

| Notice all the fun anime just sticks out like a sore thumb though unlike past seasons, I can't wait for Kancolle and Dog Days". Koufuku Graffiti and Military should be decent Hopefully Cinderella Girls has some of my favorites in it for the supporting cast and they get decent enough screentime, since none of my top 10 and 1 of my top 20 nearly none of my top favorites made the cut for the main cast and the choice may end up in a so-so anime. |

Those are the reasons why I find the show mediocre (apart from art). I think the art is good, but the animation is, err... peculiar to say the least. Not my type of thing with the close ups, the head poses and those "comedic" moments in the animation. Some of the most annoying characters I have ever seen in anime. I only like Araragi because of his perverted tendencies; I hate the main girl of the series. I'd say the series overall would be better for me without her. I hate it when characters threaten to kill the other characters because of love or something, even for comedy purposes; it's just not funny whatsoever. There is no story. The mystery aspect of the series is only there half the time. Half the episodes are completely useless. They should have either gone full out with the supernatural aspects; or just made it a full on slice-of-life romcom. Mixing these two is a no no. Although I'm sure this is handled better in the novels. It did have some good scenes that's why I say it's mediocre. The toothbrush scene had me literally rolling on floor laughing. Too few of these good scenes though to consider the series a masterpiece. |

Also I'll check out KnB 3(though not so hyped anymore like I was for the previous seasons), Tokyo Ghoul 2 andYuri Kuma Arashi. And I'm interested to see what kind of anime boost will the Assassination Classroom manga get. Slow season it really is. |

| As for now, I'm planning to watch Death Parade, Durarara!! and Aldnoah. I will also give a try Ansatsu Kyoushitsu (sounds weird enough), Koufuku Graffiti (because of the cooking) and Rolling Girls (because of the motorcycles). |
