| Like I said somewhere, the way Endo handle Melinda case is fully justifying taking those breaks by author... like medics often say if patient have delusions or hallucinations it's safer to accept those claims for patient well being and safety. Also I don't know if other said this alredy but slowly author was introducing us to "Anya arc"! + someone correct me if I'm wrong but when Donovan met Loid was there eclipse so he couldn't read Loid's mind? |

Twilight's doomed!! 😣😩 Anya's going to prepare "Plan D" if she is to encounter a mind-reading super boss. 🤣 And, poor Melinda...she's suffering all along from the mind-reading abilities of Donovan. And, Demitrius can hide his thoughts so that Donovan cannot read them. |

| So she does have Capgras syndrome. This chapter is huge, so Desmond can read minds. What was he thinking when he talked to Loid? This has got even more exciting, these chapters were soo good. Poor Melinda. |

| Both Anya and Desmond did a similar exhale during some high tensions scenes. Anya will be the real key learning about Desmond, if all this is true then Loid is def cooked, unless he and Anya can work together. Anya and Desmond are going to have a crazy telepathic conversation also the real plot twist is that Desmond is def just a chill guy who can read minds   |

| Not sure if Donovan can actually read people's thoughts the way Anya does, but yeah, this chapter has indeed clarified that he might be able to do that, even if to a certain extent. But then again, his meeting with Loid back then didn't give anything away. If he was actually aware what Loid was up to, we would've seen something happening behind the scenes, or could it be that something is actually happening and Donovan is just observing. Really though, can't wait to see what turn story would take from here on. |

| Well, Donovan had surgeon scars around his head, so he could get some experiments. Besides, flashbacks with Demetrius shows, that Donovan acted different than now. |
| What a bomb drop. Donovan can be an esper, but I think he won't be as good as Anya. Maybe he can use the ability for short amount and/or after triggering it with some drug or something. It's entirely possible he's so 200+IQ prodigy and knows Loid's identity but pretends to be oblivious for now. Can't wait to see how things go when we see him again. |
| Fascinating! So Donovan isn't an alien, but is a telepath who can read minds like Anya. I wonder if Melinda will visit again. I'd bet yes as Yor's friend. I also wonder, yet doubt if Anya will now reveal herself as a telepath sooner than later to Loid to help him... It would kinda ruin the buildup if it's kind of sudden, but I imagine it'll be epic however it happens. Awesome progress. Can't wait for the next chapter! |
| i was thinking the mind reading this is absurd but then remembered literally anya can, and there still hasn't been any explanation about that. the alien thing still sounds dumb as hell though. |

| CALLED IT! I knew Donovan was able to read minds like Anya! Will this lead to Loid finding out sooner than later that she can read minds? I doubt so at this moment, but if he did then that would be outrageous and I'd have no idea where the manga would go from there. |

So unless it turns out Desmond's ability isn't quite as advanced as Anya's, Loid is beyond screwed.

| This was a great chapter. Not just for the content we got but for the fact that it made me go and look at the first interaction Loid had with Donovan. The way it was written it could really go either way. At this point, I would like to think that Donovan cannot read minds. This is because it has been so long since then and nothing happened. Had he read Loid's mind he would know Loid is a spy and his cover was completely blown. |
