DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- A shopping trip between that Rei and that new Chinese friend she made heh I think this was a nice opportunity to spend some time outside of the house besides those who she is used to. Plus, I think Rei did looks nice in the outfits she tried on. Good luck to Jotaro on training that new technique. Doesn't seem like an easy task but he's got a focused mind. |

| Daughter became friend w. that China competitor who is a fan of actress mother. She visits them during the summer. Rotating x3 is ok but x4 is hard for his body. Uzumaki? Main guy saw ninja actor / ballerina doing ballet. Main guy lets him practice ballet. lol @ so many luggages from China competitor. Shopping and fashion phototaking. DDR w. High heel?! Then karaoke. Seeing Uzumaki in dance to get hint for rotating. It seems like China competitor knows who ninja actor is. It seems like she is more into idol than gymnast (liking singing more than gymnasm). Finding what she really want to do is from the mother. Then they are doing acting because daughter has fun acting. Showing Ninja movie that mother starred. Daughter deciding to be actress, but Ninja actor still couldn't find what he really want. | Great to see Rei spending time with her friend and learning more about herself... I hope that she will manage to become an actress. It's also interesting to learn more about Leo, he's sure a mysterious character. |

| Rei has made a friend: the Chinese gymnast Kitty Zhang. The first step into Japan for the Chinese competitor, and already brandishing the high life with her heap of endless credits a.k.a raising Rei's spirits up. Meanwhile, Jotaro is making good progress on perfecting the triple-turn Aragaki, a quadruple-turn would be great, but that's his physical limit for now to work on. Leo the Ballerina Ninja though, leaving him alone for practice is great, but the purpose itself to the overall plot is still aways away (with 3 episodes left to flesh). Intensive training it is then for Coach Amakusa, Jotaro and Leo! It's easy to find similarities to gymnastics and ballet in the technical sense, but incoporating through mere words takes a chunk of change and thought. OOPSIES, Kitty knows of Leo's true personality? Fangirl alert...though his hiding is somewhat understood at this juncture. The "idol superstar" dreamaholic sure is enthusiastic about her dreams, aside from her current gymnast activities. As for Rei, a re-enacting movie superstar dream into a movie actress, what a desire. Such a peaceful episode of just spending time with friends and re-living dreams and hopes abound. Stop hiding already Leo, you've gotta come out of your shell soon! And Jotaro's quadruple spin is just about to be realized. |

| Kitty came to turn the house upside down! Rei decides her acting dream, the Aragaki discover Leo's true profession and the whole episode had this sweet slice-of-life vibe. scenes from summer break, the karaoke at the bar, and even Britney's counseling appears again. its nice to see Jotaro accompany Leo in his dance practice and it was hilarious when Leo tried to explain how to imagine the quadruple spin with such strange words. (and in the end its seen that he is about to get it ^w^) |
| Rei now has a dream of becoming a famous actress. Good luck to her. Kitty Zhang is a good friend to have. Leonardo really is mysterious. Jotaro almost succeeded in his new move. |

| This show is still at it's absolute best when Rei takes the spotlight. It was adorable watching her hang out with Kitty and the montage with all those outfits was very cute. Loved the last part when Rei said she wanted to be an actress. |

Just when Leo got introduced to Kitty I thought "maybe she will start to like him and maybe she recognizes that he is a ballet dancer" ... and then it happened that she regocnized him. (Seems to loke his ballet. And funny when she wore the apron with the "i love ninja". :D) Other boy from Rei's school probably likes Rei. But still to shy to know it. I like how Leo and Joutaro can learn from each other. Great anime. MAPPA is often good with original works. And the guy that is responsible for "Series composition" also had been credited with the same position for Zombieland Saga. (Looking forward to the 2nd season there.) |

| Wow. The time already flying so fast when you had so many fun in the air, while the others focused on their training. Its happening on these episode too. The summer season already end, Jotaro finally found a way to finish his dream, at those quadruple moves. Thanks to Leo's effort to explaining him out of his thinking. Good chemistry of Jotaro and Leo there! Meanwhile, his one and only daughter, Rachel, finally found out her dream and try her best to reach it, after meeting with her new friend, Kitty Zhang. Such a solid objective, even Leo must be planning out through his own frights too. Everyone must be move on for their best lifes. Its funny, how i judge Zhang role to be so fishy at the Aragaki's house. But its looks like, its just a wholesome short vacation with her idol's daughter, there. No kidding. She even revealed Leo's real identity to the family. Which was nice for her. Okay, its a big role she had there, never expect to be something like that! Then, since the summer already end, Jotaro, soon, shall end all of his effort to one and only blow for those moves. Lets see how well it goes, at the last three episodes. It must be good. Also with the additional story of a brand new Rei's, a self-realization of her dream at the school, and don't forget about Leo's struggle to fight his fear too. It must be a fun ride .... |

| Woah, woah, woah, Rei and kitty’s relationship has grown a lot and they’ve only met each other once on the last day of the training camp. “If you don’t behave well, you’re going back to South Africa” lmao I do the same exact thing with my adopted brothers (it’s all fun and games tho) Love the OP it’s such a bop, rewatched it twice^^ When jotaros finger missed the bar and he just.....plop. Yay go kitty for helping rei. She was like an older sister figure in the episode. Love their relationship. A little rushed but wtvr. Leo has now been exposed. Don’t know how I feel abt that but atleast he is dancing publicly. I love these sorts of anime’s that have one “focus” but there are other things going on. If that even makes sense Good episode, it was very nicely paced :)) Ps- I hope there’s a time skip at the end of the last ep so we can see rei as an actress. There must also be Leo professionally performing. Have a nice day- Stay safe, stay healthy |

| Seeing Kitty in further detail here really makes me like her. She is rich and talented but humble, a really down to earth person. Would be so good as a friend. Rei and Kitty bonding were really cute too. We seem to find out a tiny bit more about Leo and Rei's mom... post credits scene Jotaro does the QUADRUPLE?!? |

| I think Episode 8 is a really good episode as everything is like being put into its place. > Rachel having a new friend, realizing her dream. > Leo's identity is getting revealed little by little. > Samurai is in it to develop his skills to be more competitive. Looking forward to next episode, I think that would be more exciting as the story really starts to grow faster to reach the plot. I still can't figure out how things would turn out but I can say that I like this show more now than how it starts. |

| Rei's in.........4th grade right? She looked like a regular high schooler in that shopping trip lul. Also sorting out her dreams so early and how dare Kitty call out Leo like that :P Oh well, at least now we properly know who Leo actually is, looking forward to seeing more of his story more than anything. |

| Did anyone notice the Easter Egg they threw at us with Kitty's karaoke song? It was "Momoiro Kataomoi" by Aya Matsuura. The song was released back in 2002 and became pretty popular in Japan. This choice made a lot of sense since the anime is set in 2003! It sounded awfully familiar and recent to me, so I looked it up. Turns out this song was also used as the ending theme of Oshi ga Budōkan Ittekuretara Shinu earlier this year (Ai Fairouz covered it). No wonder I recognized it right away, though I couldn't pinpoint where it came from. xD |

| Fantastic episode, I always love the Rei centered episodes. I really like Kitty, her mindset is awesome. Just keep doing the things that you love and keep trying things. From gymnast to idol, I am sure she will succeed. And thanks to her, Rei also found a dream and a goal in life and that is to be a famous actress. Not just that, she also revealed to the Aragaki family some background about Leo. Leo's dancing is really mesmerizing. Joe almost had it, that quadruple was hype. Looking forward to the next episode. |

| Pretty sweet episode. Rei discovered her first aspiration in life and it's to follow her mother's steps as a movie actress. Glad to see Kitty's introduction was to give Rei's own storyline more development. As for Joutarou, it was also nice to see him mastering his new Aragaki move little by little. He almost got that quadruple spin in the end so now, I'm particularly looking forward to the next episode. |

Great that Rei found a great friend like Kitty. Kitty even made Rachel realized what she wanted to be. Leo's true identity was revealed tho, but the Aragaki's seems to not pry maybe because they know that Leo ain't ready yet. Well, Leo is Leo. Leo's dancing is superb. And Jo just did a quadruple! All he need to do is perfect his dismount. |

| I'm glad Rei realized her dream of becoming an actress. Leo's face looked like he was cursing Kitty all the time XD But Leo is still so mysterious. I wanna know what's bothering him and why did he follow Joutaro from Edo Wonderland. In the end Joutaro understood Leo's weird explanation and did the quadruple. Now he just needs to practice to stand after doing that instead of flumping like that. |
| It was inevitable that someone would recognize Leo sooner or later and now that he's been called out about hiding as a ninja, it looks like he's got some decisions to make concerning his future just like Rei did this ep. I like the way the three mains are all facing the same kind of issues despite their different ages because it's so evocative of real life |

OMG the true identity of Leo has been unravelled by Kitty! OMG! look at the last part! Joutarou almost completed quadruple!!!! 5/5. |

That was not an animation error, it was a flashback. Although Jotaro still had his stubble in a few frames, so I can see why you'd be confused. |

| Had some suspicion on Kitty there but it seems she's just a good friend. Leo's secret would've been out sooner or later but it doesn't seem the Aragaki family cares too much about this revelation, as what I guess he is still the same ninja in their eyes. |

| Wow this girl is cool. I thought she was gonna hurt or bully Rei the first time they've met. People still don't like her but i think she is just a fan of Rei's mother's nothing more. She never tried to spy on Jotaro or something. May be her appearance is kinda distractive but i believe her. |
