Druaga no Tou: The Aegis of Uruk

They both have some place they go to kill monsters and make money. The monsters only "spawn" at this place, and not elsewhere. Druaga is more "party" focused, where as DanMachi seems to be more focused on 1 person. Neither is set to some digital/alternative world (as in the characters don't "live" in more than 1 world), which also make them feel very similar, along with the time setting seeming similar. 

The main character of both are adventurers that travel through a dungeon with a party. There are other parties that also explore the dungeon as well. Both feel very RPG like with Monsters and the Bosses and how the difficulty gets harder with each higher floor. Some Comedy and Romance with both.  

Both are based on clearing levels in a dungeon. While it is technically a tower in Druaga no Tou, its really just a dungeon built vertically. Both have weak MC characters who quickly get stronger while progressing through the story. However, Druaga lacks the RPG flavor that DanMachi uses so well. 

Both are fantasy with video game aspects, neither are isekai. Both are great imo with good central characters who are cowardly, but find bravery to stand and grow and grab what they want through hardship and trails. The light novels of DanMachi are amazing, but the anime is well made and fun and a decent substitute if reading a light novel isn't your thing. One of my favorites.  

Both about fighting with digital monsters and passing next level. 

Both involve the main characters having to climb 100 floors to reach the top to defeat the final boss, though SAO is an RPG game and Tower of Druaga isn't, the characters still die for keeps 

Giant tower with many floors to clear, typical RPG-elements evident in both (shop keepers, parties, hunting for rare items, trying to get stronger / level up, so on forth). No real "clear" main villain / baddie / antagonist, being focused on the towers and it's many floors, as well as the denizens that inhabits them (might or might not hold true when the story progresses... in both of the series). Personally, I love the atmosphere of both, giving a very RPG-feel that's quite unique in this industry. 

Climbing up levels, groups fighting bosses. They both have a similar feeling as people die they can't come back. 

it has a great action fighting moments and has betrayal too

In both series, the theme of conquest, fantasy, magic, and swordsmanship are present. Along the way, both series' main protagonists meets other characters who forms bonds with him. At the same time however, there are antagonists who gets in the way of the main protagonist as well as his friends. In both series, there is also a main heroine who sticks by the protagonist. Both series, there are fantasy settings similar to those of an RPG game. As such, expect action, drama, and some comedy. 

Same genres - Adventure & Fantasy - and i think the characters are pretty similar. 

In both series, there is the theme of fantasy involving swords, magic, and power. As such, there is conquest of achieving a certain goal for both the main protagonist from both series. Both series' main female protagonist are strong, talented, independent, and has the will to fight whatever comes in their way. She also has an interesting relationship with the main male protagonist as the series progresses. Both series deals with conquest so there are obstacles in their way as well as antagonists. Both series also has a lot of action during some of the battles. 

They both have the same type of adventure while going on that adventure in a party 

At start Tower of Druaga seems to be more easy-going than Chrome Shelled Regios, however, as the plot goes further it becones more serious. Both series have quite similar atmosphere: the characters have to stay always alert to survive, though they cannot control the whole situation. The characters are also similar Layfon is mix of Jil and Niba (sometimes naive as Jil, sometimes cruel as Niba) Sharnid and Melt are like two peas. And the last thing - both are a mixture of comedy, drama and fantasy. 

Both have a similar RPG style and are animes based on previous games. ToS however has a quicker plot with only 4 episodes as an OVA. 

They're pretty much of the same genre; they're fantasy adventure animes with comedy. Though Druaga is more serious, it still has its own comedy moments. Both follow the adventures of a group of heroes on their epic quests, and are set in fantasy worlds that have many classic fantasy elements, suchs as mythical places, dragons and other fantasy creatures, and swords and sorcery.
