I read a ton of manga, but I tend to watch anime socially. I've replaced most of the time I spend on social media instead reading web comics on my phone which has honestly made me so much happier.

Mage and Demon Queen: My Favorite Web Comic
I'm such a sucker for dumb isekai premises, but this story is actually so well-thought out. Behind all of the character's goofy quirks they genuinely care about each other and have dreams and fears. It's hilarious and light-hearted and makes me smile every single chapter. It mercilessly pokes fun at the genre as a whole while being a lovely story within the genre. Sprinkle on an entire heaping of gay and you have my most anticipated weekly series.
Mieruko-chan: My Favorite Manga
I've never seen anxiety so well done in fiction before. The stunningly horrific art and Mieruko-chan's terrified poker faces exude a sense of absolute fear on-par with the completely ridiculous overwhelming sense of fear you get from anxiety disorders. In this framework you have the mental illness personified as a horrific curse, giving a super interesting spin on an otherwise adequate slice-of-life story.
