Recommendations

Both are hilariously perverted manga, with each of them being about an incredibly sexualized girl and a guy being forced into every perverted situation imaginable. ^_^

Bizarre comedy, nudity, and a flat-chested demon companion.
reportRecommended by amat_24
In these two serialisations, a female demon becomes very attracted to the male protagonist.
reportRecommended by radiantfire
The gender opposite versions of the same premise. Both have a demonic queen sealed inside their bodies that will be released though sex. My Balls is straight-up comedy while Endless Eden has a much more serious tone and is not played as much for humor.

Oretama and Prison School are known for their fan service but also plot elements especially on storybuilding. In both series, the male characters gets involved in many events that causes controversy with their peers. Oretama's themes also involve supernatural phenomenons that breaks the natural order of limitations. On the other hand, Prison School's themes crosses paths on the wrong side of the law. Recommended for fans of unorthodox humor.

another comedy/romance. lilim is similar to elysse( both supernatural, ones a succubus the others a devil) both develop a romantic relationship. Only My balls is borderline hentai...but both very funny
reportRecommended by PandaBoi
Both are comedy and have the same atmosphere. Both manga have demons and angels having intercourse with the male protagonist. Both protagonist are funny and have similarities in terms of personality and situation they are set in.
reportRecommended by ExplodingGirl
Both are manga full of perverted jokes and randomness. While Oretama is about demons and main hero must save the world, Lolicon Phoenix is about lolis and superheroes and main hero is trying to save kids. Both are ecchi comedies.
reportRecommended by abystoma2
Both are borderline-h/hentai with actuall story about a guy that somehow meets a girl, stuff happends and the guy gets into a lot of sexuall situations. Both are comedies, but Oretama has also supernatural.
reportRecommended by abystoma2
Both stories have a supernatural premise involving gods (and devils as well in Oretama's case) that set up the main characters to be involved in a lot of perverted, sexual, and humorous situations. Both really blur the lines between fanservice and hentai as well.

If The MC Gets Laid, Something Bad Happens!
reportRecommended by RyuKazumaki
Both manga have a lot of females trying to squeeze out Mc's b*lls and the protagonist tries to resist them, because of very important reasons. In Oretama the Mc doesn't want Lucifer to be unsealed and in Adamas, the Mc shoots out precious gems, but for every gem, 1 year of his life span is reduced. Therefore he tries to run away and resist all the female advances. Out of all the current recommendations here, this one has by far the most similar feeling to Oretama.

Similar type of ecchi humor.

Betrayal, romance, comedy and drama. These two manga share these genres while bring up similar themes such as ecchi. Though Nozoki Ana has far more drama while Oretama is more influenced by ecchi and comedic scenarios.

Well since this is my first recommendation, i will make it quick. -Both have succubus/Demon as lover and they are quite childish. -The romance is very similar. -The story is going in the same direction since Brandish is a vanilla. -Both are silly and funny.
reportRecommended by the_Skrom
Both are manga about a guy that somehow came across a demon girl. While Oretama is borderline-h, Akumakko Shoukan Program Aku Collection is hentai.
reportRecommended by abystoma2
Angels from Heaven and demons from Hell are all after one human who has something they want.
reportRecommended by Lamii
In both of these manga's the main character, the males, get caught up in strange sex situations and find it very difficult to stay calm, because both of them are virgins!!!
reportRecommended by xKaorux
At first glance, you'd think these couldn't be more different, and while the overal theme and presentation are worlds apart, while reading My Balls i couldn't help but notice similarities, Just like in Jojo, one by one, the protagonist would be faced with an opponent that threatened not only him, but as a result of his defeat, the end of the world as we know it, too. And must face overwhelming odds in order to win, and often to do this wits and perseverance are needed for this rather than brute strength, and often will leave you in awe. If you like the episodic confrontation theme  read more

Protagonists both keep an evil being inside of them. Features supernatural interferences to the human world. Do note however that Oretama (My Balls) is highly mature, whereas Shinwa Ponchi is merely seinen.
reportRecommended by radiantfire
To save mankind,"Satou, Kohta" from "My balls" must preserve his Jizz. While "Shibamata Youchi" from "Petit Roid 3" must squeeze out every last drop there is to save... well not mankind but still a lot of people.
reportRecommended by dr-weed
-Both are very ecchi. -Both involve a demon girl who, for some reason or another, must do anything to get a get a normal guy off. -Both male leads have multiple women competing for him. -Both are funny, though Oretama is on a different level. Hell, it's on a different planet.
reportRecommended by Zanboba
Both manga have to do with hell and lots of sexy demon girsl and sex, oretama is quite a bit longer and has more comedy. Whereas kaichou is just a hentai
reportRecommended by reluctantbeeswax
They both are perverted romance comedies (although Oretama is more borderline), and they both have most of the same genres. If you enjoyed one of them then i would definitely suggest checking out the other.
reportRecommended by matrixtrap
Both involve protecting their chastity (one because of an actual reason, the other due to misinformation), very creative sex scenes, episodic story line and funny ass humour. Both have romance in them as well, but Oretama more so.
reportRecommended by ThRippJck
both feature a horde of devil girls chaseing one human guy, if you like one youll like the other
