The stories of these manhwas feature and revolve around hunters/players obtaining skills and fighting monsters. There is also a lot of Player vs Player fights in 'How to Live as...' Systems are a prominent feature in both manhwas, providing a way for the MC to grow. The MC in 'How to Live as...' is a villain, and everything he does is for his own gain, which is different from the MC of 'The Player Who Can't...' who is good and will try to save people. The feel of these manhwas is very similar as they share similar concepts, some of them being: Powerful equipment/Egos, Monster hunting, and  read more

The MCs of both manhwas are very weak at the start. However, after obtaining miracles they gain access to a path that will let them become strong. The MCs are able to obtain unorthodox powers and constantly surprise the people around them. 'Doctor Player' is centred around the MC being a healer instead of a fighter, but other than that both manhwas share a lot of similarities. This is basically just a copy of "The Player That Can't Level Up". While the objective is the same, the actions of the mc, the plot are all different. I recommend reading "Level 1 Player" when it gets around 100 chapters (Now it has 58). By the way, don't drop this because "the plot is all same as the others", no, no it isn't. It's true that in all leveling manwhas the mc has a sick parent it doesn't mean it's bad, trust me.
