The MCs of both manhwas are very weak at the start. However, after a close encounter with death, they gain the power needed to change their fate. The feel of these manhwas is very similar as they share similar concepts, some of them being: Powerful equipment/Egos, An MC who went from being weak to strong, Monster hunting, Systems, Gates, and Mothers having an 'incurable' disease.

Somewhat similar story, with both MCs being the weakest players while having a younger sister and a sick mother at home. Both go from the weakest, to some of the strongest. They are both similar enough I think if you like one, you might like the other.
