both are WAYYYY too similar. -both MC's are delinquent-type characters and are treated as such. their personalities are similar as well. quite likable MC's. -both have to deal with a number of messed in the head type girls -both are the tsukkomi (straight man) while almost literally everyone else is a boke (idiot) -the female MC is probably the most weirdest and dangerous out of all the other girls (in many different ways~) -both have a tsundere that ACTUALLY a tsundere, not a b----, so their actually quite likable, and I think their the fan favourites as well. -you will laugh, a lot actually when you read this.

1) Both mangas have a lot of comedy that can make you laught for hour( not literally) 2) Both mangas have much "meme face" 3) The main character of both mangas do the role of "tsukkomi" 4) Both main character are involved in funny scenes and with "boke" (idiots) characters

A lone male Tsukkomi, who once lived a peaceful life, is dragged into a (mostly female) world of boke. Some of the girls have a crush on the lead male, though he is oblivious.

Both employee lots and lots of random humor, have harems that torment the hero and like to build up to nonsense climaxes. If you like one you'll probably like the other.

A tsukomi MC surrounded by a bunch of dumb characters. Same kind of situations, same kind of humor.

Atmosphere quite similar, being that the story takes place mostly of time in their respective clubs. Kazama is a delinquent, while Kodaka is mistaken for one, and both have a hallmark with their hair. The two series are replete with humor, with hilarious situations in the daily life of the characters.

Both series are hilarious and both series revolve around a male high school student who is the "straight man" of the series and is surrounded by a bunch of weird characters.

If you laughed at Sket Dance, then you most likely going to do the same for D-Frag since it has the same branch of humor, both have unique lovable characters, and both take place in a school club.

both have similar humor tied to boke-tsukkomi duo and breaking the fourth wall

Both series' MC's get roped into joining a weird club and acts as a dampener (victim might be better lol) on the their antics. In D-Frag's case it's the provisional game club and in Daisuke's case it's the mystery research club. There's a similar vibe although D-Frag doesn't really have as many blatant shimoneta.

Kazama Kenji likes to believe he is something of a delinquent. Moreover, others seem to like to agree that he is. Of course, Kenji's gang finds their way to a group of four not-so-normal girls—Chitose, Sakura, Minami and Roka—and all at once, whatever reputation he may have is nothing compared to the outrageous behavior of the girls. Shanghaied into joining their club, what will happen to his everyday life from that point on?

The characters take part in very similar, hilariously surreal events. D-Frag has a clear straight man in the middle of a psycho harem while Denki-gai has less of a role distinction between the lineup of lovable weirdos.

Taking place in a school life setting, D-Frag and Kunoichi Joshikousei Otonashi-san has an immense amount of gags. Both series also portray their comedy with a good dose amount of outrageous gimmicks. The main female character in both series has a peculiar personality and always gets themselves into complicated matters. Recommended for readers who are seeking for some random fun in a school life environment.

The main heroine in both are similar in looks and personality.

In both series, the protagonist is forced to join an extraordinary club. Protogonist in both stories is a Tsukkomi type, which helps to create humor in the story.

Game club, random hilarious conversations, female characters have interesting personalities.

Taking place in a school life setting, D-Frag and Medaka Box has a lot of energy when it comes to its comedic factors. The main female characters from both series have tough personalities and holds a dominant position in the story. On the other hand, the main male protagonist often gets involved in circumstances that ties him with unorthodox themes. Both series also adapts action; D-Frag is more of a deconstruction. Do note that Medaka Box features arcs and ongoing story that reveals much more about different factions, origins, and mysteries later on.

The main girl(s) char seems similar in each title

D-Frag and GJ-bu involves a club with a diverse range of peculiar female characters. The main guy of the series often gets involved with their club activities regardless he likes it or not. These activities ranges with a variety of themes based on school or real life activities. Both series is known fairly well for their lighthearted comedy and gags.

both mangas tell a shonen comedy story revolves around daily life. how hard it is to understand your true feelings. a lot of romance comedy act with a bunch of daily jokes. although not as much romance can be seen in d-frag since the male protag is just mr. nice guy with no interest towards female it seems, the romance comedy of female(s) trying to win his heart is definitely there. not much seriousness can be found from either manga, but kawai-sou has more clear plot towards how the story is gonna end.
