| One of the better One Piece Movies/Specials stories thus far IMO, simple and interesting. Also it had very funny moments as always, a la one piece! It's not an action oriented special. Robin ftw! the more I see her, the more I like her! |

| good SP! It was funny and quite enjoyable for me ^ ^ big rofl @ Monkey D. Luffy playing the monkey role. looolz a nice TV-Special to show how Marines can be rotten from the inside! Sanji & Zoro's duo is great as always ^.^!! and yeah, not to forget, Luffy's main sentence :: "Omae wo BOTSU BOSU!!" >>>> "Yo. Omae wo .. BOTSU BOSU!" Liked how they showed Randolph unable to say "Until every pirate here lies dead at my feet!" while remembering Luffy. Like Nami said, he truly didn't meat the Straw Hat Pirates before! 5/5 SP Luffy: "Oi, Ossan! I'll be back someday to settle things! Remember it!" Randolph: "You'd better not forget either, kid." and Family song rocks, like it has always been! Shiriai ja nakute, Tomodachi ja nakute, Oretachi wa Family! (Never be hitori!) Shinseki ja nakute, Kyoudai ja nai! Oretachi wa Family! |

| Better than the first two Specials but still very cheesy at times. Like at the end when that guy killed pirates in the preformance and then said pirates aren't the bad guys. The crowd cheered but they should have been like WTF? |

| A total unique story.. a mixture of; a play, a marine, with a pirate. haha I really liked how Luffy and Randolph became friends.. because not all pirates are the same until you meet the Strawhats! :-D Another corrupted marine bites the dust.. The unforgettable moments were.. Strawhats play performence = LOL, Robin's overacting = LOL, and for the win.. Monkey monkey Luffy :-D |

But then I was proven wrong, with the out of character Robin. It was boring expect for the part where they acted in the first scene and my favorite part was where Luffy makes a mistake but he take credit for it. Luffy: "Just like I planned." Usopp: "Liar" |
| The acting of the Straw Hats was a riot, I guess the voice actors had a really great time making this part. Out of character but still very funny. The villain at the second half was completely unnecessary and lame, though; and the motivational discourses cheesier than usual. The development of Randolph was very abrupt and hard to believe. And the out of character moments were nice when the situation called for it, when the story turned battle mode this became an issue. Still, it was fine and sort of refreshing to have random marines who don't look like brainless automata. Forgettable. |

| Pretty good for a special 8/10 Chopper sounds so cute when he tries to be angry. Robin's acting was hilarious. I miss Sanji yelling mellorine. Sanji scene where he flicked his cigarette at the pile of cannonballs was pretty badass, Lol at Nami scolding the marines. Governor is probably the weakest enemy Luffy has faced |
| Thought this was a pretty fun and funny episode, definite highlights were Nami in that Chinese dress and the cute chameleon! 8/10 |

| The half part of this film was very funny, the second half was to the Luffy style, a little dramatic with a little of action, and all for help to a strange, in this case a theathe actor in his last perfomance!!!! 6/10. |

| Worst One Piece Special/Story in my opinion, the first part is somewhat enjoyable but the second part is really boring and doesn't make that much sense storywise, should have keep this one shorter I think |

| This one took me by surprise, I didn't even bother reading the synopsis, got the straw hat jumping on a theater with no notice, and then Robin started acting all energetic and out of character. It was different, strange, and glorious. |
| After not caring too much for the last two, I really didn't expect to love this as much as I did. To be honest, it's just like, one level below G-8 in terms of fun filler for me. Most of this wasn't much more than dumb fun, but it delivered on dumb fun pretty well imo. The acting scene was great, at first I was a little worried with Usopp's opening bit, since I was worried it was just going to be awkward and play-ruining, but everyone in the crew had a different gag and the crowd ended up loving it. I'll agree Robin's over-acting felt a tad out of character, definitely at this point in the series (she seems a little more willing to engage in the gags post-time skip, but the bit of her joke I really liked was that when she was told she was overacting, she just stopped and left the stage. That felt more in tune with her character, as opposed to the rest of the Straw Hats on stage who couldn't control their impulses (Sanji being unable to follow through with attacking or Luffy's whole monkey bit). Seemed like Nami was the only one good at acting, though her complaining about her death was great. I also loved Zoro's role and being the one outside it. I really appreciate that every Straw Hat played a different comedic function during the acting scene, like Chopper being poor muscle for Nami, it was great. I also thought the special managed to keep up the sense of fun throughout, even if it was more spread out. Luffy pretending that he planned the shelf following on Randolph was great, as was Luffy's "maybe you're just incompetent" comment to Governor was great. Also enjoyed Governor's lizard trying to mimic his movements later on, and enjoyed that Marine solider standing up to Governor when he threatened him with Court Martial. The action here was similarly just focused on being fun. It was just cool seeing these fun little calkwalks for our crew. I loved Sanji's bit with the cigarette and the explosives, and how he just flied in the explosion all cool-like. I loved Robin's long distance powers moving the canon, or how while she was watching the marines struggle she effortlessly took down a soldier trying to sneak attack her without even turning around. Or Nami just flat-out yelling at the soldiers. It was just fun watching the Straw Hats be awesome in some fun ways. Randolph's story of coming to like Pirates after the Straw Hats is sort of standard fare and the ending speech is cheesy, but I think his Marine backstory made things more interesting then the usually kid/civilian angle the fillers go with (literally the last two specials did the kid anti-pirate bias thing), and the play setting made for a good vehicle to showcase Rudolph's change in perspective. And I'm sure as an actual story the play was a failure but it doesn't bother me that the crowd as into it, since they were into the first half being an over-the-top mess and took the second half seriously regardless. And to be honest, I think Randolph's path to befriending Luffy and getting over his all Pirates are inherently evil bias was done much better here than in Film Z. 8/10 for me. |
