A great apology for women's exploitation. Oh, but well directed and a very funny shonen (especially One Piece) parody so I can overlook that :D

I liked the beginning and ending part, but the middle was just...meh. Looked like that dude was going to have showdown with that pebble.

I didn't like the animation that much...but it was all right. Interesting dimensions

Probably my favorite of the Genius Party shorts.

The animation style was creative and addicting, the narrative was wacky but fun. The part when they forced the dumb blond to have sex in exchange for info was tasteless, though, but I guess that's the point of it, like Jacut said: to show how sexist and disrespectful some men can be towards women, and how she can be treated like an object if she doesn't develop a backbone.

First of all the comments in this thread and the others make me wonder what we're talking about.
MAL database says that episode 3 is "Wanwa the Puppy" so I'll go with that

Didn't find that one particularly great, the story was mediocre at best and the art was just plain Oo, though some of the backgrounds were nice.

I think I'll follow your lead here since everybody else seem to be talking of a different episode.

Wanwa the Puppy was weird for me, I mean the focus was on the boy after all and not on the dog though it was still important to the plot. Although it was confusing at first I think I somehow understand it near the end.
You see there's no need to wonder where your god is,
Coz he's right here! ...and he's fresh out of mercy.

I won't say much about the anime, because it was okay in my opinion, pretty twisted, so even interesting. But I want discuss one scene: the boy found a dog on a meadow, and wanted to play with it, and it turned out that the dog was dead. Then I cried so much, because recently my dog also died. So ... I think that's why this anime is dear to me.

This short movie was unfathomably stupid...I can't even find words to describe it :)

Ok, I can't start with Wanwa the Puppy, I was left dumbfounded the entire 14 minutes. I have been able to decipher every short so far that needed explanation, but I don't perceive myself ever getting this down. Deeper than Eva. 10/10
Why do people have such bad taste? Anime isn't subjective anymore.

I don't know how you find the art "just plain", I couldn't name any other anime with a similar style and I've seen a ton. My problem with this one was that there didn't seem to be any purpose behind the visual creativity aside from presenting the world as viewed by a young child/infant. It was like a children's book brought to life, but I don't really understand why they bothered bringing it to life in the first place.

The animation looked liked something out of a Nick Jr. cartoon right there.
Alright episode.

Alice in Wonderland is a great isekai, and it would be amazing to see it adapted by Masaaki Yuasa. No reason really. Perhaps just for the kicks. If it were to happen, I'd assume it would look something like this short. From what I can tell, this is the boy's trip into his own mind and all the insanity that comes with it, but it also has that bit of reality setting in when confronted with loss. I'm guessing in the past, his dog had passed away? Or is the dog supposed to represent his mother, who was shown at the the short's beginning to not be doing all that well?

It's also interesting to see his mother be the boy's anchor to reality, superimposed over the image of a Buddha figure. As far as art and animation goes, they were fantastically used to portray the boy's world being completely unchained. It really takes great skill to have monstrous blobs, deformed and melding into one another, still be recognizable for what they are: food, streets, demons, animals, toys, trees, ground, and sky. This short was super stylized without becoming an unrecognizable mess. It's still a mess, but one unlike a small child's playroom I suppose.
