| NOOOO!! DAAAARLIIING!!! Damn is no relationship gonna go well in this anime? And there i had hopes when i saw she managed to get a date. I'm thinking the same as others here though. No reason for her to consider him lost cause. Just wait till he finishes. I doubt project D will go for years. Just a few months of wait. That's nothing. His also too much. I mean whats the problem of having her as a girlfriend when she promises she won't be making any "girlfriend" type demands while his on his project D stuff. And as the above poster said, she's also hot and cute. It's such a waste. The Rx-7 can't suck your cock dude. |
| @Monad : Project D will only last for a year, as stated by Ryosuke himself Nobody understand Keisuke, huh? He doesn't want to give her the chance precisely because she's hot, and passionate, and a really great woman, if he didn't close off all the feelings of love within him (for woman), he will not be able to concentrate 100% on honing his driving technique, he isn't someone who could do that, as stated by himself. He is afraid that he'll waver if he continue to stay with Kyoko.. Let's just hope that kyoko will come back to pursue Keisuke after Project D is over.. On the other hand, Keisuke sure did get his FD upgraded, that much of horsepower.. And Takumi will continue to improve, at a very fast rate imo.. |

| I think the focus of the Initial D series is rather more about competition, intensity, and achieving dreams rather than a love story hence why the relationship won't work even if it did come to fruition. Either way though, I feel sorry for Kyoko.. Well, at least her request to go full throttle was granted. Now that said and being done, I can't wait to look forward to the upcoming matches. |

| Another broken heart...well Keisuke made it clear form the beginning that racing is his number one priority. With that said both he and Takumi continue to level up. I wonder if the series will end with a final race between these 2 rivals.. |

| So Keisuke decided to pay Kiyoko's kindness by spending a day with her, and by being honest about how he feels. It's not surprising, not even to her, that right now the Project D is the most important thing for him, and that's fine, so if her presence would distract him, I guess that it's okay for him to ask her to stop rooting for him, but it's still a bit harsh, he decided for her that it would be painful to only watch him from afar, but I don't think he's really wrong, so this may be for the best, they just have to meet again after the project is done. It's also nice that he talked about his past as a gangster, and how it was his brother that saved him from that life, and gave him dreams, and a goal. Ryousuke is really cool, and so calculating too, he may be the coolest character here. And back on Akina, Takumi is struggling by racing against his other self, but this is certainly going to make him grow, so it's cool. |

| I really hope they get together after Project D. Kyoko and Keisuke match so well. At least she got to see what the vast majority never gets to witness. |
| Kyoko might be weird with all this stalking and repeating "darling" all the time, but it was sad to see her crying. She should try to hang out with Keisuke once Project.D is over, or wait until winter when they will have a break. Itsuki seems to be alright after being rejected. Good to know. |

| To be honest, she has been very pushy from the start, knowing that Keisuke does not want or have the time for a committed relationship. She is the one who continues to push this one-sided love despite Keisuke's obvious indication that he will not reciprocate her feelings. This anime is extremely realistic and these type of one-sided cushes tend to never work in real life most of the time. |
