| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Heh, kids these days curious about Santa. Yuuta is just one such example. Seems everyone had a lot of work even towards the end of the year. Tbh, they deserve an end of the year party after all their hard work. Lol, it seems Uramachi didn't really want to be there especially for that bingo part. Oh well. Funny episode imo, especially with all the character humor. |

| Looks like Iketeru Oniisan still believes in Santa. Better leave him be like that. LOL. This show has so many characters going through the same thing as an adult. Not having a great life besides having those little kids to cheer your day. But, sometimes that becomes a bother. All the employees have different personalities but they all end up acting the same. That party looked really boring especially by the looks of all the employees. Uramichi Oniisan wanted to open up a little to Kikaku but he got scared every time, honestly, anyone would've been. What bad luck for Uramichi Oniisan there at the end. |

| Time to prepare for Chirstmas Day and New Year's! The kids are getting a lot more intelligently, and this Yuuta 3-year-old kid is asking Uramichi about Santa on whether he believes or not. Despite his dark comedy, he's a caring Oniisan. And apparently Iketeru has the same Santa before which gives him a trauma. The Sales Planning Department is also another mess though, led by Kikaku Hanbee, and he needs help in Uramichi drawing the Kotori mascot that'll become gifts for the children. Like Uramichi, Kihaku's got a difficult life as well, even more tragic than Uramichi himself. Those creepy plushies though... Working straight for sessions on the main program, and the Oniisan crew doesn't beat a resting. NEVER piss of Utano-Oneesan of her beauty, Tobikichi. A quick photoshoot from the Digital Planning under Uebu Saito's charge, and Director surmising Uramichi to join in the Christmas after-party, nothing ever goes straight for Uramichi. But kids give some life to him. The company's grand year-end party, and a majestic one at that. The GM is back to torment Uramichi with his grandson, while the granddaughter is fascinated with Iketeru, and the GM himself to Utano-Oneesan. Kikaku and Uebu being invited by Uramichi, the former is not feeling it at all while the latter is forced by the former, and everything to him is 3D girls that aren't his interest. The usual company Bingo event to get substantial prizes, and Utano is thinking of her boyfriend to get beef. Kikaku got lucky to win a prize, but showcasing his work as the prize is not what Uramichi expected to wiin. Keep dreaming of the Shiitake growing kit Uramichi. |

| I wasn't a fan of Hanbee from his first introduction in the manga, but this episode made me like him quite a lot. |
| It was unexpected and heartwarming to see that children have a real positive effect on Uramichi - that hadn't been actually shown before as far as I can recall. The vaping neckmask guy was a pretty amusing addition to the fold too. |
| Iketeru oniisan still believes in Santa! Also, it seems that though Utano really wanted the facial care kit she kindly chose the beef for her boyfriend xD. The new employees are crazy and interesting also. Lastly, keep dreaming of the prize you wanted to win Uramichi Oniisan! Looking forward to the next episode. |

| Definitely more of a fan of Kikaku's introduction here than I was in the manga, for whatever reason. He makes another decent addition to the cast, though I'm not sure how much more of him we'll get to see in the final four episodes. |
| Christmas and New Year's is often depicted as the most stressful and depressing time of the year. Poor Uramichi has to attend a end of year party that he doesn't want to got to and he ended up getting the worst bingo prize instead of Shiitake growing kit. |

| Kikaku's personality is so funny ๐ At first, I thought that he's just like Uramichi. Even Uramichi thought that he can open up to him; the animation of the "door to his heart" was out of this world hahaha. But then Kikaku's personality suddenly changed into a psycho freak and Uramichi's impression of him changed ๐ Uebu was also introduced in this episode, who's an otaku and his personality compliments Kikaku's. I laughed so hard in the scene where Kikaku barged inside the office of Uebu to complain about the pre-order pages Uebu made ๐ Lastly, that year-end party was a blast. The reward won by Uramichi from bingo was so weird that made the ending hilarious hahaha ๐ |

| Uramichi never seems to catch a break, huh? Now the poor man has to be in constant alert around potential murderer Kikaku. Also damn, boss' daughter is after Iketeru's D. Not that I can blame her tho. |

| One of the funniest episodes this season. It got a good amount of laughs out of me and I think it had something to do with them not spending any time doing TV show bits and focusing more on the workplace comedy aspect which is usually the best parts. |
| Christmas and new year already? These episode kids unexpectedly giving quite an impressive job toward Uramichi Oniisan. However, due to a certain appearance of a new employee, that unexpectedly quite similarly had the unstable emotion expression with Uramichi Oniisan, but more extreme beyond the sky. The poor ex gymnast couldn't do anything rather than accepting the fate. Even at the party, bingo led up to a hilarious jackpot present. No matter how passionate Uramichi was facing the tough days of the adults life, even after getting that cheers from beloved boys and girls during the rough holidays time, Uramichi always ended up as the usual jaded gloomy person. Oh well, let me give an f sign before i leave xd. At least now his room isn't quite and deserted like before, he got some new friends. So, let some positivity fill this episode before its gone forever... |

| the kids might take a tol on uramichi's lifespan energy but they also restock it pretty easily, one genuine smile and he gets recharged. AND FINALLYYYY the new employee characters, god they're great. kikaku is almost like uramichi just a little more.... aggressive. except to uramichi for some reason |

| Really loved this episode, probably my favorite one so far? Just when we thought Uramichi found someone like him that he can be friends with, immediate d a n g e r a l e r t happens lmao. Angry depressed Tartaglia is scary, I mean Kikaku. We also got a good looking otaku now. Really like these new additions to the cast, but I am pretty sure Uramichi don't like these new additions lmao. Uramichi being cheered up by the kids is so sweet... until something ruins his mood again. The party was fucking hilarious, Iketeru really out here attracting milfs. I like how Kumatani singlehandedly protects Iketeru's pureness, keep up the good work Kuma. At this rate Uramichi's home will just be a bunch of Kotori merch. Looking forward to the next episode. |

Kumatani knows that innocent little Iketeru needs protecting haha |

| Wow Kikaku is a very scary dude... I would run away the moment I see him AND CMON URAMICHI, the only reason why you hurt your back is because you don't squat !! And it was obvious at that moment that Usahara would call out bingo for Uramichi as he wouldn't call it out. That ending though after the credits, it was actually funny ! |

| I love that part where Uramichi tried to open up to Kikaku. The door to his heart barely opened, then it was shut with all those locks ๐ญ๐. I relate to that soo much. And, in Kikaku’s presence, it’s so cute how Uramichi is so scared! I love this show so much. |

| Absolutely loved the scenes with the kids coming to Uramichi either complimenting him or asking him things, he must have felt great there. These moments are probably keeping him sane. |

Kikaku lmaoooo a whole ass M00D More hot oniisans ( อก° อส อก°) Kikaku looks crazed but hawt & Uebu daaaamn but of course they wouldn’t be normal, not at all looooooool What a stacked voice cast indeed. And Kimura Ryouhei really fit Kikaku lol. Cracked me up so much!!!!! Those crazed eyes lmao That was also so sweet when Uramichi was comforted by the words of those kids. Deep down I guess he does have some sort of warped passion & motivation for what he does that keeps him going L O L Kumatani the kind lurker always coming to Iketeru’s defense!!!!! Lol & Usahara being so enthusiastic at the party!!!!! And getting so excited over bingo LOL this guy That was also so cute when the director was cheering Utano on & telling her how cute she was when she was on stage. | It was hilarious once again. I'm that freak who kept replaying the the part where Iketeru slams the door at Uramichi and when Kikaku lost his patience and kicked those plushies, those two scenes were the most relatable XD The new recruits are just as done with life as Uramichi XD |

| Amazing how so many kids want merch of Uramichi's self-drawn mascot which looks quite scuffed, as few screws loose Kikaku said: this world is crazy. Poor Uramichi with him almost finding a kindred spirit and also winning a failed product in bingo. |

| Oe of the best eps thus far for me, Kikaku is so funny and hot and I love how Uramichi keeps hoping they're somehow similar but the door always closes in his mind LOL The party was really fun, of course Uramichi would win the creepy mascot yet again |

| Good start but became dull really fast Iketeru still believes in Santa lol. Iketeru is a cinnamon roll. The kids are so sweet (though they can be brutal sometimes) Lol the way Uebu was threatened. Aim to get a girlfriend like Utano. She chose the beef just for her bf. She deserves better That life-size statue of pigeon face is terrifying. |
