DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- With the amount of nobles and complex society in this show, I'm not surprised we have concepts like political marriage. Episode focused a lot more on Elise. The other girls also got some pretty clothes too which I think is kinda cute. That silly jester style outfit made me laugh a bit though. I'm curious to see how this show plans to develop further into Shingo and Elise's relationship. |

| Time for more adventures with Well and Co. let’s see how this one goes. :) Elise is only 12?? What the hell are they feeding that girl. That fake laugh from Well sent me 😂 Ah, with the girls aiming to be concubines we officially have the standard isekai harem set up. No complaints from me tho. Despite the arranged marriage set up. Both Elise and Well seem to be warming up to the idea. The ring scene at the end was really cute. Both of them are under a lot of pressure due to their past accomplishments so they can understand each other’s situation pretty well Really fun episode that went by quite quickly. I wonder if Alfred’s master who had Well kill the dragon had done it so that he gets famous/becomes nobility. I feel like he could have killed the dragon surely, but wanted Well to do it for some reason. One of the more underrated shows of the season. Can’t wait for next week :) |

| Wow instant engagement! He didn't stood a chance anyway when he started joking about it and not realizing the grandfather's ulterior motives, he dug that grave himself. The two girls just wanted a better future and seeing Well as an opportunity I understand from their POV but it made me cringe a bit still. Where are we going with this story again? >_< |

| The episodes are getting better as the show progresses, that's a good sign. Operation Concubine II eh? I'm sure that will end well ;-) I don't expect this will be a harem: the girls from his party only want to be made retainers, which will guarantee them an income, residence and give them some social standing. I don't think their goal is to become concubines; that' just a route they are attempting in order to become retainers. We know that if they simply asked him he would probably say yes, but they haven't and he Is not clued in enough to realize that being a retainer is a desirable position and that they want it. |

| I kind of got a 'lucky star, timotei / higurashi, nipah~' feeling with the way how Louise was dancing and the 'singing'. Had a great laughter with that. Also, they sure look young, but Elise is 12... uuuuuhhh... Let's go with that I guess! |

| Good episode. A bit comedy with the girls trying to become concubines and with the Erwin guy. Usually I don't like such stuff. But it was okay and didn't feel too much. Main interestin gthing is the Hohenheim guy and his butler. (Maybe that butler guy will be someone with fighting/assassin skills lol.) It's obvious that the Hohenheim guy want to use the main char. Him een talking to the king/emperor because he suspects that the Duke Bleichröder wants to secure the main for himself. Question is if t his leads to (interesting) conflict with the main going against the church allying with others (or staying for himself). Or if he agrees like "wow your goals are good and I would even help you without you having to manipulate me". I get the feeling that the main might form his own faction - because he is that powerful. Just trying to help different other partys on case by case depending on where he agrees. |
| I really liked this episode. Elise seems a bit mature for a twelve year old girl. Well clearly has the best intentions for everyone so I think things will work out. I hope the plot doesn’t suddenly turn dark. I like this slice of life style Isekai. |

This is a spoiler for the first arc in In aristocratic societies where everyone is maneouvering for position one wrong move can cost you everything. Even though Well is obviously trying not to rock the boat he still went out of his way to speak to his fiancee in private to find out her true feelings about the arrangement. It might have been a small action but it probably goes against what most other people in that society would have done. |

| First few episodes were not my favorite... but this episode turned things around a solid degree! I hope they develop the characters more like this, rather than the "rushed" or "auto" set character development we had seen from those previous episodes. Also, as an isekai, I hope it incorporates more "real world" ideas from the protagonist than just Yen conversions in the future. |
| Our boy "Dragon Slayer" Wendelin is making good progress...until he's surpassed by a political marriage from the cardinal of the kingdom offering his own granddaughter, holy healing "saint" 12-year-old Elise. And minor-aged marriage...flattery turns to despair (that's written all over his face). Oh well, this IS Isekai so all rules are thrown out of the window. And so begins Shingo's desperation as the increasing fame and fortune wears on his shoulders. Not to mention his female party members Louise and Iina...starting a harem for the MC, that's so comically gag-like hilarious. Cute moments of Elise and Wendelin whilst the political marriage weighs a heavy toll in the MC's heart, being calculative and all. A calming episode after the torrentious action after the last, but still, good. |

| Quite good episode, only didn't like they made him soo childish/immature. same for his 3 friends. I think by this point all 3 of his friends were already his retainer, because of guys like, spear spinning guy. let's see if we will see b-day event. and slight spoiler, this is one of story's where harem is real and have purpose. and he really have a lot of money, but next shipment of money is on the way. |

Louise is pretty straightforward in her idea of being his concubine to have a better chance of achieving her goals and having the recognition of her family... and be above Erwin of course. I'm sure she'll develop feelings for him later, but for now this kind of reasoning is kind of new. Same with Ena, she has more doubts but for now just go along with it. Too bad we didn't see them wearing the lingerie Louise made xD. Anime really likes to make the younger, the hotter lol. Elise is gorgeous! The ring scene was cute. I like the couple, I want to see more of how their relationship develops. |

| Between the clown costume and the awkward laugh of him trying to deny that he just walked into an engagement, this was probably the cringiest episode for me so far. I'd probably dislike this show more if I hadn't seen Bookworm anime first. The concept of being a concubine is reprehensible to me but to their society it's a valid option for low-ranking people to secure a better life. |

The whole shopping segment and that two girls party interaksi really served great as a laughable material. And also, the conversation in the shadow with the Cardinal really intrigueing to be followed up. Great! What else Baron Well could do to satisfied me? |

| Elise is my favorite character, i'm so glad that anime gave her justice and adapted her scenes properly (even if the ordering is a bit wacky since Armstrong and 2nd dragon subjugation should've came before this, it doesn't matter that much) But wow... Elise sure is supeeeer beautiful. Really like how jokingly the proposal was, btw his grandfather most likely wants her to live as a “normal girl” and to get her married so he'll get some political ties and since Wend is a new hot shit, he wants to “bound” him. Now imagine Cardinal getting any enemies or wanting to do some shady political stuff, isn't that great to have the greatest magician by your side? (Wend isn't the most experienced one, but as far as mana amount is concerned he is the strongest). Btw the butler's name is literally Sebastian haha. On contrary to amazing Elise scenes what is this dance by Luise and why is she so annoying :v |
| Really liked Well's clown outfit, kinda wish he would wear it until the end of the series to mess with everyone. Hilarious to see Erwin one upping the two girls with his newly attained position as Retainer. Also Louise got some killer moves there, I already expect someone to have made a 10-hour loop of that |
