In this thread, you'll find a comprehensive list of Spring 2019 titles with an accompanying promotional video (PV), commercial (CM), or trailer. This post will be updated to include a video for titles that are missing one, leading up to the start of the season. Titles that already have a video embedded will instead have their newly released videos added to the video tab of their respective entries. For convenience, the video tab can be accessed via the additional videos link next to the embedded video. If a title is missing a video, feel free to post it in this thread. • Series are sorted by airing date of the first episode. Kids' series are not listed. • One video from each anime has been selected and embedded under the accompanying spoiler for an easy overview (with the exception of sources that are not from YouTube). This season i'll try a lot of anime, and if i don't like them, i can just drop them. But, talking about the anime that i'm very excited for, they are: Shingeki no Kyojin Season 3 Part 2 Kimetsu no Yaiba Bungou Stray Dogs 3rd Season Carole & Tuesday OPM S2 (i have read the manga, but due to the studio and production, i think the 2nd Season will be underwhelming and disappointing, Sarazanmai Fairy Gone Shoumetsu Toshi Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai Kabukichou Sherlock Should be a good season for me. |

Woah, this is the strongest season in a long while. I'm most excited for Sarazanmai and Carole & Tuesday, as original projects that both look a bit gay and come with very strong staff. Looking forward to Fruits Basket reboot and Kimetsu no Yaiba too. Seems like Kono Oto Tomare also has potential - - OPM II, and Snk's sequel (dislike the mangaka) are not things I am keen on but which strengthen a season that is plenty strong. BSD's sequel and DnA's also add to that. |

This is going to be an even shorter list, isn't it? No can do. Aikatsu Friends S2 - Because it's more Aikatsu, except in SPACE Bocchi - same original author as Mitsuboshi Colors, which was a delight, and the staff is very good - Hanada Jukki is doing the scripts for example - so I'm trusting them Senryuu Shoujo - I know next to nothing about this one, but it looks adorable Carole & Tuesday - Watanabe and space idols Sarazanmai - looks like it's going to be my first Ikuhara anime, unless I'm starting to catch up with things... anyway, it looks like the best-looking anime so far out of all of them, hoping for 2-cour And maybe I'm checking out Fairy Gone depending on the impressions, but that's it. |

hmm a lot of these look interesting but ill probably wait and see how these play out the only ones im definitely picking up from the start are AOT,OPM and Kenja no Mago but a lot of them look really interesting, especially the Original Works and there is a couple of others that picked my interest too sigh but those including DnA will have to wait so i can binge them xD tsubasalover said: Tarotist said: I don't know what SAO III will do, though, as TV broadcast of Zoku Owarimonogatari (6 selection of old eps. starting on April 6, followed by 6 Zoku Owarimonogatari TV eps. starting on May 18) will be airing on the same timeslot on the same TV channel next season. One less anime for me to watch next season...actually...it's good that it will be taking a break next season! As long as it doesn't overlap to the Summer season, we're good. Keep the summer season free from the big guns... And Captain Japan is just my meme name for Rising of the Shield Hero. Because you know. Daphi said: The news is based on Zoku Owarimonogatari schedule. The official SAO III didn't mention anything regarding to it officially yet (might announce on March 27, the final broadcast of the season). So it's possible that it would really take a break or change the time of broadcast (just my random guess). It's not official, so I didn't say it WILL take break.im pretty sure SAO goes on a break source: https://comicbook.com/anime/2019/02/11/sword-art-online-alicization-season-3-schedule-change-break-anime/ Tarotist said: Ah, I see. Blockbuster Spring Season incoming! It’s a pity that Chihayafuru 3 is no longer among this list but there’s still aplenty to look forward to. Definitely watching: Shingeki no Kyojin Season 3 Part 2 is obviously my most hyped show for the Season but I’ll not be keeping up with it weekly for I’m aware of what’s to come. I’ll just watch the previous three Seasons in the meantime and then binge it once the 10 episodes are out! One Punch Man Season 2, here’s to hoping J.C. Staff will be able to go deliver the best of this like Madhouse did earlier with the 1st Season. No trailer or teaser yet though is a little worrisome. I’ll keep up with this on a weekly basis. Bungou Stray Dogs Season 3. I haven’t actually watched the previous two Seasons of this franchise but I plan to finish it by the 12th of April so that I can keep up with weekly. It’s a Studio Bones’ masterpiece after all, it ought to be absolutely breathtaking! Fruits Basket (2019), eagerly looking forward to this one! I haven’t watched the original series by Studio Deen not I’m a fan of reverse-harems in general but I don’t need to see that to know or like particularly like the sub-genre that this will be some great stuff! Isekai Quartet, a very interesting mini-show this. I’ve always wanted to see different anime characters from various anime merging together in a particular setting and this right here is exactly that! Looking forward to this! Carole & Tuesday, this is probably second on my list, after Shingeki no Kyojin, that I’m most forward looking forward to! Amazing Staff(special mention to Watanabe Shinichiro) and Cast Members behind the workings for this one and there’s an extra bit of effort in that department too, I mean the singers of the Op and ED. Also, that PV was mesmerising! Most likely watching: Kimetsu no Yaiba. Looks really cool and majority people are saying it’s going to be a dime so I’ll at least give this a shot! Fairy Gone. P.A. Works is one of my personal favourites among anime studios but there’s obviously more to this that has intrigued me. I’m not quite sure what exact to be fairly honest but the premise of the show is undoubtedly one. Hopefully, there won’t be too much unsightly CGI use. Kono Yo no Hate de Koi Utau Shoujo YU-NO. I’ve heard a lot of positive things about this upcoming project. I haven’t gone through the visual novel or watched the earlier Hentai adaption of it, but I’ll keep up with this nevertheless. Uncertain to Watch: Senryuu Shoujo, looks like it’ll be really nice and touching Romantic show, as such I’m more than likely to keep up with this. Kenja na Mago, seems like a Harem Isekai show so not particularly excited. Just keeping an eye on this for now. Bokutachi wa Benkyou ya Dekinai, seems like a Harem-focused show so again not particularly excited. Synopsis promises a fun watch though, so I’ll probably keep up with this. Midara no Ao-chan wa Benkyu no Dekinai, another anime featuring Studies. I despise studying too so this might just end up being my guilty pleasure watch. Mildly looking forward to this. Shoumetsu Toshi. Madhouse show so a big plus there but the heavy focus on CGI is a big turnoff for me. I’m all in if the story delivers though. Hitoribocchi no Seikatsu, seems like a Slice of Life show that I’d love to watch weekly, but I’ll not be completely sold on this until I watch an episode of this. Sarazanmai, talk about an unusual premise xD. I’ll decide whether or not to keep up after watching an episode of this. |

Rinji- said: Where are all the well-known seiyuus this season? All of the seiyuus from this season are mainly those who have done supporting roles. Not that it's a bad thing, but just wondering. Kimetsu no Yaiba have Natsuki Hanae (Kaneki, Arima Kousei) and Matsuoka Yoshitsugu (Kirito, Souma), Uchida Yuuma and Uchida Maya will play role on Mix:Meisei Story, also mention SnK comeback with Hiroshi Kamiya (most popular male seiyuu) and Yuki Kaj also Mamoru Miyano on Bungou Stray Dogsi. idk what do you mean as "all of seiyuus this season just do supporting roles" |

Shingeki no Kyojin Season 3 Part 2 and One Punch Man 2 are the sequels I'm gonna watch. Isekai Quartlet has my attention so going to give it a shot. That along with the second cour of Shield Hero and Dororo should keep me entertained for the first few weeks. I have no idea about any of the non-sequel anime this season so I guess I'll wait for a few weeks and give a try to the ones that explode in popularity. Studio Ufotable seems to be doing an anime that's not related to Fate so I'll also have my eyes on that anime. |

I'll try to watch (and hopefully succeed if college allows me) this ones: - Hitoribocchi no ○○ Seikatsu. - Kimetsu no Yaiba. - Senryuu Shoujo. - Gunjou no Magmel. - Shoumetsu Toshi. - Fairy Gone. - RobiHachi. - Kenja no Mago. - Sarazanmai. - Kabukichou Sherlock. Although I don't know what will happen to Kabukichou Sherlock, it sounds strange to me that an anime that will be released in April (I guess???) receives almost no promotion at all being only two weeks before its release, there isn't even an official release date! I suppose that if, for some reason, it is postponed/not released at all, I will replace it with another one from this list or with some anime that has already aired. |

Kabukichou Sherlock looks promising because I've been craving for a good mystery anime for some time now and since I know way too much about Sherlock Holmes in general, this is definitely a good addition. Carole & Tuesday sounds like a mature music-related anime and I have good expectations for it, as for Kimetsu no Yaiba it will be a 50/50 case depending if it's gonna be as good as the manga is, the animation looked lovely so it will most likely will fine, but since studios do tend to rush things out, I hope it wont end up turning like that as well. Nonetheless, there is definitely, I think, many interesting shows in this bunch. Of course we have some good new seasons with Fruits Basket, Diamond no Ace and BSD which I will most likely not skip. But the trailer for Sarazanmai was very artistic and intriguing, which makes me believe this anime might be something to look forward to as well, especially since this time it's also an anime done by Kunihiko Ikuhara (which also did Utena, Mawaru Penguindrum, Yurikuma Arashi). |
