| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Damn, this episode is thrilling. The instincts of a hunter (Sugimoto) taking on a wild animal. It was nice to see Asirpa's wolf going for the kill too. It's moments like that brings the thrilling vibes of a hunt. Asirpa's character reactions were gold this episode lol, kinda reminds me of the manga. The episode felt kinda like a buildup but quite enjoyable. As usual, I love the character chemistry between Sugimoto and Aspira. |

| So, instead of this episode focusing on tattoos and gold, we just get Nihei wanting to hunt a wolf. Well, he’s still an inmate, so he’s still relevant (and important for Sugimoto). Meanwhile Sugimoto and Asirpa were still hunting that deer, lol. Nihei’s cooking scene was hilarious. Dem sausages and “BOKKI!!!” were quite… something. Despite being an “antagonist”, it’s hard to completely hate him. I guess it might just be that he’s amusing to watch :P Sugimoto imagining the deer as a soldier was kinda creepy-looking. Also, it’s cool that Shiraishi is a now a part of Sugimoto’s group. Lol Asirpa just slaps him even if it’s Sugimoto’s fault, lol. And those Asirpa faces XD That feces censorship, just like the manga, lol. Sugimoto and Nihei trying to hunt down each other is quite amusing. That part when Sugimoto cuts off Nihei’s fingers, holy fuck O_O  Quite the cliffhanger episode. Next episode should be a lot of fun! Again, I loved how they transitioned to the ED, just like in episode 4.  5/5 |

| Man, this show is literally nothing like I assumed it would be, when it was first recommended to me... It's hilarious, entertaining and throughly riveting. And wow, we begin with the old man making a double entendre, only to end up exclaiming about his -- and everyone else's -- boners all throughout the episode. Well, alrighty then! |

| That new is really scary when it comes to hunting. He is so obsessed with it. Intense episode this week. Sugimro remembering himself in that deer was cool, those fearless eyes. Asirpa's moments were hilarious like always, and those facial expressions lmao. She is the star of the show. The last part was really thrilling moment, the wolf was about to take the bait. Sugimoto slashing his fingers was sick. |

| Probably the best looking episode yet due to no crappy cg outside the bear at the beginning. Nihei is certainly quite the colorful character with all of his boner talk, but facing Sugimoto the Immortal he's already payed the price of losing some fingers. But when will Tanigaki show up? And will Retar live? So exciting! XD |

| A lot of boner jokes this episode lol. Nihei is a pretty interesting character. I really liked the scene where Sugimoto saw himself in the deer charging at him that was really well done. The fight gets real right away with Sugimoto cutting off Nihei's fingers. |

| This was a very thrilling episode. Tetsuzou is a dangerous man, you don't want to mess with him. Aspira being drunk was funny. Sugimoto seeing himself in that deer was interesting. The hunting style was pretty cool. |

| Didn't find those two new villains interesting, in fact, they were pretty average. Due to it whole episode felt boring and the comedy awful as ever. PTSD bit with deer was nice though. Still, somehow I feel this show is losing its novelty and becoming the usual shounen. There are still some interesting bit about the nature and Ainu culture that makes this anime special but I couldn't care less about this 'gather them all' story and I'm slowly losing my interest with each new episode. |

Nihei is an amusing dude with his cooking and all his talk about boners. xD The part where Sugimoto compares the deer to himself was really good, the animalistic desire to survive is the strongest of them all. I hope Retar survives, I really don't wanna see him die. :( The final sequence was really thrilling. Thank god that bullet missed Retar. |

| I didn't expect Nihei to be such an interesting character. I really like his hunter's philosophy, it's quite interesting to be honest. Good episode and the way it ended just makes me want to watch the next one right now. "I'm immortal"~ |

| man sugimoto should be called painless how could he still stand upright by getting hit straight to the head also best ending song always insert at the right time. to those who don't like jokes should drop this series as soon as possible cuz it will be all about homo jokes later on. |

| And after six weeks, I'm dropping it. Loved Asiripa's respect for nature and the Ainu culture as per the usual but one character and her culture carrying the interest of the series for me has run its course. |

| A drunk Asirpa is something to be amazed by, but also to laugh at as well. Not only was she cute, but she did jump herself into the hut's ceiling and needed to be rescued. XD Sugimoto's moment with the deer did surprise me. I was certain that he would shoot it successfully, but he just hesitated, and just froze there as the deer charged at him, with the interesting scene transitioning with Sugimoto's face and the deer's face. He barely dodged the deer, but thankfully Retar came along to finish the job. Nihei's one fascinating character. Not just because of his obsession with the word "Boner", but his hunting skills are really formidable. The face off between him and Sugimoto was not only exciting, but it also transitioned into the ED animation beautifully, just like with episode four. That alone leaves me feeling satisfied. The fight will be tough, but I'm hoping that Sugimoto's group will win. =D |

| Good episode. Enjoyed all the scenes in this episode. We get a little background story from both the antagonists, and get to see drunk Asirpa. The standoff at the end was pretty fun. Enjoying it a ton. |

| Pretty good episode. I like how we have more moments of Sugimoto and Aspira and it seems they have to protect Retar from alot of people given how valuable of a wolf it is. The ending was pretty dope as well. Am looking forward to the next episode. |

| This is one of the best arc in the whole series and I'm glad that they adapted it well. Tetsuzou Nihei's ideals are something to be reckoned with. |
