| I really like how this is series is more rock based music than idol based. I'm neutral on both main characters its only 2 episodes in so they might get better as the series pushes forward. |

| The first half was better than the previous episode, I got quite a few laughs. Still quite a lot of reused footage overall (and the prologue gor played again). Maybe people dislike that the entirety (?) of Macross 7 OST consists of Fire Bomber songs? And they reuse them in the background, it seems. I guess Macross 7 is the Gundam ZZ of Macross. Don't get the hate for Mylene though. |

| I will say, I'm loving the acoustic guitar with Basara's vocals, although that 80s synth is hard to beat. Setting that to the sight of war is certainly striking, though I'm still trying to figure out what the point of it is. It's not as simple as "make music not war," right? |
