That was actually a decent ending though but yeah, it was actually a solid conclusion. Of course, the action was awesome. She even gets a kiss as a reward too! |

| Wow! I totally didn't expect to love this series this much :3 Top5 of the season for me ^^ Loved the backstory of Nightingale and how she's the true identity of Jack the Ripper. The action was great as usual. Adam was friggin BA! And ofc Sio's BA smile before blowing it's brain off was EPIC :D Really BA combo those 2 make ^^ And cute too hehe eps when he carries her like a princess and her reactions <3 The scene when they were all sleeping was nice. Dat yuri groping scene :3...I still can't figure out Sio's size. Sometimes it seems huge (esp when groped) and sometimes almost flat XD Hunter bragging was so lol XD And loved the part on the roof. How Adam said she's important to him and her being disappointed it wasn't personal but then a KISS >.< He really does likes her in the romantic kind of way :3 AdamxSio OTP <3<3 All in all 8/10 and friggin underrated as hell!!! I need S2 >.< |

| I liked the high contrast color scheme against dark backgrounds and the first couple of episodes were fun, but the fun kind of disappeared shortly after. To be more specific, I felt it just spent too much time explaining how things are the way they are, instead of just giving me more of the fun action scenes from the beginning. 5/10 |

| Really enjoyed this show. It started out a little slow but picked up the pace mid season and got really fun to watch. I liked how even though they're literally fighting to save the world the whole feel of the show never really got too overly serious and kept a sorta light, zany feel all the way through. I really hate when some shows start taking themselves too seriously and become terribly boring. It wasn't anything groundbreaking in terms of storytelling but I don't think it was supposed to be. All in all, Nobunagun was just really fun to watch and kept me thoroughly entertained all the way through which I think is the more important goal. 8/10 |
| There were some pretty slow and unimpressive episodes throughout after a pretty good first two episodes, but it definitely finished strong in the last three. Solid conclusion with everyone getting some credit What really got me into the series early on was the clever utilization and combination of the different E-gene users' abilities(Newton stopping Sio's recoil, Sio propelling her and Jack through the air with her recoil while he sliced shit up). I think that caused me to expect a lot more of that, which I unfortunately didn't quite get, especially with the pretty one dimensional teamwork of Gaudi/Cyx/Geronimo. But still, the teamwork in this final battle was good enough to appease my adjusted expectations after some mediocre episodes mid-way. 7/10 due to my bias for the style of the show, the opening, and the better instances of creative teamwork. |

| Well, I expected Hunter to win. Someone should tell the British Police to reinvestigate Jack the Ripper. And voices telling people to do something, never really hold up in court unless proven to be critical. Which hasn't happened yet. And I might say that Sio got what she deserved when she gave those orders, but only one person 'riding' Cyx was according to her plans. You can tell Sio's unacquainted with romance, based on her reactions to Jack at the end. |

| Great ending to an interesting series! Plus the idea of Nightingale as Jack the Ripper makes sense, and is a very fresh take on the character. I don't typically watch shows like this, but for the most part I'm glad I did. It was fun, even if a couple of the character designs were hideous... Solid conclusion, and some great action scenes! I'll give it a 7/10 |
| I liked this show a lot, but it was inconsistent throughout, some episodes were excellent while others were somewhat mediocre, and the rest were decent. Adam and Sio are adorable btw. Better OTP than actual romance shows like Chuu2 and Mikakunin tbh. 6/10 Will definitely watch if there's a S2. |
| Nightingale's backstory is revealed. Quite dark.. Awesome teamwork by Adam & Shio. Her evil grin was epic as ever! XD Geronimo's team was pretty cool too. :) Hunter was the only one in good shape. XD Poor Shio.. now has to take "responsibility" for the order. ;) Hunter's bragging about killing the most EIOs was funny! XD Galiko being overjoyed by Vidocq's acknowledgement was nice. XD . Poor Hunter.. Nice moments between Adam and Shio on the roof. :) How Shio was disappointed the reason wasn't personal and Adam solves it by a kiss! Adam X Shio ftw! :) That nosebleed though. XD Awesome series. A second season would be great! |

| It's one of those series that I don't have any particularly strong feelings for but I really like Shio as a character. She's kind of like a puppy...with a gun. That ending scene was really funny to me. Kind of like "oh hey ShioxAsao shippers this is how we started but look how it ended." I can't even be mad XD! 7/10. |

| An enjoyable ride, and an unexpected ending. Didn't expect that kiss at all haha. Overall an okay series. To me, it ranged from average to good, so I'll give it a 6/10. Wouldn't mind a second season too. |

| Wha.. Jack the Ripper was Florence Nightingale??? nice twist there.. I'm not sure the Crimeans or the Brits would be too happy if they find out there's an anime who created this kind of connection though.. The best action series in this winter season BY FAR!! Bad-ass characters, well-thought of battle strategies, evolving enemies (who doesn't love smart kaiju). This show is so friggin' underrated but I guess it's to be expected since people would rather have random power-ups instead of strategic battles (Log Horizon is another example since some people hate it for the lack of action and instead rely more on strategy). 9/10 |

| That was pretty decent. Even if the story wasn't very interesting, it definitely had its moments (especially the Nobunaga scenes). The characters were likeable. The art and the animation were so-so, but they got the point across. The soundtrack was decent, and it had a pretty good OP (probably the best this season). PS: That last kiss was better than any kiss in Sakura Trick, and romance wasn't even the main focus of the series. that says something. 5/10 |
| After some pretty disappointing anime endings, this was a nice treat. Crazy and wacky (nightgale is jack the ripper, wow xD) but epic action. Really nice ending, every summed up nicely, even with a kiss. But perhaps too nicely as I would love a second season. |

| I seriously don't know what to say about this. At times I was majorly bored and sometimes it was actually kind of exciting to watch. These last few episodes have been the latter. Sio actually is a pretty sexy sweet girl which is given in just the right doses to keep the lure there. The rest of the cast is fairly neutral, not bad but nothing stand out. I'm partial to the beginning and ending of this show and most of the middle was pretty dry. Always had good SFX and had some cool animation during the battles. Was not expecting that kiss but bravo Jack x Sio. It doesn't even seem that odd to have that happen. You know...6/10. |
