Half the episodes weren't even related directly to Kagura anyway. They have been training, school antics, adorable JinxYunohaness, etc. Kagura only met Mikono in person twice so far. What would the characters do if the antagonist/person that creates tension doesn't show up? =_=; I don't want to watch Mikono, Amata and Zessica go around is circles in every episode. But I would like to see more Andy, Mix and the others, they are so fun.I hope they all don't get pushed back to far into nothingness. It was cute that Mix was going to meet Andy...I wonder where they went! |

Punching through dimension with the power of love? Seriously? They really need to think of new attack names. I mean come'on... "Bye Bye Missiles"...? Though with all those flash back scenes, the series is pretty much throwing it in your face "Go watch the original if you haven't." |

| I don't really like the new OP, it looks neat but song doesn't do it for me yet. I got used to ED and kinda like it, Ogura Yui takes some patience to like her songs. Still i wonder why do Yunoha a theme for ED after one that covered all characters, not to mention mysterious red book from previous ED. All the symbolism went to hell and we got Yunoha going around the world singing emo. Song is pretty nice after all though. This episode, it was awesome. Zessica's confession was badass, fight was neat and we got a flashback of 12,000 years ago. Now that character's are more and more aware of this 'reincarnation-like stuff it's gonna be interesting. |

| I like the new op but only the song. The rest looks like a fan made vid of old clips put together. They don't show anything new. The op really suggests that Amata and Kagura are 2 sides of 1 coin (Apollo). Amata really resembles Apollo in the OVA but in the TV series Apollo resembles Kagura. I watched Sousei no Aquarion recently. I just had to watch it because I thought that it could answer some questions about EVOL. The entire time I was thinking of who is the reincarnation of who. These are my thoughts: Amata, Kagura = Apollo Mikono, Zessica = Silvia Yunoha = Tsugumi Jin = Jun Andy = Pierre Zen Fudo = Gen Fudo Mykage = Toma That's all of the characters I could find at least some similarities. Another thing is that in the flashback. Apollo said Silvia not Silvie. Does the changed name matter? Kagura said Silvie but she is Silvia. It's just a little mistake but doesn't the name sound same? Could it be that Kagura or maybe Mikono have false memories. They are the only 2 that remember something from their past life. I think that it's really weird since nobody else remembers anything. (I wouldn't have noticed this if Amata, Mikono and Zessica weren't surprised at the name Silvia.) Of course Im not counting Zen and Mykage, since they're full of mysteries. Especially Zen. This is the 16th episode now. I was expecting some more answers since the end is soon :( But we still got 9 episodes to go. Actually, I was really surprised in Sousei no Aquarion, how throughout the series nothing special happens and then at the end, we suddenly se this huge battle. I also don't like the ending. Its really sad but I would only keep it for 2-3 episodes. But I don't expect them to change the ending. I think that it's going to stay until the end. Next episode Aquarion vs Cherubim. This means only one thing. A show down with Mykage. I think that he is piloting the Cherunim since he is a Shadow Angel. |

| Episode 15 is the only episode up until now that I have liked. Ep 16 went back to being silly and boring. I would love to see more Kagura and less Zessica. Also Zessicas confession should have ended in Amata telling her that he can't answer her feelings. That would have been the most logical out come but since the creators wants to use the love triangle as the "big" drama event they had to let the confession just slip by and make a filler episode after it. I find it hard to feel sad for Zessica she just suddenly decided to also love Amata and had to start fighting for his love even though she saw he had interest for someone else. |

Amata, he is the biggest unknown for me, he has no trace of Apollo, but has the wings of the sun, and this is a great fact. I really don't know who the hell is he... maybe Apollonius. Okay, no trace of Apollo? Amata? Are you kidding me? Apollo from season 1 only had the wings of the Sun and constant past-self shifts. He did know how to activate Aquarion when his past-self told him. Amata felt he understood how to activate Aquarion. The 'wing sign' is what pointed out Apollonius, which can be equated to Amata's wings. Apollo only regained memories in season 1 after sniffing the feather so going by 'memories' is a bad choice for determining who someones past life is. Another thing that should be noted is how Celiane's soul was separated before, one with and one without memories. This makes it exceedingly more difficult to just tell who is who based on memories The thing that's still bother the hell out of me is Mikage(Touma) looking for the "Solar Wings" aka "Solar Wing" aka the true Aquarion. In the Ch15 posts I expanded on this and I believe it's the key to determining what the fuck is going on right now. Technically the battle between the Shadow Angels and the humans is over but 12,000 years later(now), the battle between Altair and Earth is occurring? Mikage's looking for Solar Wing, The love birds are looking for each other, and the people on Altair are suffering because their Females keep dying off.... To top it off, I haven't seen the tree of life since last season so it's even more troubling... Edit: I think I was talking about Apollonius when I said "no trace of Apollo." I was getting confused with people saying "Apollon" every now and then. The signs of Apollo being Apollonius' reincarnation show in both Apollo and Amata though so there is that similarity between the two so there is a trace, of them coming from the same past. |

Another theory, half absurd, but it will ... Kagura can be Sirius ... Kagura has red wings like Sirius had, and Sirius had a strong relationship with Silvia, by the way, Sirius was jealous of Apollo and wanted to be like him, or rather, he wanted to be the reincarnation of Apollonius, perhaps in this life, he born with the Apollo personality, but still without the inherited powers of Apollonius? LOL |

| Great ep, good semi-developments "à la" Aquarion and a very strange flashback to the second age of the Aquarion mythos where the new characters see the ones of the first series. Anyway, I must rant as usual about Zessica being SO much better as a character than bitchy/useless Mikono. Of course Mikono and Amata will end up together, but it won't be deserved at all (though the first Aquarion showed that sometimes pairings can be tricky, well, most Kawamori series really - remember the first Macross too ?). |

| Awesome episode, love is the strongest power of them all haha. Hell yeah Zessica was able to confess to Amata, loved watching that happen with Mikono being extremely indecisive lately thanks to Kagura. Wonder whats going to happen now between Zessica and Amata. So they finally find out what truly happened 12000 years ago. Always cool to watch the characters figure out something that the audience already knew. I've sure gotta go back and finish up Sousei soon, they sure made those events look epic. |

| New OP may be the worst ever. I couldn't believe the lyrics as they scrolled by. Kudos to Zessica for finally getting it out. Along with her great voice, she possesses what has to be one of the most spectacular figures in anime. And while her typical clothing doesn't really obscure her figure, it will be good to see her in at least one change of clothes. With all this talk about fate, I don't think she's fated to be happy. At least not until their situation changes drastically (i.e. she gives up on what she wants now). But if she's going to Mix for advice on men, I dunno what her expectations were. I'm bored of the endless cycle of powering up. Each time, their developments are accompanied by more gasps of awe. But then they prove to be mostly inadequate. As a bonus though, this episode was essentially Rin Tin Tin free. |

| Wow it was about time something have been shown to get things start to click after this Ep 16. I loved Genesis of Aquarion and i am glad that they are finally put into reference now hopefully things will start to make sense. After so many millenniums now wonder we are having a bit of trouble knowing who is who's reincarnation since there is the possibilities of different pass reincarnations being split into two. They sure are making us work hard but i think that part of fun though frustrating indeed, a riddle just like it was in the first Aquarion series it too will be a lil while before its shown whats what. Still Love Kagura still sad about him being made to play the role of a villain when his a hero deep inside * still remembering how he flush in the last episode sigh* Plus havent anyone notice that Kagura is soo much better looking then Apollo although i know in the Genesis of Aquarion Apollo when he died *sad* he was younger so may be he didnt grow into his fated hotness but Kagura does act like Apollo yet Kagura closer to Apollonius is hotness (Still think Kagura is the best of all reincarnations lol) But also you know Sora has kind of the personality of Apollonius. *This still goes with my theory that i mentions in previous forms about the subject yet the Heroines of Aquarion Evol are bit more difficult to see who is who so i will still wait on that* Still to may theories, soo many twist and soo many unanswered questions but is that why we keep coming back for more! lol i will just enjoy the ride soon we will get what we have come for and hope to be blown away *grins*. Feeling betrayed, he tried to get Solar Wing of the line by betraying him and getting rid of Celiane. Solar Wing let his wings tear off so he could rescue Her. 12000 years later, He continued to try and get Solar Wing to acknowledge him but Apollo didn't have all his memories and when he got them, he could only think of being with Celiane again. Now 12000 years later again, he hopes something will actually happen. I don't think Apollonius has any ill will towards Mikage(Touma), but Apollonius and Celiane will not forgive him for attempting to kill Celiane back 24000 years ago. As Fudo taught in the first season.... "If your friend becomes your enemy, what would you do?" There is significance in the lessons Fudo teaches, they're about correcting errors of the past in the current. Mikage cares about altair, just not about the corruption the Shadow Angel-human mixes have brought to it. All this technology covering most of the planet, taking it's beauty away. I do wonder if he'll make the mistake he made with Celiane and attempt to kill Amata's mother... I bet she was chosen to be taken there by Mikage too, because that would give reason for Apollonius' reincarnation to head there for an epic ending! |

| I just love the new opening song. Evend if I prefer previous ending at least the opening rocks even more than the previous one. Although the pace the plot advances seems to get slowed, the next episode seems to be a kind of funny-filler one but well, they deserve some fun after everything that happened. Although I'd like to see more of Altair and how the situation develops there. It puzzles me a bit that if that's happening not 12k but 24k years after sousei, then the tree of life didn't get pollinated in such a great amount of time. Wouldn't it damage life on Earth quite a bit? I thought it was kind of essential factor in the previous show. |

| Best episode by far just cause of the scenes from the previous season and they even included scenes from the final episode( which is extreme spoiler for those that haven't watched the first season). Not a fan of the new OP though but it seems to me they're are trying to follow the first season' OP because both seasons first and second OP have the exact same feeling, well at least to me |

The one who is Apollo´s reincarnation is her fated one, and I dont care if it is Amata or Kagura, because its not for that that I support Mikono x Kagura. Even if Kagura was just a random guy or if he was the reincarnation of Toma,Sylvia or the previous entire cast, I wouldnt care at all. To me he could even be the reincarnation of Mikono´s cat, it does not change at all my opinion. Obviously Mykage has a huge plan concerning Kagura, so yes, I believe we´re being trolled and he is not the real Apollo, but still, I do root for him and Mikono for two simple reasons: - Firstly Because he has more chemistry with Mikono than Amata and he is also capable of protecting her and even changing for her. Im tired of the typical couples "lets stay together because we are the two main protagonists, and Im too good to be true". - Secondly Because it pains me to see Zessica and her unrequited love for Amata, its plain unfair that the guy does not even thinks in her feelings.
