Hello there. I have to say I am a little quite VERY surprised that you are even reading this. No don't worry, I do not intend on sending you on a wild goose chase by making you read this chunk of text which has nothing but me beating about the bush though I admit the thought did cross my mind. Hey don't judge me. I am still human. I think. O___o
Anyway, now to tell you about myself. I have been watching anime for as long as I can remember, considering the fact that I practically grew up in front of the TV. It is partially due to this that I commit myself to the quest of scouring the interweb and the real world in order to locate digital or physical copies of some of the shows I have watched and grown to love, even if it means I can only get raws which are eye-cancer inducing. Either that, or it's my OCD. Needless to say, my efforts have caused me great pain at times when no such VHS/VCD/DVD/BD/file exists especially if the anime is pre-2000. Tempted to list them out but I'll save us all the agony.
My OCD also makes me very picky when it comes to subbers. I tend to spend more time choosing the "best" subber (I have a list of criteria which I really do not want to type out) than watching the show itself. In addition to this, I really prefer my anime to come from the same subber for consistency's sake (like when I waited for literally years for Mahora to release the last few eps of Negima!? though I did break this rule with Seto no Hanayome for reasons unknown even to myself) Dual-audio is always welcome especially for animes which I originally watched in English. Having said that, I do try my best to support the makers by buying DVDs whenever possible. More often than not, I actually end up buying other kinds of merchandise such as Nendoroids much to the dismay of my bank account.
I consider myself to be 'loyal' in the sense that if I like a series (esp one with many seasons), I tend to stick by them. Digimon is a prime example. I can remember the time when many other people have "matured" and all while I was still an avid fan. Fair enough. There are only 2 reasons for me to stop being loyal; either I am unable to continue (due to it not being broadcasted, lack of time, bandwidth, being in hiatus for God knows how long) or the sequel being so terribad that it feels like a mockery to the predecessors.
I don't mind slight ecchi but there is a limit to what I can accept.
Not exactly a hardcore grammar nazi but PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, USE THE FREAKING COMMAS AND FULL STOPS. It's really not that hard. Typos I can understand but perpetual capslock and lack of punctuation is just plain annoying.
For mangas, pretty much the same concept applies.
I like going to forums and discussing about mangas and animes. If you have seen my posts, you will know what I love ranting. Can't really help it.
Ok now. That's enough rambling from me. For now at least. May add some more later on. Can't exactly recall what else I wanted to say. If you are still reading this, then I tip my proverbial hat to you. XP
xoxo

<Been playing WoW. I just started playing again after quitting before Lich King. I don't know if it's a game or masturbation as it is now though...
I'm so looking for the movie now!
Wall text is good for you. ;)
Plus the first season of Nanoha doesn't exist in the Manga/Novel so you need to remove that when you compare them... With As focused on looking awesome during combat, and showing how powerful each fighter is so you can compare them... And StrikerS was based on Nanoha and Fate getting their love child(vivio) which isn't really human... then again Fate was a clone... hahaha. Yes, I'm one of those `Nanoha x Fate are Lovers` people :3
I'll stop there before I go into how much I like Tamamachi Nanoha...
