| The pacing is a bit fast imo. I’m still enjoying it but it’s missing the impact that Alya San is able to provide. Goat VA really helping tho |

| Another boring episode, and the gimmick is getting old. There seems to be no plot. It seems to be several different panels / episodes of a comic strip stitched up together. It's okay if this is slice of life, but there's nothing compelling in the dialogue. |

| This was a big step up from the first episode. The personalities were used more effectively this time around and more of Rin's actual self shone through so there was a better balance overall that made her character quite adorable and endearing. Now the series just needs to give me a reason why Rin's into Eiji, he seems kind of nice but bland. Feels like the answer is just he was there more than anything else. |
| A lot happened this episode with many popular romcom tropes. Fun stuff and Hayamin's voice is heavenly. |

| Rin not only has a little sister, but acts just like one towards Eiji, in the usual funny way, in the midst of the prep for the cultural festival. And as much character as Rin is willing to make do with him, Eiji getting sick would be one which she's able to display her purest character. The part where Eiji is practicing his confession to Rin, it's easily one of the best moments thus far, and it's certainly her trying to get her feelings across to him in the most basic of characters while not being out of manner. Rin calling Eiji out of randomness doesn't feel out of place, nor is their shrine visit for the new year. But Eiji's swagger is so great that his compliments for Rin's characters always makes sense, though Rin is still far from it to reach Eiji by her own character. And when it came to her own confession to Eiji, Rin fumbled, and fumbled hard. Try harder from your own acting, girl. |
