| This CGDCT/SoL anime has gotten better and grown on me. Looks like the new girl, Kokoro, is from India and also looks like the students attending the YuuVoc school are either gifted and/or well off financially. It was nice to see that Kokoro joined on her own and not because of Miku, in fact it looks like when Miku eventually joins it may partially be because there are now 3 girls she knows that are now part of it. This show has many subtle details such as the pig and eating pork scenarios but in this episode I chuckled when Takumi asked why Kokoro meows but that was never answered. I'm thinking that Miku might join once she sees the tree house being built from her school or when Jobko tells her about it. |

| A desi desi indian girl going to hi tech school? She's studying tech support, I'm sure of it. Seriously, it took me .5 sec to imensely like Kokoro. Such great characters, all of them. And the treehouse concept art gave Kids next door a run for their money. I really apretiate how shows like these try to comunicate their thing in a really positive way. Educational, you-can-do-it spirit. I love it. |

| The cast is a lot wilder than I expected. Combined with the setting it feels like they're going for something a little more with this show. Wait, though, the only other girl on the poster is Purin and she also doesn't go to Gata. Does that mean they really won't get enough members? |
| great episode. very wholesome. loved how shii just fitted so well with everyone. it was funny how everyone got into it so much and started introducing each other in the flow. jobko's "nin nin-" made me lol. shii is a really good girl. who would have thought the sensei and shii knew each other already. thanks to that shii got to join the club as an outside member. yua's beef tongue part though lmao. her mind works in mysterious ways. buta chan was not traumatized this time haha. purin is definitely curious about diy club lol. just waiting for her to get over her tsundere phase and go to serufu. serufu's drawing was so good. 10/10. they were fortunate that those people let them use those planks. shii is a very likable person. that's what my first impression of her is. 5/5 episode. looking forward to next one. |

| Woh did Serufu break her perfect record for injuries? Or maybe next ep will take place same day haha Shii is a fun character. Aversa said: Well pallets are a good option tho you should know that Euro pallets are worth money so companies want give that and there is also a US counter part to them. Another thing with pallets is that sometimes they are really strong while other are really weak and break like it's nothing. The new character is another girl with a over the top background, she does seem like a good addition tho. From what I’ve heard plenty of places do give away their old pallets. The real problem is many pallets arent suitable for anything because of being treated with highly toxic chemicals like pesticides and I think sometimes fire retardants so you have to check the labels on them or the wood is just too rotten. Best places are like tile stores I’ve heard. |

| An episode with Serufu not getting injured and her family not having pork for dinner? What heresy is this?! Kouki has such a bubbly personality. Great addition to the cast so far. By the way, Serufu should draw children books. Her dreamy art is amazing. |
| I love that they wrote a pretty Indian girl a lot less stereotypical and caricatured than Jobko, but it also made me wonder if this rise of non-Japanese Asian characters in modern anime is some kind of attempt at representation or appeal to a non-Japanese audience? Yes, these characters have been in anime for many years, but it seems to me that recently their number, or at least visibility, has increased. I just assumed a Southeast Asian country with Indic and Hindu influence historically like Cambodia, but it will be interesting to see if it's specified beyond these generalities. Since it's an original series, I don't believe there's any additional information out yet to help clarify. I doubt such an origin can be considered moe, so it's more likely that they intentionally left her origin vague so that she appeals to as wide a non-Japanese audience as possible. |

| The new girl, Shii is very adorable just like the rest of them. I love Jobko's Engrish. So adorable. I also love the fact that Serufu always tries to find an excuse to say "Do It Yourself" because her name is in it. LMAO. These little things make me love this show so much. I wanna see the secret hideout soon. |

| We now have not one not two but three gimmick characters which is at least one too many Then for the other two we need strong stable influences but at the moment they are really auxiliary and underdeveloped Thus the vibe and dialogue is just all over the place There's a reason why the scenes with Purin are by some distance the best, she is really needed here to anchor the show |

| I love how Rei rejected the easy route of using Jobko's or Shii's money and embraced the "heart of DIY," where you don't rely on money but rely more on being creative with what you have or what you're able to find within financial means. |

| GIVE YOUR FRICKEN MUSHROOM OCTOPUS ROBOT ITS DAMN OS UPDATE ALREADY FFS So Shii-chan, the Indian cat-girl, is part of their club now but not exactly an official member. Who becomes the actual 5th member that allows the club to stay alive? Or maybe our expectations will be subverted, and this feel-good CGDCT anime will end with the club disbanding.
