Ekkun (Previously Shigeru)

I am an Otaku-saurius pre-historicus, started knowing about Manga & anime in my teenies, mid 1990's, but before it I've already watched many 70's & 80's TV Anime series in TV without knowing it.
I'm from Spain, currently living in England, and immerse in reading Light Novels like, Honzuki no Gekokujou (Ascendance of a Bookworm) which is so far my favourite one.☝️ (^__^) Banzai, Long Live to Lady Rozemyne.

Oh I remember reading that manga as well! I didn't realize that the two had the same author until recently though, I'm surprised it took me so long given that they have very similar artstyles.

Wow that's cool! Making a little shogi club as you go along haha

That's cool though! I bet you have a much better understanding of some of the game strategies that Rie uses than I do, neat! Is that part of what drew you to the series in the first place?

Oh, you're asking me what I think of the game Shogi itself?

Well I can't pretend to fully understand it even after watching both seasons but it feels like chess if it was even harder tbh. I think if I tried to play it my head would spin. Kiriyama's really smart to be able to not only play it but play it professionally.

March Comes in Like a Lion is one of the most emotional series I've ever watched. The way it handles its characters and made me want to see everyone get better made me rate it a 10. I could easily rewatch this series and never get bored of it.
