| So the first episode is not just a one-hit-wonder, because this second one is equally as good. I like how that so far it isn't just a collection of fun and light-hearted moments, but rather moments for character growth and for making closer the relationship between Kirishima and Yaeka. |

| I love the Slice of Life vibes this anime gives me. I enjoy Kirishima's character. He is cruel but kind. I am looking forward to knowing more about him. |

| Wasn't expecting feels right in the second episode. That second half was great. SoraSenpai said: I'm not an expert on head trauma or Coma's but How is Yaeka's mother awake talking to Kirishima about protecting her family and then being in a coma for two years? I feel like for most accidents you just go straight into the coma no? Idk that was really my only gripe with this episode. Lowkey late reply but maybe her condition could have gotten worse in the ambulance/hospital (swollen brain due to head trauma) and doctors had to force the coma to stabilize said condition. |
| Not only does this feel dull, the pacing is quite rushed as well, with there being so many emotional moments stuffed into an episode with not enough breathing space. Although the part where they revealed her mother's condition did sorta hit me. |

| I'm loving Kirishima's threats, they're dangerously subtle with a smile. Looks like he's changing too, judging how he let those impostors go. Too soon for him, but the way this show is vibing, I don't mind at this point. |

| Hmmm the relation between Yaeka and Kirishima is pretty weird, I mean I feel like their bonds are in Lv 1. So I think their interaction in this ep feels fast and fake. And it's even weirder with Yaeka's daddy still around and pretty close. It's for me to believe that Yaeka trust her nanny who she just met or a few days or something, rather than her father who she knows even longer |
| Poor little girl really affected by her mother not waking up of course but that was also heartwarming how Kirishima reassured her and how we saw the mother asked him to take care of her husband and daughter, they're really more a family than a Yakuza gang |

| Some nice emotional stuff, but the yakuza premise is weirdly irrelevant. Kirishima isn't a fish out of water here. He's extremely competent, and it's not even in a gag way where he uses his yakuza skills to parent better aside from the shooting game scene. Yaeka didn't have any trouble accepting him. This could be about some hard working dad and it'd be almost the same. Which isn't to say I'm not enjoying. |
| That part at the end when Yaeka calls Tooru kind, I got super emotional there and it made me cry..x'3 It's incredible how impactful the innocent words of an innocent child can be..;v; |

| quite funny when a little girl (who mostly only sees him being nice to her) says she wants to be like him, when all he wants is to have fun beating people to death lol yeah i like this anime a lot, both the parts about him being a delinquent or the parts with him being nice to the girl, or even the parts of him bullying sugihara, everything is fun to watch only thing i didn't like was the mother part, that's quite tragic, wonder if she will ever wake up´ Rickydory123 said: Sometimes it's better to understand even a little bit of Japanese. | While doing their mission to look for those who imitated them, they accompanied Yaeka to see the fireworks, it was nice. So that's what happened with Yaeka's mother, and that's why she didn't want to go to see her...Damn :( Kirishima said something nice to her. Yeah, he's nice. Good chapter.     |

| Started watching this anime the other day and so far it's growing on me. A couple other people mentioned Spy X Family vibes with the parenting angle and I felt that too. I wasn't sure I'd like this with the yakuza/organized crime angle but this has so far been more SoL and family-related. I would say Tooru is becoming like a father figure to Yaeka but since her biological father is around its maybe more like an uncle or even a big brother. |

| Right in the feels with this one, what a beautiful episode. Kirishima handled that really well with how he explained her mom being in a coma, I'm impressed. |
with kirishima being a feared mafia guy i would have thought hed have a lot of troubles with yaeka but it almost seems like he had always been with children  |

| Some brats are pretending to be Kirishima and Sugihara, and tarnishing the gang's name. When these two go to investigate, they figure their names being tarnished as well. Their investigation is on hold to take Yaeka to fireworks festival. She's so damn cute, especially when she pouts. Seems like the chain tattoo around the wrists is Kirishima's trademark. After dropping her home, those two went to confront the imposters. Kazuhiko plans to meet Miyuki in the hospital. Yaeka didn't want to go because she assumed her mother hated her, that's why she never woke up. Tooru explains the situation in a way a kid like Yaeka can understand that her mother is fighting for her life. This makes Yaeka want to meet her mother. Sugihara cries at this situation, very much like us π . Oh cute Yaeka. She called Tooru as kind, and he got shocked. When he said people call him devil, she thought he was lying. When she said she wanted to be kind like him, he joked that her father will lose his mind. This was hilarious and cute. |
