Penacony and Xianzhou are just huge compared to the unfortunate, forgotten Jarilo-VI (or maybe it's just my feeling, because they are much more interesting to explore...). Penacony has so much open-world content and Xianzhou has so much quests and events connected with it! There's just so much interesting things to do in this game as a new player and I just wish I could do it all, but sadly, the school grind is very successful in preventing me from doing so...

Oh yes, I completely agree! I love how dailies work in this game! I was a Genshin player since 2021 and I always found their daily log-in system (even with the adjustments) quite time-consuming and never really bothered with it. I'm glad HSR is better in that regard! Also, thank you very much for consideration with the Ember Exchange warps! As I said, I did play Genshin for a long time, so I knew about monthly reset, but I am still grateful for the info - it's definitely a life-saver when it comes to saving resources in those types of games!

I actually managed to pull Gallagher (even E1) on Firefly's banner within a 10-pull (honestly, my luck in this game is unbelievable) and I've been using him ever since - he's a really great character for a 4* and does indeed work well with Boothill. With them both +Sunday +Harmony TB I finally feel like I can play properly <3

I, too, believed that Luocha was going to run alongside Mydei (it was hinted by some leakers too) and I was really excited because of that. I even watched the livestream, which I never do, so my disappointment was immeasurable after seeing the banners... I know Luocha is an outdated unit, but still, it's been over a year since he had a banner and Huohuo had a rerun in 2.4... :(

Oh noo, I am so sorry about your situation... The early 5* are a curse if you just want to get featured 4* characters... At least Aglaea is a good DPS and works well against new enemies (and she is so pretty ahh <3), so she could be definitely useful. Though I understand that it's a huge loss with how many great new characters are about to come. Anaxa is a breath of fresh air considering that most of males in HSR are Imaginary - and I heard he's quite good + he has a beautiful design, so definitely a solid choice for pulling! I can't say much about Phainon, but he's a hot man, so that's definitely a plus for him <3 I am praying for the gods of RNG so that you'll get all the characters you want (hopefully Mydei as well)! <3

Yes yes, I added you! I am happy that I am actually able to log-in, though it usually takes me several tries (I get an error pop-up about 15 times before the game lets me in). Apart from the log-in screen the game seems to be working well, so that's at least something... :')

Thank you for understanding! I am happy to say my exams thankfully went very well, though they were also very draining. I am glad to finally have some time to unwind now.

Penacony is indeed wonderful, in terms of the world design and also the story and the characters! I really like Xianzhou too, the whole region is unique and has a lot of potential for the future with all the ships. I had some free time after my exam session and because of that I managed to finally complete most of the quests from the Trailblaze Missions (though I am not finished with Penacony yet) and with that, unlock all the amazing locations and, at last, get to know the majority of the characters. It was such a treat to experience the story and explore all the beautiful areas! I am excited to continue my journey with the game, because there's still so much I have yet to do and, most of all, I know there is a lot yet to come with the updates!

When it comes to my pulling plans, I actually won my 50/50 (yayy) on Boothill's banner two days ago. I though my account was in dire need of a DPS and also this guy seemed like a genuinely fun character in the Trailblaze Mission. The characters I am actually waiting for though are Luocha, who is honestly the main reason I wanted to play this game at all, and Argenti, who I fell in love with after his quest. They may not be the best units (especially not for a new player...) but I'd rather get characters I like than skip them and later on regret that choice, even if it means giving up on some endgame. The worst part about that though is that I'll probably be waiting for them for a long time...
And what about you? Are you planning on pulling any of the new characters?

Because of my exams I had almost no free time and only now I could begin to catch up with Honkai's story. I love it a lot and the locations are enchanting! I finished Xianzhou and started Penacony today (people were right about it being absolutely amazing) but I feel like it will be a long time until I will be able to experience Amphoreus. I really hope you are enjoying it though!
