| Nice way to start season 2! So glad to get a decent amount of Tooru that was cool. I felt bad about her not being a stand out though lol. Man I love me some Tsu moments, when she slapped Mineta when he was about to drop that PMS comment about Ochako I lost it. I liked the amount of Ashido as well, we dont know much about her, but I love her design and character so far. That ending was powerful! |

| Okay, I'm obsessed with the opening song and the closing song (mostly because it focuses on UA girls (Tsuyu <3) I love how they included Shisou in the opening too. Up to date with the manga already but i'm looking forward to the duels animated and all that jazz. I'm crying happy tears. Great to see Deku again (and Todoroki looks awesome in the OP!) |

| yehey! PLUS ULTRA! this is gonna be 25 episodes! longer than SnK!!! When this series started Airing back then, I didn't watched this at all cuz (FFF) only subbed this at ep 1. And I REGRET THAT. This show is back and it's Season 2 and the environment still feels like S1...so EPIC! Even the recap on the first few minutes was still awesome! and the OST still brings greatness! oh that was a surprise! Toshinori Yagi is the true name of All Mighto! and that old geezer might also be the previous descendant of the One for All power. All the classmates of Deku is back and still the same greateness of everyone just like S1! young Ochako is too adorable! Looks like Todoroki might have noticed the secret of All Might and Izuku Midoriya. oh noes! 50 minutes is too short for All Might! Looks like is put on a difficult position because All Might needs Deku for him to be the successor! 5/5! |

| I'm cool with some recap in the first ep. I liked how it was masked as a letter to All Might's predecessor. Wasn't expecting Uraraka's reason to be a hero to be for the money, but hey, she seems to have thought it out pretty well. Fun episode. I'm glad this got confirmed for two cours rather than one. |
| Not much happened in this episode but I'm still happy to have this series back. I like the new opening ending but I definitely like the first opening more. This ending though is already more memorable to me. Nice move focusing on the girls. |

| Lot of nice character moments. The more laidback presentation that harmed the first season's adaptation worked wonders here since this is more of a downtime moment, and helps to build up character interaction. Also thank fuck this is 25 episodes long. We're actually gonna get the Hero Killer Stain arc! |
| I probably shouldn't have watched the new ep right after the re-cap ep, since this one had a lot of that too. But it was still a good episode, slow paced but got me hyped for what's to come. |

| well about half of the episode was mostly recaps and the rest exposition even though there was a special recap episode last week. anyway this is right after the end of last season with some of the villains being captured and the students getting ready for the obligatory shounen tournament arc, annnd that's about it. even if it's the first episode i still believe that the show still has pacing problems in that it's to slow. there wasn't much in terms of characters other than fleshing Ochacko out a bit more with her backstory and motivation. the art/animation are still as good as last season, but not much in terms of improvement. |

| I was annoyed by the long recap in the first half. I'm not against the idea of one, but the recap episode from last week served that exact purpose. It was incorporated into the story well enough though. Episode 2 looks like the series will start covering 2-3 chapters at a time now so I'm not too bothered. Other than the recap, I thought the pacing was perfect. It felt really nice and was a solid introduction back into the world of MHA. I loved the little character moments which were brought to life by the lively animation. Animation in general is already a step above S1. I liked both OP and ED better than the first. This arc(and the one after) was the reason why people hyped up the series when the anime was initially announced, so I'm glad it's finally being adapted. 3/5 |

That's what i meant by kacchan and shoto getting more screentime this season. it's a waste of breath explaining more. you should just see it for yourself. |

| First off, the new opening is just as good- if not better- than the first! Basically just a warm-up/refresher episode of last season, then leading into some build up for the sports festival arc. It was nice to learn a bit more about Ochaco though- she really is adorable. Definitely looking forward to this one anyhow, because I'm a huge fan of anything festival or tournament related...Hunter x Hunter's Heaven's Arena, Fairy Tail's fighting festival arc etc. etc. But yeah, I think this could be a great turning point in the story, primarily because my biggest complaint about the first season was that it rushed introducing all these colourful characters, yet didn't do anything with them. So hopefully we'll get to see everybody get some spotlight soon! |

| I'm loving the new OP. I guess the person that All Might wrote to was the person who either passed the One for All power to him or at least taught him how to control it. I'm surprised All Might is not American lol. I thought he was a white guy and then turns out his name is Toshinori Yagi. Especially with a move called Texas Smash. I mean, he could be Japanese-American but I highly doubt that. His profile says he was born in Tokyo. Ochaco wants to become a hero to earn money and why not? Everyone has their motivations and aspirations. She needs to protect and feed her family. She looked cute as a kid and she wanted to help her parents. That's a lot of pressure on Deku. I'm also loving the ED. Both OP and ED win this season. I don't know what it is about Boku no Hero but I enjoy it even though it's a pretty generic shounen. I guess because the characters are all unique and enjoyable to watch. |

| Holy crap. First off, I know that even in the manga Deku is narrating this story as something that happened to himself in the past, but hell I was damn surprised at that beginning scene where we got to see the "current" GOAT Hero Deku (that X on his face was awesome!). Second, they really wasted no time in going back to the story after that, which was great for us to catch a glimpse of each character. The only issue I have at this moment were the weird hand signals that they made Iida perform throughout. I don't recall him ever being so clownish in the manga. He always seemed the stoic, serious one from my recollection. The rest of the cast seemed the same though, so it's only a minor gripe. Ochako doesn't know it, but her motivation of filial piety is actually a very noble cause to take up Heroing, she has my respect all the way (plus her chibi is do damn cute!). Third... holy grandmaster! They introduced GT already?!?! The internship arc is gonna be LIT! |

| I am so fucking glad that Boku no Hero Academia is back and that we didn't have to wait for a long time for this to happen. Right off the bat, I would say that the episode felt kinda slow and that nothing much happened besides the disscusion of heroes about villains, and introduction of sports festival which is kinda expected plot device for shounen type of series. I am really interested to see how it's gonna turn out to be. Also, I think that we had a little bit too much dragged recap of the previous season at the beginning. Hmm, OP song was nice and catchy but not on the level of 1st OP, and the cinematography of OP wasn't that good and explosive, but I hope that the 2nd one would fix that since this season will have 25 episodes, yay! 3.5/5 for the episode |
