| Easily, the best OP of the season. To think about how much time they took in order to come up with such demanding process of animation is simply fantastic. Regarding the episode, I'm already loving Legoshi's inner monologues. They are quite entertaining to hear as well as a nice way to give his character more depth. That cliffhanger tho... now, I feel quite intrigued for the next episode. |
| Wonder how much they'll adapt - the manga does take it's time with world building and unmasking the killer. Hope they won't skip too much. Till now they're doing a pretty good job with this adaptation Legoshi's voice fits his character very well - great casting wish Jack (the dog) had more lines in this episode |

| Opening theme is great. Ending is fine too. Seems like that rabbit girl doesn't remember what happened that night. And the last scene. I guess that's where the rumours about her comes from. |

The first two episodes were 4 chapters each which would put them at 48 chapters but I think 47 is a better ending point. |
| Waiiiit a second LMAO Is this really happening? This is a pretty good anime so far. I really like how this universe is shown and how we even get to see bits and pieces of how different it is from real life, like their diet is entirely plant-based with no meats. The ethics shown is interesting too. |

The "mist" is just the scent, specifically the bunnies, I'm surprised so many people don't get this, just like how when he smelled the flowers it looked the same but a different color, he's a canine after all, he has a good sence of smell. It's not a real visual thing that people can see, it's just how they decided to portray the scent. |

| This was another solid episode! I feel like the pacing, dialogue, and scene change is a tad quick, but they need to get the information out there. I think this will be a near-perfect adaptation of the manga when it is finished :3 |

| The OP was creative and catchy! And I really like the worldbuilding! It makes me sad that this has a lower score compared to the other anime in this season which aren't that great compared to Beastars. Also I really like the animation actually. Orange brought fantastic CGI in Houseki no Kuni and does it again in Beastars. |

| Interesting opening and ending. Mostly opening. I liked it. I didn't like that whining and constantly reminding us that basically the world of animals is like "Carnivore the Chad vs. Herbivore the Virgin", lol. We learned also what (or rather who) "Beastar" is. |
