| A heartwarming episode is so appreciated after last week, sure it was filler (under the assumption those 2 dont return at least) but it was entertaining and heartfelt, and thats really all that matters. | A relieving change of mood after the last two episodes. Seems like we got a new happy couple ♡ Hopefully the guy Yajiro survives, I don't want to imagine how Ohagi would react if he dies from the injuries. | Leave it to Dororo to make me root for characters introduced in the same episode. So glad it was a happy ending for them. Hope that pair will make another appearance at some point. |

| Firstly, Dororo is super cute! I enjoyed this ep quite much even though our protagonists weren't that much involved compared to the previous eps. Also I'm a bit surprised that there's a happy ending for the couple. Cuz there seemed to be flags everywhere that it's not gonna end up well. |

| Well, I guess after Mio's little arc, it was a bit pleasant to see that this episode concluded in a somewhat happy note. Unfortunately, my problem with this episode was that I think the relationship between Yajiro and the Jorogumo felt rushed as hell and as a result, their story didn't caught my interest at all. I mean, in just a couple of days and some few simple words, he could manage to change her point of view regarding humans... I don't know, maybe it would have worked better as a 2-parts episode so they could have received more development but being honest, this episode didn't really give any real progression to the main plot either so I'm not really sure why they included this story after all but well. Other than that, it was still an interesting episode but definitely my least favorite one. |
| Loved how they portrayed that Youkai and Human can coexist and the struggle that comes with it in this episode. We also got to see Hyakkimaru's first laugh even if it's a snort or "nose laugh" that means he's teasing Dororo, Wholesome moment. |

| Good episode! a spider monster woman ghoul was able to like a human! And Hyakkimaru wasn't full hostile with it! Dororo also helped guiding Hyakkimaru that the reward was useless... 4/5. |

| This was a surprisingly sweet episode. It was definitely needed after the last one. We meet a spider ghoul who appears to be draining the life out of humans after kidnapping them from the nearby village. After being attacked by Hyakkimaru, she weakens and goes into hiding in said village. There, she falls in love with a man who believes all life is precious. Turns out she wasn’t as bad as she seemed. She never killed her prey and she wasn’t taking the villagers away. Instead it was her male companion helping people escape the oppressive village that was just about working everyone to death. Hyakkimaru and Dororo come to understand the ghoul and allow her to escape with her man. So a happy end for them. Yay. What I loved most about this episode was the fact that Hyakkimaru actually laughed. Or snickered really. Either way it was super adorable. |

| I was really surprised but pleased by the happy ending. You get monstrous people and redeemed monsters, good stuff. How very interesting to see the change in aura, I wonder if that will come into play once again in the future. |

| i can't believe i already watched up to the airing status... this anime is so good :/ now i'm gonna have to wait like all of the rest of ya'll. the episode was a little predictable as i had read a japanese story/folktale that was similar to the contents of this one, where the guy and a monster falls in love. still enjoyable, though i did want some main plot in this instead of a filler-esque short |

Considering that the original Dororo anime featured 48 monsters for Hyakkimaru to regain his natural body, there should not be a problem for modern Hyakkimaru to find only 12 monsters to fulfill the task. In any case, this episode featuring a monster Hyakkimaru did not have to kill is a nice break from the spree of monster killings. Also... The guy, Yajiro, knows it.  |

| I am so glad it had a happy ending. On the other hand, its very sad characters like Mio and Ohagi still don't have a profile in the character page. Such a waste, this is totally going to affect their popularity in the long run. |

| Fantastic episode. Pleasantly surprised by the happy ending, considering the last couple of episodes and the tone of this series in general. I half-expected the spider woman to die, the man, or even both of them I hope that guy and his spider waifu have a happy life together. |

| At first I was wondering if the spider youkai's soul would appear non hostile to him or not since she doesn't exactly kill humans. Rather she feeds off of them just as he eats lesser wildlife to survive. Was nice to see him let her go. |
