| that looked so... weird... oscar in a dress... omg... I felt like looking at some weird crossdressing show. XD I know she was crossdressing before and now she's like she was supposed to be... but... OMG! I can't get used to it... it's weird. Oscar! Get back in uniform or I kick ur arse! *grrr* I was expecting her to look ravishing in a dress... she is drawn brilliantly... still... Fersen? WTF? (was expecting that too, but she actually doing what she did for him... eww... XD) |

| Seeing Oscar so happy in the beginning about Fersens return with Andre standing in the background made me really sad :( But I really liked Fersens long hair ^^. Too bad it was short again soon. Interesting to see him work as an advisor now, not as an affair. Seems like he's really needed, the population starts tor evolt more and more. And Oscar dressing as a woman was pretty strange, but I found it hilarious that she pretended to be some else and noone even noticed her identity. |

That granny that lives with her must really have embellished her with a lot of stuff, since it also seemed like she had a figure as she never did before (largest chest in addition to the super thin corseted waist). What an extravagant era. I don't know why, but I just don't like Fersen very much. I would much rather see Oscar go after André. And although she looked strange dressed as a woman this first time, I bet those of us who found it odd would get used to it if she kept up with a more feminine appearance for the rest of the show. |

| Oh boy, just imaging how Andre has felt all of these years. Fernsen finally knocked soe sense into the queen by getting her back to work and even knocking Polignac down a peg. That should end well. |

| That was strange. I do prefer her in the military uniform. Andre >>> Fersen. Really. Oscar falling in love with Fersen did indeed feel forced. I felt sorry for Andre this episode too. The beginning of the episode especially, Oscar was like a puppy. Though I'm glad Antoinette has some sense put into her now though. |

| This show. Even when everything seems right, it always finds a way to go horribly wrong. Even if it nothing has happened yet, it'll eventually happen. That moment between Ferson and Oscar was great. Yet, it was merely a great fleeting moment, one that cannot become anything more. Besides that, this show seems to have a reoccurring theme of ambition and desire. Freedom, position, revenge, wealth, or just a simple longing for another - everyone wants something, but for one person to have, another is left without. It's a tragedy not created from a single person, but from a collective society with conflicting interests. Happiness is a finite resource in Rose of Versailles. Not everyone can have it, but at the same time, everyone can be drained of it simultaneously. If I'm correct, revolution will not end well for anyone, but it would be the only way to reset everything to null. The cost to do so won't be cheap though. |
| I loved seeing Oscar wearing a dress and dancing, even for a brief moment it was so nice to see her feminine side. It wasn't weird or awkward, just simple and beautiful. |

| So much shoujo sparkles this episode! God, I burst out laughting in the scene André sees Oscar (that cut keeps on for too long and the sparkles just get bigger!) Geez, you people can't even reconize her? How much make-up are you wearing, woman? She looks better on her Royal Guard uniform, btw. |
| Oscar more like Crossdressing to me. Still can't consider her as a woman. Need more oscar dress mode. As I know there is no Oscar in france revolution. Despite being main protagonist in this show, She is just merely an observer of the historical event. I doubt the history would change, but i wanna see some surprise. |

| Oscar-chan wa onna ko! While it was fun to see Oscar in a dress, what felt weird was the way she was behaving. Usually she's very no-nonsense and straighforward, but with her feelings for Fersen she's acting as silly as Antoinette usually acts. Given her generally badass self, I'd expect her to walk up to Fersen and say: "You. Me. Date. Now." |
| Pretty decent episode, Oscar in a dress felt incredibly weird, but I liked how that made her show a bit more her feminine side she was forced to hide due to her father. |

| The show hasn't been subtle about Oscar having the hots for Fersen up until this point, what are you people even talking about. As with a lot of things on this show, it may not be believable (I personally don't get what she sees in him beyond the surface), but we've been beaten over the head with it all this time. And Oscar looked great in that dress. Fight me nerds. |
| I don't find it forced at all since Oscar's feelings have been heavily hinted for many episodes. Oscar was so beautiful with the dress, she always is but seems like she can pull off any style. Really depressing episode. |
| Really beautiful episode,especially in terms of directing. It's such a pity for Oscar that Fersen doesn't seem to share the same kind of feelings she does. She looke fabulous in that dress btw,that scene set a grin on my face. |

The man she deserves has been right there, standing silently by her side for years... and yet she wants to go after the adulterer who is already with another woman, who had abandoned his woman not once, twice, but three times before. It makes me sad. |
