| Welp, Viole does care about Kang after all when he says he'll bring him back. So yeah, this episode kinda focused on following Viole's personal goal while also featuring some other battles. I wish I could care about characters like Cassano though. These battles are just scattered all over the place. Hard to invest in any of these side characters. |

| Viole still thinking about Rachel, better get her out of his head at the very soonest. Horyang makes his exit to the tent village's Xiaxia Light House to seek said caretaker for the whereabouts of his twin brother Cassano, he used to be living at a tent nearby the Hand of Arlen ruins, but that said landmark has become quite the fearsome feature for time since then. Even Khun's party is also seeking for Cassano, and Fisherman Ren seeks to eliminate all the traps on the way there. Of course, being the Devil of the Right Hand, Horyang has power too, and Ran seeking said character whilst mistaking the former for one, he has no choice but to engage him in battle, even at Novick's whims. Miseng being worried about Horyang, she has genuine concern for him, whilst Viole keeps her concerns reassured. Even both Wangnan and Akraptor feel the same, but this is Horyang's fight, as much as it is once for Viole with himself and Rachel. Prince may have come one step too late, but Yihwa will help them change course quick to borrow a ship and tail Viole to get Horyang back. Even Viole dropped by Xiaxia's place to seek for Horyang (which she does her work all the same)...and even joining him as a Light Bearer? Meanwhile, Cassano's call to Horyang resolves that misunderstanding, and Khun's party is left all trapped, though the Light Bearer leader himself is one without any open weaknesses thwarting a serpent assassin under orders. Viole finding Horyang back with Xiaxia, which the latter is fighting against both Ran and Novick alongside his twin brother, how will this misunderstanding of a conflict come out? |

| Animation gets worse and worse every week man this is such a disgrace.. Kang v Khun’s group looked so bad lmao. At least the story is picking up somewhat to compensate for it and I am really intrigued by Ilmar and Cassano situation right now PLUS we should finally have Khun and Bam seeing each other again next episode I’m guessing?? So that’s something to look forward to. Penkin cooked with the ODT as usual too. Character wise starting to see Bam come out of his shell and show some characteristics we know him for. Really cares about Kang and his new party even if he acts a lot colder now. Just knowing Kang was out there alone made him want to go off and save him no matter the cost.. bro is still having Rachel flashbacks tho 🤦🏽♂️ Who hired the snake assassin that tried to take out Khun tho? Looks like we got a third party involved here too… also Stray Kids will be doing the OP for the next arc so for better or worse we will be seated |

| So many things happening in one episode. Not surprisingly, the fight scenes still look wonky. Look how they massacred Ran, my boy. I couldn't stifle a laugh with that white flashing scene of Horyang yelling after Ran threw his lightning spear. Khun and Kevin Parkin's soundtracks, as always, are carrying the episode. There are so many little moments where I really feel like the directing could easily be improved to make the overall scene more impactful. Like when Khun was saying his line, "I'm not a Light Bearer because I'm weak in close range combat. It's because I like giving orders," it would've been better if he said that while the snake man was screaming. Plus, in the manhwa, Khun killed off the snake man...why did they make such an unnecessary change in the anime smh. Both S1 and S2 love to shounen-ify everything. Also, it really bothers me how they can't even bother to put little boxes to give a brief description of what floor the characters are on, the name/titles of new characters, etc. RIP no Wangnan and the gang in Horyang's clothes. Is the staff of the ToG S2 so bad that they can't even correctly do the visuals of the ending song, why the heck does it show a panel that hasn't yet even happened this episode... |

| LOL, they make a hugeeee mistake on this episode. The ending theme usually is 1 panel = 1 episode , however for this week panel they shown Viole(Bam) already made it to the scene but the episode ended with him on the way to it. So I reckon that was not original intended and that they rushed too much and need to push back the fight to the next episode but fumble with the communication within the team. Previous episode panel  This episode panel???   |

| I’m not sure how far the rooms where Baam's group was located are from Arlen’s hand, but Viole arrived pretty quickly. Maybe I misunderstood, and the scenes weren't happening at the same time. Either way, the only thing that matters is that Baam and Khun will finally meet. Also, Cassano gives me a bad feeling, and that rabbit seems to be exploiting Cassano's location to lure people in. |

| Hate to say it, but probably my least favorite episode of the show so far, and this is mainly due to the way the fights have looked so far, and as others have mentioned the directing. Maybe I shouldn’t have rewatched Season 1 before this, perhaps if I had less to compare it to I’d like it more lol, really it is sad tho man, I was so excited when this season first dropped and was really enjoying it, but they unfortunately have not been able to keep it up. But hey, we do have a 2nd cour to look forward to and apparently Stray Kids is coming back which does have me excited, but I will not be getting my hopes up due to how this part of the season has been treated. From here on out tho, I will be keeping my complaining on the low, don’t want to plague all my posts with the same thing lol, and of course I wouldn’t be here if I wasn’t somewhat enjoying it, so I will be trying to focus on that instead. But with all that out of the way, things did get a bit more interesting in regards to the plot with Kang dueling with Khun’s boys and finally coming across Cassano, I’m interested in finding out what the reason behind things being set up this way is. And there was also the snake guy hired by that cute rabbit ears girl, he got thoroughly finessed by Khun but I’m wondering what her goal is in this, surely we’ll find out soon since Viole is rushing to the scene with her in his arms lol. And lastly, like someone else pointed out, I did notice they put a panel in the ED that didn’t happen in this episode for the first time, kinda odd lol, but whatever, it was pretty obvious he’d arrive anyway. |

| This episodes animation is bad, really bad. Almost every single attack is just a still frame, of the attack already connecting, with 0 movement or momentum showing it being thrown. They used two of the best songs from the OST in this episode, seemingly in an attempt to distract from the terrible animation; they are making Kevin Penkin sweat. Twice when attacks were thrown I didn't even understand what was happening; when Ran accidentally hit the lighthouse it looked like they didn't even touch and when the needle/ dart hit Aguero Agnis it was just a puff of glowing smoke on his chest and we then saw the dart later. Someone else already said it but they did my boy's Ran and Novick dirty in this episode. |

| Idk, I wish it was a bit longer but we got to see cassano but it's been so long I don't even remember why exactly Khun and co. are after him. Rabbit girl a cute. Bam is going to help and is showing his humanity over time. |

| Luckily for Kang, Cassano has found him and both of them should be able to hold off Khun's teammates but who knows if Cassano will then turn on Kang. At least Bam's on his way with the mysterious rabbit girl which I think is the same girl that snake man described to Khun so Bam's meetup with Khun may be complicated, and beyond that Kang may end up needing Bam's help. |

| Bruhh the Animation and direction this season looks so bad, the fight didn't get me excited at all. Once again Kevin Penkin back must been hurt single carrying this Season. I saw the announcement about the next arc and they bring Stray Kids back for the OP and ED. But idk how they are going to continues back to back into the second cour with this kind of production quality. My expectations is very low right now for Tower of God. |

| Action scenes suck. That's it. Also they a had chance to make this episode a bit bearable and something that doesn't sit with the bar we've been carrying this whole season, but yeah as if they care. Not holding expections for the next episode. |
