| That's one guild with a really strong working conditions, lol. But more importantly, we do need more of that Lady Sasha the older sister, and her older sister. Or you know what, all three sisters are a piece, that's for sure. The little bit of the foreshadowing in the tavern was interesting. Also, if you switch the fantasy setting for modern Japan, or any other country with a strong working culture, and then slaying monsters with going to work and having a very busy working schedule, this pretty much is a show about parents and their children struggling to align their free time to meet each other for holidays and/or such. This is working life and my family the animation basically, but with knights and monsters. The art is still a little bit bland, but other than that for now, i like it. |

| Sasha makes her introduction and I think she is a cool presence in this show. She has a rather strong personality and seems like a respectful person. We also got to see more what Angeline's daily life is like but I find it more amusing how Belgrieve attracted the attention of another girl already. It was somewhat of a slower paced episode but the mood and feeling of the episode felt the same as the previous. |

| The Bordeaux royal family's 2nd daughter seeks the honourable Red Ogre Belgrieve as thanks for Angeline's bravery for saving her younger sister Seren before her father's passing. Though she wants to spar with the famous former adventurer in order to learn some skills, she's more impressed about him teaching Ange, and wants his tutelage as well. Even the merchant girl comes to him to spread about his own adopted daughter's good work, though the Bordeaux family arrives with their countess of Lady Helvetica, also to find Bel...to request him to serve them. But he politely refuses even though Sasha has put in the good word for him. And when things get bad, she forces his hand for her guards to take him on, even marrying him, though Seren comes out and defuses the situation, though the small village of theirs is holding an autumn festival and obliges them to stay. Ange looking for more S-rank quests, but there isn't any, so breaks she must contend with to pass the time. And though strong monsters come around, Ange and her party handled them seamlessly, and the merchant girl came back to report on her father, though Ange can have a rather obsessive father complex. For now, moving along nicely... |

| The meetings between the dad and these nobility girls were hilarious, I hope we'll get to see more of them haha. Pretty fun episode, Ange's still trying to find ways to see her dad, hope they'll be reunited soon :) Looks like a worrying monster is coming next (maybe). Feels like this is going to be a feel-good kind of anime overall, which is my cup of tea! |
| So another solid episode, but I really hope Angeline is able to see her dad soon and that they don’t drag out this gimmick for 12 eps lol The bordeaux family were really fun. Helvetica pulling up with an army of dudes to capture Belgrieve was hilarious. All he had to do was clench his fists and they all fell back 😂. Shows you why they call him the red ogre If you think about it though, this show is basically a fantasy version of how difficult it is for adult children and their parents to make time to meet, in Japan at least. Sad, but a toxic work culture will do that to ya. I really hope they can hang out soon. End scene looks like we’re getting one of those 72 demon lords.. a central conflict will help this story a lot. |

Jokes aside I love all the characters introduced on this episode, they all have strong and fun personalities, and I can already imagine Ange pouting about the fact that Sasha gets to train with her dad while she doesn't. The end of the episode possibly teases one of the 72 (HOW MANY!?) demon lords mentioned in the episode, but I'd be interested to see if somehow one of the characters befriends it, given that it mentioned being lonely. The premise is fun and the comedy is very good on this show, I'm enjoying it a lot! |

| I'm finding the character designs in this show strangely captivating. While we're still in the realm of anime hair colors, there's a surprising and pleasing simplicity to them that I quite appreciate. The backgrounds are also beautifully done. Anyway, I'm still in the midst of watching, but... I must admit, it's hard for me to take anyone named "Helvetica" seriously because my mind instantly associates it with the font. |

Are the 'AA' ranks in this series exceptionally weak? Or is it just Belgrieve who is actually an S-class level?
| @anime_monger I do not how far from the original LN source they will adapt into this season... But there never said with Rank Bel reached... but yeah, he is pretty good strong because of something that I can not Spoil that tell us on the novels. |

I will recommend you to read the original source (rather that the manga adaptation) there are only 11 novel volumen. J-Noel Club have already published 9 in Translated in to English. (my self as a JNC Premium user, I have already read up to the 10th) and enjoying them a lots of lots!!!! |

| Might be back in the day, rankings used to work the other way around. I mean that's the only possible way to justify Belgrieve's E rank status as an adventurer lol. Bordeaux sisters have a strange admiration/obsession with Belgrieve, to the point where one of them literally calls him her teacher and the other one went as far as letting her personal army to catch him just so they could have his services in their family lol. Needless to say he went nowhere:) Now the title of next episode does give hope that we'd have that reunion, finally. |

| Ange and her dad will be reunited soon...I hope! I mean, I'm sure he'll leave Turnera & be with his daughter if she asked. But then again, Bel might be hiding from something hence why he hid himself in Turnera all these years. But that countess was a riot. I think Seren has more countess material than her oldest sister lol |

| I liked this ep better than the first episode. Im more used to the art style now, I realize what seemed off is the moderately more muted colours which i actually like arent properly complimented with more detailed shadows or line art so characters very bare. Anyway it's funny seeing all these girls popping up for Belgrieve. |

| @Falkerie I kind of like the background. It doesnt look bad but yeah it doesnt quite have a feeling of depth to it which isnt inherently bad there is other ways of conveying depth than blur. |

| If the monsters and demon lords don't watch it and behave, I suspect Ange will get hilariously pissed off and ERADICATE them all... she's already NORMALLY pissed... escalation's rapidly becoming a thing I'd imagine... |
| So far so good as I liked this episode as well as the first one. It sounds like Belgrieve will either go to Angeline and become an adventurer again or Angeline will be allowed to go visit her father in order to recruit him (based on the title of the next episode it sounds like it may be the latter). Either way it sounds good that both of them will be reunited and probably fighting the 72 (really 72?!) demon kings together and I'm looking forward to that. Regarding the Bordeaux sisters, I was not surprised that the one that sparred with him wants him to teach her further but I was surprised that the oldest wanted to marry him after he refused to work for them lol. |

| Those sisters are funny. Also that is one shitty guild, onle Angie party can deal with those threats. |
| Father and daughter still have not met, but that’s okay, because we possibly have some good development coming our way, which is that red ogre dad here might be getting back into adventuring soon. What I want to know is if he hiding something about his strength, or if he really is just a humble swordsman who’s just decently skilled. |
