| 2 episodes aired back to back today https://twitter.com/tenseikenja_PR/status/1543909987868479491 There's more adventurers/characters showing up now in the series. Also, something about those slimes makes me curious about their personality as the way they behave. Looks like the show takes Yuji on a mission now that he is a registered adventurer himself. I got the impression of a JRPG-like storytelling anime now. Not sure how the direction of the plot yet as it still seems rather loose. |

| Opening hour-long, 2 episode premiere. Non Stop Rabbit's OP sound just fine. The ED however, I admit that it has style with the VAs of the main slimes that's just like Kumo Desu ga, Nani ka? with Aoi Yuuki's voice, and it sounds fun. Really though, they only briefly showed Yuji's beginning journey being lead by the slimes into their common house, and acceptance of being a monster tamer, it's just a brief introduction, that's all. Yuji, Proud Wolf and the other slimes have their relaxation time in the town of Rilia, but don't have an adventurer party, so he joins one to clear a quest together to defeat this Earth Dragon: dagger wielder Rodis, archer Tina and spear wielder Lisa. But one of them is a sus character who's part of a group of bandits with his comrades awaiting in the makeshift hideout hut to kidnap them all in one shot, and it doesn't take long to know that Rodis is the odd one out. But they're all no match for Yuji, whom indites a simple spell with his slimes, and it's stupidly strong. And one of them being an infamous bandit (Gelios) with a huge bounty on his head, they struck lucky. From there on, it's just Yuji and his slimes doing all the outdoor work and prep that even surprises both Tina and Lisa. The true plot is just starting now with the The Blue Moon of Salvation being the cult that will be prevalent for most of the series run, and more of these will happen soon. |

| Whats with all those hot looking secretaries in the guild houses. Now, i get this is the pattern with isekai shows, but why did they show us the first episode, where the mc is blasting half the world away with his powers ... and in the second episode we back doing the good old "ill better pretend i'm weak because of ... ? Something". Like you going into this show with the knowledge that the main character is op as hell already, so why start there. The VAs for the mini slimes are cute, same as their variations, little slime starting campfire was the cutest shit ever. Also they really hold themselves back this time, it only took TWO episodes for mc-kun to be saving girls from the bad guys, lmao. |

| You would think with a cold open for episode 1, they would go back to the start of the story to explain everything. But no, we only got the bare minimum of the start while we continue on with the story and the new arc. We still don't know how Yuji met Proud Wolf or the Dryad or how things ended up in the first episode with the monster attack on the town. Plus the discrimination with Tamers that Yuji surely faced when he started being an Adventurer. Sure, there's a recurring thing with the Blue Moon of Salvation but there's not much foundation moving forward. I do like the art style of when Yuji remembers his black company experience but he's too quiet. We don't really hear his thoughts so he's just too bland. His thoughts in the manga is the best thing about him as he overanalyzes stuff and correlate things happening to his experience as an overworked salaryman. So yeah, just gonna be a mediocre to bad adaptation so not gonna expect any more than this. I like the ED at least. |

| Just more trash isekai. I'll keep watching 'cause the female characters were kinda cute this episode. I just wish they'd stop the "mysterious evil lurks" thing in all these isekai series. It really gets old. |

| Should've just replaced the content of these first two episodes lol. Like I didn't get why it has to be this way. The good ol' guild quests, like at this point we all are plenty aware how things go in these adventurers. Nothing different here, beat the bastard and earn the trust of these girls to yourself. Anyways a bearable start to the series. |

| Those two girls kind of have the same personality of these slimes lol. I guess it’s how they were acting kinda bubbly and sorta..spacey if that makes sense. Anyways, one thing I liked is how they show the flashbacks in a different animation style. It’s an interesting contrast between the animation they use for the isekai world and for our world. It’s also kind of slowed down too, which I thought was neat. The way Yuji is with his slimes kinda reminds me of By the Grace of the Gods. The slimes are a lot more useful than people think in both those shows. I mean during the first ep, they destroyed those Titan/TES Hunger looking things and defeated this infamous bandit with ease in this ep. These slime ain’t nothing to mess with! But slimes aside, I’m also looking forward to learning about how Yuji encountered Proudwolf and Dryad. All in all, a pretty decent episode. The story might not be anything new but these slimes are great. Definitely gonna add this one to my weeklies just for those adorable little dudes alone lol. |
| Mixed feelings about these two episodes since the 1st ep just threw us straight into the action and this second ep had only a tiny flashback on how he just randomly bumped into the slimes and they suddenly loved him, read a bunch of books, and made him an all powerful sage. It's kind of cute but seems more comedic right now than anything....(I think I laughed too hard at the slimes setting up the new camp) Hope they go into a little more of the technical details later (ie: How he tamed that Proud Wolf and Dryad for one, I can't imagine they just randomly walked up and let him "pet" them -no-questions asked- like the slimes did) |

| Gonna be honest here, other than the slime designs (my favorite being the eyepatch one)... this is nothing to write home about. (literally) First, he gets OP in less than two minutes just by taming slimes and having them study magic. Honestly that didn't tick me off cause after Leadale from the Winter season I pretty gave up on complaining about the MC being OP. But what really ticked me off is why is it so hard for the show to have a male companion without being a one off or typical evil bandit. I'll continue to watch this for the slimes or until I get bored, which ever comes first. |

| the slimes are cute I guess.. and the girls.. Anime like these are mildly interesting to me imo.. But enough to keep them watching until the end.. as long as they aren't cringe.. which this anime isn't for the time being.. |

Graduated High School in May of 2022. Summer vacation has finally arrived. I have once again regained the power of a new anime fan, being able to watch multiple anime episodes in a day. Time to binge-watch every single anime I can into the night until college arrives. SADGE. SUPER SADGE... College has begun as of Monday, August 30, 2022, so you won't be seeing me much around these parks. See you on weekends, I guess... School me is back. Sigh! I'll at least try for one anime a day with all this course load. |
| Lmao at the literal PowerPoint when dude jumped between those wire traps. I think the first two episodes were decent, I appreciate that they’re trying to shake up the isekai formula a little bit, but it’s still nothing special so far. Hopefully some waifus and fanservice come into the picture soon. |

| So we did end up getting a little bit of how Yuji started out in this world but it was very brief and we still don’t know much lol, but it’s cool how the slimes reading books causes Yuji to gain the information, it also explains how he got his Sage class. And of course after forming a party with Lisa, Tina, the 3rd member Rodis who seems shady ends up being a bandit lol, I thought he may just be misunderstood but that’s not the case here. After freezing the bandits alive, Yuji has an entire camp setup in a few seconds as Lisa and Tina watch in awe lol. And the moon seems important based on what was said about it, guess we’ll learn more about that as we go. This is pretty decent so far, I’m still enjoying the slimes and the new waifus seem nice, and wow that ED tho lol, it was cute and even had a Bohemian Rhapsody reference thrown in there, I appreciate that. |
| Great episode! The op and ed are great! Yuji joined a party and it seems that the dagger guy was trying to capture Yuji and the two others! He beat them of course with the amazing slimes and even made a full tent setup Looking! Looking forward to the next episode! |

| Yyyyup This sure is another one of these hideous, atrocious things, and a relatively crappy one at that. I guess the music was kind of nice, so long as you ignore that it's rocking out to a dude browsing status screens and going through menus. This is after having ignorantly done the work of multiple years because he's just so unconsciously good at absolutely everything, and everybody else are rank incompetents. Of course. It's not even decently made. At least wow me with some nice animation, not slowly shambling monsters that do nothing but scream. I guess it could've been worse. They could've been stills, or CGI. Again, by navigating menus. I think next season, I'm going to start subsituting some random word for reincarnation, cheat power, and possibly sage too, just because I am so goddamned sick of there being this exact show a half dozen times every season. |
| I've enjoyed these two episode! It's been a fun show so far. Op and ed are awesome and Yuji, the Slimes and Proud Wolf are great characters! Loving this so far. |

| Nothing; absolutely nothing in the way of motivations. They didn't even proper show the reincarnation part. On the plus side, the slimes were even more fun this episode. |

If you want to say it's a trash isekai at least say it's one of the better trash isekai. The anime skipping to the end(?) of the first arc is understandable as it serves to hook the viewer, imagine every isekai anime doing the "died at somewhere after getting killed or getting badly treated and reincarnated into another world"- All in all, I think it's a pretty great start for an isekai but I do not think that the story will get better, most people will probably watch it only for the power trip. The op and ed are certainly a banger. I agree. The animation isn't groundbreaking, but the camera shots and the MC's old memory scenes deserve a bit more credit |

| An isekai that looks and feels like it has more effort put into it, at least animation wise. Yeah dude gets reincarnated, gets handed op powers, ladies fall for him, not groundbreaking but could be fun. The first episode definitely hooked me in, some really smooth animation in some areas. Its funny I told myself not to watch anything that looked subpar this season, and here I am with another isekai. Probably will let some more episodes come out and then binge watch it. |
| I like it. The girls in this show are all top-tier, and the ED emulates Bohemian Rhapsody for a short moment. I've definitely seen much worse isekai before. No one believes how OP he is which gives him the chance to prove himself to everyone and shock them, which is a bit of an overused trope but I don't really care. The slimes can build a whole campsite in seconds eh? They can also be thrown to survey the land for miles. Looking forward to seeing what else they can do. |

| I wish they would give more backstory to Yuji, like how he met proud wolf, etc. Give us a reason to really care right now I feel no investment in Yuji. He's not interesting or anything. I'm really only sticking around for the Slimes, imo they steal the show I love em |

| Quick flashback on everything...looks like he's a regular young salaryman a week ago and now he powered through all that magical tomes and became a sage as well after being isekaid because the tamed slimes can read and he also learns what they read, still force multiplying huh? Must have magical tons of other magical skills and talents on that magical skill tree/database of his. Ah yes our bouncing magical bag of holding bag/chests! Wonder if their slime stomachs can hold an entire army as well. LOL |

| I love those slimes, they're so adorable and capable. They even do spells, even the girls were shocked by their convenience. But Rimuru is still the GOAT slime though. |
