So Chitose has an admirer...interesting. This Nanami girl seems pretty young tbh but hey at least that means Chitose's work paid off especially if she has fans.

Funny to see Shibasaki a bit drunk again LOL. Never change.
Kuzu-P is also such a ladies' man.

What a funny episode!!!
Finally, the trio new comers (Chitose, Yae and Koto) could be a senpai, thanks to a high school new comer Nanami.
But this Nanami girl seems dangerous, she could steal everyone's heart. She could also bring new atmosphere on the team.

Another funny scene is Kuzu, he's still a Kuzu (trash). But Towada said that he wasn't like trash in the past. I wonder what happened to him.
Mai Mai also appeared in this episode, someone who talked about in the previous episode. "maa... dou demo ii kedo, shujinko demo main heroine dewa nai shi".... GAHAHAHAHAHAHA

So a new girl appears and it seems Chitose is getting a new manager much to her dislike.
Well it might be a good thing for her tho maybe she learns a thing or two.
Kuzuha visiting her parents has changed her in a good way hopefully she will keep this up, things are going well.

Seems like the new girl's also getting the same treatment Chitose got for Kuusure. The party in the first half was pretty fun. Lol at Kuzu's confrontation with his rival. Hopefully we also get some character development for him too. And talking about character development, hopefully we find out soon why Gojou quit being a seiyuu after doing one major role. Things got awkward af when Chitose brought that up at the end. I guess her jealousy took over and she ended up saying something pretty harsh to him.

Pretty good episode again.

Loved the little interaction between Kazuha and Momoka in the beginning, They're close friends now. :)
The party in the first half was pretty fun to watch, Drunk Kazuha is just gold. xD
I'm liking Nanami already, It was nice how her pure intentions got the staff fired up. Now, I just hope Nanami's personality doesn't do a full 180, I like her this way. :3

Meanwhile Kuzu P still trying to be a piece of Kuzu, Though what's this? Towada says that Kuzu P was actually a dedicated worker? I am not able to believe that at all for some reason. XD Looking forward to his flashback though, Also that rival confrontation was so random but funny.

Gojou got assigned to Nanami, Wow. This is probably gonna put Chitose on edge since Nanami got both the role and her manager.
Chitose was quite rude to Gojou at the end there, The guy's tried so hard for her. She should at least respect him more, Hopefully she learns that.
That birthday present. :(

I think that both Chiitose and Kuzu realize that if they don't do something their careers could be over. Chitose lost her manager/brother and was shunted off to dubbing .Kuzu feels unneeded He quit and ran away before. Now he has no where to run to if he lets KurSure go down the drain I think that Chitose and Kuzu will somehow save KurSure in the next three episode though I don' t see ho.

There's a new VA in town and she is a big fan of Chitose for some reason. Chitose sucked in her role in the first five episodes and I think I'm pretty sure that the episode 5 scream Nanami loved was the crappie walking in on changing girl part. Unless it's the part where Chitose made her improvement, but even then she was far from perfect. But whatever the case, why does she like that shitty adaptation when even the production staff doesn't like it? Towada was trying to get some negative points for it out of her but she was all praise for that crap. Sounds like one of those otaku who would eat up any and every kind of crap thrown at them.

Nanami's manager is now Gojou and Chitose will be getting a new manager. And Chitose has been cast aside. She's being replaced by Nanami everywhere. Things are going down for her here. Whatever that president was saying was just a different way of saying "you're not making enough money so bye-bye." Nothing is going her way anymore and she has her lack of skills and arrogance to blame. If she would have seen how low quality she is and improved herself she wouldn't have had to see this day because I'm sure she would have been pretty profitable for Number One Produce. She has to up her game and show her worth instead of just complaining about how the whole world is conspiring against her. She has to get better otherwise the newbie will overtake her and her pride wouldn't be taking that well.

I like how they're telling about Gojou's seiyuu career. They aren't giving flashbacks but are telling it through Chitose's mocking tone.

And it looks like Kuzu might make a comeback. Towada expects a lot from him since he was known to be a dedicated worker. He probably changed because of money when he went up the ranks to become a producer. He started to see that the only thing in this industry is money and making money isn't that hard. He knows just to give the fans some crap and they'll be happy. A former co-worker whom he hates stole his Maimai-chan and he wants to defeat him to get back Maimai-chan who really wasn't his to begin with lol. Maybe Kuusuure 2 will be better. Towada certainly has some good ideas with the best one being not to let Kuzu do much damage lol.

Chitose went off the rails there. I hope she's able to develop in a way, though with 3 episodes left, that could prove a bit difficult.

Also, Kuzu-P got owned as well. Needless to say, he kind of deserved it.

Guess we'll get more focus on the new girl from now on considering the subtle change at the start of the OP. That ending was really awkward.... Chitose kinda fucked up right there. The episode also got me curious about Gojou's past and, honestly, Kuzu's as well.

Great episode.

I think it's Frozen, with a scarecrow instead of a snowman. Her idea of "anime" is Disney/Pixar movies, which is why Kuzu let out a depressed groan at the end of his usually GAHAHA.

I liked how close Kazuha and Momoka have gotten after their trip together, 'twas cute
I also liked the initial party where Tras- *ahem* Kuzu didn't show. Like some others here I also agree that while Nanami is definitely quite happy, she seems dangerous in the sense that she can influence people a tad too much. I also don't know if she's genuinely innocent or if she's a faker. I think it's interesting that they had Chitose say, "I was all innocent like that too, once upon a time." I feel that may be an indication that like Chitose, Nanami may just be pretending and covering up her real thoughts. That may or may not have been highlighted further in the ep preview after the ED. I could believe that she's genuinely innocent or that she's fake, tbh with how she's been presented so far it could go either way
Seems like Chitose is getting jealous and is sad that Gojou isn't her manager any more, she was definitely over the line with her comment there but I feel for her. Definitely ended a lot sadder than it started. With Chitose pretty much cast aside and left to fend for herself by the industry, getting her manager changed and roles taken by a newbie and forming a hopefully very temporary rift between her and Gojou. It was even worse when he didn't fight back, went to his room and you saw the present he had for her T^T
I'm actually really excited to see some development from Kuzu, Gojou and Chitose. Their stories and potential for development is definitely appealing to me

That was an interesting episode. This new girl, Nanami, looks to be very professional for what she does as a VA. I think it's going to be trouble for Chitose cause she needs to see that she's not a rookie anymore and her career is definitely on the line.

I was surprised to see some development from Kuzu as he was shaken up by the fact that he used to work at a job he was good at but later quit. I would like to see how he came to that position before he had quit his previous job. Now that Gojou is assigned to be Nanami's manager, I'm worried that Chitose is being pushed aside and she has a new manager altogether while things are going bad for her. The last statement she made to Gojou was really out of line and very harsh so that silence pretty much says it all. I also would like to see how Gojou had become a seiyuu back then with his character development as well. The last scene with the birthday present made me feel really sad that Gojou had thought about her. :(

Well, there's only three episodes left, so we'll have to wait and see whether Chitose will come out of this for whatever it takes to redeem and improve herself for her next line of work. I'm looking forward to next week!

What a great episode. We've got some conflict being set up with the new girl and Kuzu's situation. I loved seeing Chitose react to all that's happening, especially her talk with Gojou at the end of the episode. Though, I really hope Nanami is a fake, since that'd be more interesting. As for Kuzu, I can't wait to see how he and his rival's stare-off turns out. On a side not, I really liked the art this episode. It was a little different than usual, but it ended up looking great in my opinion.

Aside from Chitose being second best girl, no they didn't.

Mai-Mai is voiced by Sakura Ayane (Irohasu's "desuka" is very recognizable! Now she's together with Hachiman (Towada), OTP confirmed!) while Nanami is voiced by Sato Amina who is, fittingly, a newbie herself (judging from her list on MAL).

Well, Chitose got rekt hard. Nanami gets Gojo and lead role while Chitose is in limbo right now. And the she crosses the line with that comment she said to Gojo.

Nanami sure made Chitose grow her ego more. She's all high for Chitose, calling her the best and Chitose is all happy. Pretty hilarious.

Best scene was when the guy said "Yep yep yep yep" to Chitose and Chitose is all "No, No no".
Not sure if they used that "Yep yep yep" line as a reference from Ducky in The Land Before Time.

Hmm a new rookie was chosen eh
but this is how seiyuu's usually enter the industry so its nice to see
this put in

Not sure whether having Chitose teach her is a good idea though lol

lol Top of the business
more like the bottom for Chitose

lol Kuzu being referred to as such by his assistant
Lol Only Chitose's brother knows how to deal with her

Looks like Shibasaki has changed since that trip back home
with Momoka
now she's more serious with the job and also she seems to be on
better terms with Momoka as well

Lol Kuzu has too high of an opinion of himself
the staff can get the work done faster without this baffoon messing things up

hmm the new rookie has a pretty nice personality
which is a must in a industry like this where you will work
with plenty of other seiyuu's in your roles

A refreshing change for Chitose who was just stuck up even when new
lol Koto's reaction when Chitose stated that she was the oldest

But its nice seeing that Nanami is willing to learn and listen
from her sempais though

hmm so Nanami is a fan of Chitose eh
it figures lol

Man despite being given a lecture by Kuzuha Chitose just doesn't get it does she
hmm the anime's that the hostess seen was different to what Kuzu had in mind

lol Shibasaki sure is funny when she's drunk
I find it curious that Nanami actually liked the anime considering how horrible
it was

But its nice to see everyone decide to make a better second season after hearing
Nanami's words. Seeing them all fired up is really something.

So Kuzu wasn't always trash then eh
i find that hard to believe lol

Hmm Kuzu meets his former co-worker turned enemy eh
hmm so he did have a backbone before eh

man Chitose always think that everything centers around her
lol Chitose given the backseat while Nanami gets her first role
it will be a good first step for both as Nanami will get her first role
while Chitose can try dubbing foreign drama which is something that seiyuu's
also do

hmm and Chitose loses her brother to Nanami as well eh
lol Chitose throwing a tantrum

Despite everything her brother still cares about her
seeing as he did buy her a present

But Chitose just needs to take things more seriously
and work harder to succeed in this industry

Either I missed out some details and/or hints dropped previously, or it seems like the remaining episodes are going to have more (pseudo) plot twists (?)
Maybe anyway, it might not happen.
I have a general feeling how the anime is going to go now, but to be honest the episode by episode has been fairly surprising so far.
Now I seriously wonder if they'll surprise us by having Kuzu turn over a new leaf (subjective and could be divisive these kinds of things), or even Chitose.
Anyway it seems they might be able to somewhat salvage KuuSure, but it's still a hard sell, it'd take a pretty big miracle of sorts just to make it average.
It seems a fair number, or even a lot of people find Nanami suspicious....but so far I don't think there's any foreshadowing that she is.
But of course, plot twist material....

Catching up, and I'm really disappointed with Chitose. She's likable in a problematic way, but she never improves. She seemed to change a little in the middle of the series, but then she reverted back to her usual ways. What she said to Gojo at the end was a really low blow. I was hoping by now she would have turned around, and I was REALLY hoping she'd turn around after losing Gojo as her manager. Her quirky/pretentious nature isn't likable anymore; I really dislike her as a character. Like some other people have said, even Kuzu-Trash has more potential for development at this point, and that's something I never thought I'd say.
