The episode imo felt silly except the final parts. TRACE ON. What, they're going to leave it there? Well, I hope they redeem that cliffhanger with some decent action. |

Anyways I enjoyed the episode. I don't see why Osamu would just leave Kuga there to buy food and that face is getting realllly old, but still an enjoyable episode. |

| Kuga's baby face though.. That probably his default (converse) mode. XD So, we learn the monsters are called Trion Soldiers, which are actually weapons made by the Neighbors. The Border needs to correct themselves soon. Love the way Kuga deals with the bullies every time. Even as an outsider, his methods makes total sense, though they are a bit too extreme. XD That hulk stomp was pretty cool! Now, he'll get all them girls fawning over him and he'd just be like.. :3 .. =3 .. ∥3 Pair of Trion Soldiers attacks the school. It should be a random occurrence since they appeared beyond the forbidden zone, or probably not and it's an intentional move by the Borders to figure out who took down the previous one. That little camera was suspicious.. Good episode. I want to see the other Trigger adepts already. I guess it'll be a while before they appear, other than that little girl from the school. |

| It was a pretty faithful adaptation. Still though, the animation is a bit low quality (but that's to be expected from Toei). So, Kuga was truly a neighbour. And the neighbour minions appeared outside the designated area. Ready for next week and the awesome battle that's to come. |

| Oh so those things aren't actually Neighbors. Does Border know this? Or they just call everything that comes from the black hole a Neighbor? Although we could tell from the last episode, but Yuuma does operate on different principles than humans do. Osamu realizes this too, but he also thinks that Yuuma isn't inherently bad. It's nice that he's kind of looking out for Osamu by teaching him about how his world operates. To people who aren't familiar with paper money, it must seem weird how you can buy stuff with just paper haha. |

| Still more explanation on Neighbors and Kuga's origins, but I guess the real action starts next episode. Teoi's animation and art in here was still average like the previous episode and still not the best tbh. It felt like Osamu is mostly a weak character and always get punched by people a lot, I hope he grows more into his character. Well I'll see what the next episode looks like. |
| Count me in among the people who find Yuma's 'baby face' really annoying ... especially when he does it for 3/4ths of the episode. Also, Four-Eyes is SUCH a gigantic pussy. You can tell just how well his 'passive resistance' works against school bullies by how they pretty much run the joint, and he's unable to do a damn thing to stop it. Yuma's approach clearly works much better in practical situations. Meh episode. Hope next week is better and that Osamu eventually grows a pair. |
| Picked this up thinking Osamu was going to be my favorite..... gah he's such a flat character at this point. I feel like the two MCs lack emotion. I mean I guess it's understandable for Kuga, but we've basically only seen two of Osamu's expressions in two episodes- in which he is an MC. I love the premise but geh the anime is so-so. |

| It was a good episode, explaining more about the neighbors and trion. The way Kuga dealt witht he bullies tho, that was great, gave me a good laugh. But next episode will be a fight scene, yay, and hopefully new character. |
| That Osamu is pretty boring indeed xD. But of so many stupid main characters in this anime world, he is one of the best haha. I like Kuga...he is my fav. character in this anime so far. Everything I must say is that so far it's a good anime and I hope it goes on like that. This episode wasn't as good as the first, but I'll keep watching ;) |

| An okay ep. I'm glad I got my explanation on what Kuga is. Honestly it felt pretty much like last week Kuga still learning the differences of his world and this one. I pretty much enjoyed the last couple of minutes since Neighbors are appearing in areas they shouldn't really be. It seems we just saw a person who could answer on why are they doing this. | Can we just call this show "Bully Central," because I've never seen a show with so many pointless bullies? Also, is it a trait that random, unimportant characters have dead eyes? What's with that? Osamu points a lot, and Kuga still can't stop with that face. I'm not impressed with this episode, either. I mean, it's a little bit better than the first, but it's still just begging for me to drop it. The character designs are boring, the story thus far seems boring, and the personalities of these characters are boring. On top of that, the transitions are extremely weird and hard to follow. I'm not really loving this at all. However, maybe the third episode will be more interesting. I'll wait until that one to decide whether or not to keep watching. |
| I'm on the positive side of neutral for World Trigger right now, so I'll be tuning in to completion unless that changes. The cliff-hanger at the end of this episode surprised me! I think the next episode will be pretty informative, and maybe we get get out of these somewhat dull intro-esque episodes. |

| Okay, that was an alright episode, better than the previous episode. The animation it seems is improved and the dialogues are much better. The action is alright I guess but the OSTs are completely non existent. 3/5 |
| MC with glasses is really pathetic. His blandness aside, he gets beaten up in every other scene. Even by a guy with crutch. There's a limit to how incompetent someone who's supposed to be a fighter can be. I guess two episodes were enough to drop it. |

| World Trigger's first chapters of the manga were also pretty slow, but it gets so much better later on. A lot of fights and interesting characters coming, you won't regret it. Yeah, the art is really mediocre (bad even) but I have faith they'll pump up the animation in the action scenes like in the first episode. Pretty faithful adaptation so far. |

| Osamu... why is he so weak with or without his trigger? at this point he is not a very good MC, his character is pretty much just there to leash yuuma for doing anything crazy. yuuma is interesting but a bit too much duckface imo |

| I find Osamu extremely annoying, I suppose he's there to create a contrast with Yuma who is obviously not used to human environment and therefore acts weird, but... Osamu is not interesting in any way and I feel every conversation with him is a waste of time. He's so blank. Yuma's comedy moments and times when he snaps are basically all that's keeping me from falling asleep. I really hope that some new characters are introduced soon or there's more action, this episode was kind of weak. |

| So far I think the show is pretty good. I don't really mind the low animation quality, I can live with that, but I do kind of get a feeling that it's trying to stall for time which affects the pacing. Oh, and Osamu is not really interesting, but for the rest I'm enjoying it. |

| Kuga is the only good thing about this for now. I'll keep watching since manga readers keep saying Osamu gets better. He's pissing me off right now <_< |
