| Just when you think Suzu's improving, she's becoming unbearable again. Maybe I'm just in a bad mood right now but the characters (minus Rakushun and Youko) in this arc are ruining my enjoyment of this series. |

The only difference between the two, is that one created an overly idealistic and false image of what kind of person she thinks Youko is, and has been completely wrong from the very beginning, and still is. Unfortunately for Suzu, she doesn't have someone who actually knows Youko that can give her an accurate description of what kind of person she is. |

| When that man started asking if anyone knew why Seishuu died, blatantly covering up his death by the Town Chief Shoukou, I flipped out. That was an amazing moment depicting how screwed up the place was. I don't think a truly screwed up place is represented by a populace bent on revolting, but a populace that's so sapped of moral and self-worth that it accepts its horrid conditions. Holy crap. Oh, and Rakushun had an amazing quote. "While a ruler is on the throne, the kingdom suffers very few natural disasters. That allows people to tend the land and get more grain stock. Flood control, town management, and everything else here follow the same policy. I feel sorry for a kingdom with a short-lived ruler. It doesn't matter if there are fancy shops, or fine estates, because one flood can wipe them all out." I'm pretty sure this is one of the core points of Twelve Kingdoms as a whole. |

| I don't understand this anime Sometimes they're talking about law and stuff, we must obey it Don't they realize you can just bring the villager as witness they're corrupt also just killed a children I mean if a Queen guaranteed their safety, there's nothing to afraid of Yep reverse psychology it is The one that seems bad is your ally, because your "ally" is making those good people bad I wish the sword is more useful at time like this, I mean there are more useful swords in other anime Like Keiki Excalibur xD  First the princess, now Suzu Sugimoto -> Asano Princess -> Suzu Nice back and forth we have here :P In short, Youko.. your kingdom sucks! You need to start from fresh, like disband all of your "advisors" |

This is just another show based on idiotic people making the absolute worst decisions.😔. Queen still isn't about shit, afraid to take down the town chief 🤣.

| There is something interesting about seeing how many sins and misgivings can be pinned on Youko for what she hasn't done. |
