Jumbosan

Hey Jumbosan here,

Currently I'm searching for hidden gem in Shoujo and Josei anime/manga. Also other hidden gem that maybe more than 8.00+.

Shoujo and Josei is one of my favourite genre due to how the romance was being depicted and able to express touching emotional story in various type of settings. Simple to say i love beautiful (sad, happy, bittersweet, angsty) story. The more it feelings it can convey, the better.

I like other genre too (Shounen, Seinen) since it the first reason i got into anime. What about you?

Other than that
I'm also an active otome gamer.

My favourite otome game are Bustafellow, Taishox Alice and also Black wolves saga. The list continues on....

Just say hi if you come over :)

VNs are visual novels, aka books. When did they begin having audios for them? Are you sure you don't mean audio books or CDs attached with them?

Do you enjoy otome/reverse harem anime?
-Sonal- Nov 10, 6:40 PM
> seem like you have some free time if you speaking with me ?
LOL. What is that supposed to mean?😂😂😂

You're saying VNs have images and audio? OR do you mean they are published as manga/manhwa and audio books separately??
Which genre of VNs do you read the most?
-Sonal- Nov 9, 8:03 AM
Touching grass hahaha.

So you still haven't tired of your VN phase?

Yes, I can imagine the number of genres that exist. Note that since I really like RPGs, I would like to focus on the genre par excellence of these games, fantasy and science fiction. I have seen one or another visual novel about these genres, but I would like to know how otome games approach these genres?

Wow Taisho x Alice all in one how curious it looks, it seems that it is an excellent narrative, I will have to play it, I heard its soundtrack, it is quite magical and folkloric, it is an excellent work to take references
For example, listen to this one:

Fata Morgana looks great, the plot sounds splendid, and you are right from what I could read about it and what you tell me, the music is perfect for its setting, in the same way I can take many ideas from this, I thank you for both recommendations, they will be very useful to me

I was tempted to see it hahaha, but I will listen to you and I better save it for after playing it

Wow, that soundtrack is well constructed, its instrumentation, melody, harmony, everything fits perfectly
Searching in its soundtrack I found this other one that I really liked
and a very interesting fact is that some songs are in Italian and others in Portuguese

Nagi Yanagi sounds familiar to me, she's not the one who sings the ending of bakemonogatari right? It was written by supercell, if I'm not mistaken it's called "Kimino Shiranai Monogatari"

I think the same, it's fun and lovely to talk to you <3, I really appreciate it, I'm working on something new, I'll let you know when it's ready :)

I feel your pain, we must try to survive together :)

I've heard about TaishoxAlice what is it exactly about?
I was looking for some information about Fata morgana no yakata and it looks great

At the moment its title is "Realm of Legends" but it is still open to changes if necessary during the development of the story,
wow I really appreciate you for the information and recommendations it will be very useful to me, I'm going to play them, if it's not bothersome if I have any questions regarding the genre or the ones I'm playing can I ask you?

ohh you listen to several genres and who are your favorite artists

I really appreciate your words, I hope you can continue listening to my music :)
SoumaEG Sep 14, 7:55 AM
I'm glad you're doing well,
I'm doing pretty well too, trying to survive adult life hahaha
Well I hadn't thought about it, but you can call it whatever you like :)
and what are your favorite visual novels?
oh I've never heard of Juuni Kokuki, but it looks interesting

Yeah sure, I'm trying to develop an rpg game, like Zelda or Final Fantasy, I've also tried to experiment with visual novels, and also with otome games, which from what I've read you like right? What are your favorites? Any that you can recommend me as a reference
and regarding composition I've been learning composition and I started uploading my compositions to youtube, and do you like anything related to music?

By the way, sorry for the late reply, I've been really busy with work and study this last month :'(

When the anime was airing, some people besides the author were writing regular BL doujinshi. Doujinshi is like a trendy genre, so some circles move genres to other works when the anime airs.

I live in the countryside, so I actually don't go to many city doujinshi events. I do go if there's a work I'm really into, though. Sometimes, if there is a circle or a work I like, I buy it from a doujinshi shopping site for the past few years.

Wotaku_ni_Koi_wa_Muzukashii”... I've read all the manga, but sometimes there are many places where I think it's actually different. So I feel that the more otaku I am, the less I like this work, the less I like it. I think actual nerds would be fired as fast as possible if they had a job like the main character, and doujinshi activities don't allow them to spend time with their girlfriends, and it costs a lot of money. There are a lot of collaborative events and stuff in the city. In the piece, it was written as if I was earning money from my doujinshi activities, but in reality, the circles where I can earn money are quite valuable. Likewise, cosplaying is an expensive and time-consuming hobby. Well, I guess it's better to read them as romantic shoujo manga instead of otaku manga, I guess.

I think the reason I couldn't read Gakuen Alice was far from the reason you imagined it to be. Generally, when I read manga, I can hear this kind of voice actor speaking in my brain, so I don't like it when the main character speaks in Osaka dialect, even if it's only in the text.

So when a manga is made into an anime, if the voice actor's image is too far from the voice I imagined and replayed in my brain, I usually can't watch it.

As for the cosplayers, the address I put on MAL was not updated, so all the pictures were deleted at once, so I'll send you a message with the address of the Japanese cosplay site. If you find one you like, I'd be happy to let me know.

No worries, I get that. Im actually starting school again tomorrow so I'll have less time

I remember like 4 years ago someone else here also recommended fire emblem mobile to me but I never got the chance to play it. Persona is another popular one. I've always wanted to get into jrpgs. I downloaded fate years ago due to someone's recommendation and due to it being one of my favorite anime series at the time, but my laptop got a virus because I downloaded something wrong and I've been scared since LOL

Pokemon was a favorite back in the days. I had pokemon black or black 2 (I don't really know the difference now) on 3ds and I would always look forward to playing that with friends. Some other favorites on the 3ds were Super Mario Bros and Super Smash Bros. Now Im not really into games, but I play Arena of Valor whenever I can.

Thank you, too, for adding some of my works, already, to your list of works you would like to read. I didn't think you would even want to give me a hug.

It's just that sometimes an unexpected piece can be a person's favorite, and I may not find it interesting enough for me to recommend it. If it's not your cup of tea, it's a waste of my time and you can drop out and I'll be fine. It doesn't mean I'm offended.

I don't mean to imply that I'm an expert, because I read more than just shoujo manga. I'll never read anything I don't like, even if it's a well-known work. I'm past the point of regularly buying shoujo manga serials. I made a mistake in translation and worded it as if I'm still buying them today. Well, I bought them a few months ago, too.
I think the one I was buying for the longest period of time was Nakayoshi. The image is from "Hana to Yume.

Gakuen Alice" is a work that I bought the serial magazine "Hananayume" when the series started, but skipped it without reading it. The reason I didn't read it is because the main character speaks in Kansai dialect all the time, which annoys me, so it's not that I don't like the story or the artwork, it's just that I don't like the story or the artwork. I can forgive sub-characters speaking Kansai-ben like this, but I don't like main characters speaking Kansai-ben. Mystery novels with main characters who speak Kansai-ben also irritate me. So I usually read "Portrait of M and N" which was serialized before "Gakuen Alice".

I probably wouldn't be tempted to read romances other than shoujo manga and shounen manga. Or, in that case, I would probably be fine with women's manga or seinen manga.
I usually read light novels for women, too, and I can read romance novels in general books.
Besides, my mother is into romance light novels, so I have about 100 of them lying around in her room.

I don't use web tones. I don't have the time to work with WebTone because of the large number of works I have on hand. Also, my mother reads Webtoon, but I don't think I need to read it now, because the manga is like a picture book with large panels, so I think I can read it when I'm older. But thanks for the recommendation.

I'm trying not to add too much to my collection, but I find myself adding to it... I like CLAMP's works with careful drawing in the eyes, like in Leias, so I don't like the way the eyes are drawn from CC Sakura to the present.

I have all of the Saiunkoku monogatari and the Twelve Kingdoms light novels. I don't have the energy to read them again. I don't think these two will ever be adapted to manga because there are so many volumes of light novels, so I think it's better to read them all in light novels until the end or the latest edition. The Twelve Kingdoms has a lot of Chinese characters, even more than a regular novel, which makes it a tough work to read when you are older.

Well, I like Rayearth and The Twelve Kingdoms so much that I have even cosplayed them.

Aaaaah, I just remembered, you have Doraemon as your favorite character, don't you?
I recommend 07-Ghost's official doujinshi, which has a parody of Doraemon, and it was very funny and funny, and BASARA also has an official doujinshi, but it's usually included in a manga, so I wouldn't recommend that one.

I feel like I've been reading a lot of manga lately. Basically, I think a hidden masterpiece is one that has not been made into an anime. If it is made into an anime, it will be well known in its own way. Well, that's just my definition.

As for BASARA, it has been adapted into an anime, had its own magazine published before the manga was finished, has a novel version, and has an art book on sale, so it cannot be included in the hidden masterpieces list. Also, Fruits Basket, Skip Beat, and Yona of the Dawn are all serialized in Hana to Yume, and I think they are often mentioned together simply because they are in the same magazine.

I was a little excited about the commemorative book because the cover had a lame finish. I'm tired of reading the interview part, though, and there are more parts I haven't read.

No, it's not that I like them more than shounen manga, because I read half and half shounen manga and half shoujo manga. Recommendations, huh? I'll answer your friends when they ask, but since we've exchanged a few, I'll make a special list. Some of them are slightly different from yours in terms of picture preferences, so I'll just recommend that you check the "synopsis" to see if you like them.

I'm not a veteran. I'm the type of person who buys shoujo manga magazines regularly but never reads anything I don't like, so I consider myself a picky reader. I personally prefer longer serials, but I have a bookshelf full of them. The longest volume of shoujo manga I collect is 70 volumes. I wouldn't recommend them, though, because the pictures probably aren't your cup of tea.

Basically, I'm the type of person who reads all genres, shoujo, shounen, seinen, josei, etc. I don't read much just BL though. I don't really read BL, but I know most of the manga you've read, even if I haven't read them, so you don't have to recommend them to me. I dare say that some of them I haven't read because I don't like the pictures or the story.

It's enough that you are willing to recommend them to me.

Here's the list.

It’s time to ditch the text file.
