| Tbh, regardless of how Mona's strategies for getting Mona's attention, I'm just glad everyone had fun. They even managed to get a group photo together for the Halloween party in their customes. It's a win-win for everyone imo. Mona had a classic witch outfit on while Medaka was meh. The school/classroom segments are still the usual Mona/Medaka shenanigans. The camera just loves her lmao |

| Ah so Mona was a witch which was overall a good costume. When Medaka came up the stairs in the same costume as Haruno I knew that Mona was going to mistaken him for her but Medaka didn't see more than her bra strap anyways. Regarding new girl briefly shown at the end, I'm guessing it may be a childhood friend or something considering the title of the next episode. |
| Mona’s witch Halloween outfit was way cuter than the goonbait toilet paper one lol! Poor thing wanted that pic with Medaka so bad, but I like how he explained that he wasn’t avoiding her even though all the other girls were coming up to him, he never explicitly asked for it. Sweet episode overall. Not enough Asahi this episode me thinks, but I died when she and Mona had that lil tug of war 😭 how do you think you’re gonna beat the best athlete in school cmon now End of the episode was a start, but I hope Medaka can start expressing himself better and communicating more with Mona. Even though I don’t particularly like her, the being mean/cold to her gimmick is grating |

Bust: Approved. Hair sorta cute, but could be longer. Eyes: not one of my favorite colors, but goes well with her hair. Face overall cute, not spectacular. Personality: BIG unknown, maybe a hint of sassy. Intelligence: unknown. |

| While I'm not a fan of Mona, I have to say that Medaka is starting to get on my nerves. His whole "I can't interact with women because of my religion" thing makes him seem pathetic, especially since it's obvious that he actually wants to give in. Also, I think I'm on Mona's side on this one: Medaka was an idiot for refusing the photo. If a group of classmates are taking a photo together and someone specifically refuses to take one with you, that hurts not necessarily if it's a jealousy situation. But honestly, I can't expect much from this anime. At least the final girl from the opening finally showed up; hopefully, she'll bring some fresh energy to the story. |

| Loved the episode. Can't get over how adorable their scenes are, both Mona & Medaka. That aside, loved that Medaka kept the picture Tsubomi sent him, unlike the previous episode where Mona sent one & he immediately erased it, i'd say that's progress. Chapeu Tsubomi, seriously. Imma stay tuned for the upcoming episode, cuz that was a cliffhanger we dunno nth bout. |
| You know this shows actually not half bad when the characters have normal interactions so I did kinda like the last few minutes. But the rest of the episode was for the most part silly. There's only so much of Mona's stupidness I can take. She's dragging Medaka's character down cause honestly I think he's actually a good character. But hopefully this new character spices things up a bit. |
| This episode made me feel bad for Mona at times. I don't expect Medaka to suddenly ask her out, but I hope he will improve how he behaves around her going forward at least. Still, overall a pretty fun episode, with some good moments during the halloween party :) |

| @SaltPacket Yeah, weird. I am going to go with the imperfect alien clone Medeka hypothesis; there two of him at the party, rather than the cheap zipper broken later at the party hypothesis. Surely it could not be a continuity error, could it? That would just ruin my faith in anime. |

| Man, Medaka truly is as boring as they come, isn't he? Watching him is like watching paint dry. His whole monk act is getting more insufferable as well every episode, if they at least showed us it was actually truly serious and gave him more characterization, scenes actually depicting his monk life, then maybe I could acknowledge it better, for now he just comes across as annoying and pathetic as he runs away screaming lol Mona is an idiot, but at least she's kinda funny. Hopefully this new chick adds a better flavor next episode. |

| Well there was a severe lack of “Thriller” and “Midnight Monsters Hop” at the Halloween party, but it was still a very good time, there were some nice costumes and lots of great moments including Medaka needing to zip up Mona’s costume in a fortunate misunderstanding, Mona and Asahi fighting over Medaka’s number, and of course the mummy game, genius idea I gotta say from the hosts of the party, it’s just a shame Medaka wouldn’t really get in there with the toilet paper, but damn was that a lucky situation. And it was kinda sad that at the end of the party Medaka was unintentionally an asshole to Mona, she just wanted a picture with him after he had already gotten a picture with a few random girls, but he refused when she tried getting in on it lol, it makes sense because of how flustered he gets with Mona but it did come off as mean, can’t blame Mone for being mad at him for that. But Mona doesn’t stay down for long, once she got assigned cleaning duty with Medaka it was time to show off that double-wide surprise lol, probably one of my favorite fanservice bits so far, and to make it even better Medaka apologized for his reaction back at the party, so all is good as it ever was, and unbeknownst to Mona she did actually make Medaka’s lock screen thanks to Haruno, for about 5 seconds lol, but a win is a win. And hey the tomboy is finally coming! I’m excited to see what she’s about, her design gives me Tomo-chan vibes for obvious reasons, and hey apparently that’s also her name lol. |

| Just another episode of Mona being annoying. Medaka is way too overly pure that it’s kind of unnatural that it’s concerning/ scary. Low blow with the cheap trick against Shounan. I did find it hilarious that when the girls were lining up and Mona getting annoyed/ jealous. New character inbound! |

| Finnaly, they dropped that repetitive and tiresome introduction at the beginning of the episode. I don't understand why the director chose to do it that way. Overall, the ep was just okay. I felt that this time, Mona took over most of it. Our MC keeps his composture, despite making some mistakes. Nothing to complain about or praise in terms of animation/soundtrack. |

| Meh, this episode was kinda mid imo compared to the rest. Bro was being even more of a beta than usual it seemed like. At least they had a moment at the end as they apologized to each other, but that barely counted as a satisfying pay-off. Anyway, a new character has arrived on the scene, but I'm guessing I won't really give much of af about her and wish she'd just stay on the sidelines. Honestly just give us more of what we already have; like all the friend characters of our main characters here are actually sensible and smart and are a relief from the cringe our main duo. And heck I don't even mind Mona at all like some apparently do- she's cute and funny. But if I have to hear Kuroiwa go "CLEAR MIND CLEAR SPIRIT" one more damn time, I'm gonna rip the rest of my falling hair out. But whatever man, can't expect too much from an anime like this. |

| The day of the Halloween class party at Sho's place, and Mona ending up reverting to a normal witch outfit while Tsubomi reverted to a literate ghost costume...that's exactly what Kuroiwa also went for, thus mistaking Haruno for him. And since her costume isn't done all the way, Kuroiwa having to suffer for this embarrassment, which Mona suffered the same as well, it's better to just define their costume in distinct ways. When it comes to playing games though, Mona and Asahi desperately wanting to pair with Kuroiwa, with the former cheating her way to pair up with him, he can only take it as such. As much as the near wardrobe malfunction causes Kuroiwa to stutter, Mona helping him to cover up as a toilet roll mummy, just proves too much for stimulation, and she lost to Haruno and her partner instead. Also, it's rare for other people to take pictures with Kuroiwa, which amidst his fears and tribulations, Mona interrupting only sours his expressions. In the end, more than just the class group photo, Kuroiwa thinks that he offended Mona, though both Sho and Yuzuru only makes the situation much worse. The classroom cleaning pairing for both Kuroiwa and Mona, just looks more like a desperation attempt for Mona to fix her ways, but at the very least, it shows that he's about to be changed...for better or for worse? Yet another girl makes her appearance, how far she would go for the romcom shitck? |

| Once again, if the roles were reversed, everyone would be flipping out and calling out the sexual harassment. But since Mona is a cute girl, no one says a peep The girls should've been a cat to really get his attention. I have a bigger problem with Mona forcing herself onto Medaka than Medaka bringing in his religion every time Mona harasses him. If Mona didn't constantly force herself onto him, he wouldn't need to bring up the monk thing. I do agree it wasn't nice of Medaka to turn Mona down like that over a picture. |

| Medaka's act is starting to piss me off now. We're eight episodes in, and his reaction around girls is unnatural. When the anime started, I was fine with it—well, that’s the premise—but over time, I expected things like this to get better as character development happened. But this dude has remained the same, and enough is enough. Was this guy born from a male or what? Has he never seen a woman in his household that he acts like this? The plot feels like a loop or non-existent. The only thing this show has going for me is its fanservice and some dumb moments. |
