| Yuri's relationship with Satan this season has been kind of a highlight in these recent episodes. This one gave me an unique impression on them. About time they're also dealing with the problem related to the experiments. That was wrong on so many levels. |

The way everything just came back from season one and two, from the sword, Bon's dad, and ofc, the blue night being Rin himself. It was actually Rin, not Satan causing chaos, but infant Rin going on a full-blown rampage, attacking anything even slightly threatening to him. Poor Yuri had to deal with all of that alone, thanks to the Cradle Barrier. And The Order really did that to a baby, like, ofc he went berserk. If someone had been there to help him, he wouldn’t have been so scared. He panicked and attacked, just like anyone would. Somehow, the rest of that night is only going to prove even more how amazing a mother she was Amazing episode, I don't know what to say. I'm so excited to see where this goes from here. |

| That was really damn good and connected well to the earlier events of the series and what it established, this entire arc has been leagues beyond what's happened in earlier seasons and even though the production and adaptation aren't world-class, at least the anime this time around hasn't butchered this compared to previous times. Seeing Rin in despair with what he caused as a baby and the pain Yuri and Satan went through with their relationship was quite a lot to behold. |
| This backstory segment was pretty nice and all by itself, but unfortunately it’s not saving grace for me as whatever emotional investment I had with the series in general has all but petered out. |

| Not a fan of using the word "peak" but... this is PEAK shounen right here. I will certainly lose it if I witnessed myself being born, imagine witnessing myself committing a mass murder on top of that. I always commended this show for not having over dramatic characters (except Yukio), but Rin has every right to go full emo from now on. |

I just want them to be happy T^T @AhmedJafar1 Not a fan of using it either, but yeah I think it fits here lol the usual "peak" anime that most people never shut up about haven't really caught my eye quite like this. Now that I think about it's been a while since something has caught my interest like this show... Man it's gonna hurt when the season ends :( |

| Don't f*** with Satan. Why did Yuri do that in the first place? because he was such a caring boyfriend. Since the restart the show became mentally disturbing if nothing else, for my part I must say that the giving birth scene was too much. |

I don't want to believe that she allowed herself to have children out of pity for Satan, because then she will turn into the stupidest heroine in this series. Rin and Yukio had to be born somehow, but it could have been presented more logically without destroying Yuri's character. |

no one in their right mind would take such a well let's be honest, he is a monster.
maybe we should assume that he raped her, but that doesn't match to the kitchen scene in the beginning.
On the other she practically raised him, su uhm... eww it's not good.
They found no good way to have Yuri pregnant with Satan kids and so just skipped the part

| @Fabienne Yeah, I used to think she got pregnant because Satan raped her but she decided to give birth OR Satan was a cool demon that she fell in love with and then he went crazy. And here from the beginning he was very dangerous, unpredictable and his mood changed all the time. He really wasn't father material. Her reaction when they took him away showed that she was worried about him. Damn, I'd like to call it Stockholm syndrome, but Yuri made her own decisions from the very beginning.I'd like them to explain it, but I don't think there will be too many episodes with memories and they'll probably leave it unexplained anyway. |

| What bothers me about the whole setup with Yuri's pregnancy and the Order is why wait until the spawn of Satan is born to finish it off? There were ways to prevent it from being born in the first place. First, they said they couldn't give her a shot of anything because of the Cradle Barrier, okay, but hey, this ain't the Dark Ages, the good old oral tablet form exists for both painkillers and abortion drugs, there is a rather widely used variety that induces a miscarriage by triggering wild contractions of the uterus which then forcefully ejects the fetus. A non-forced taking of a pill wouldn't count as inflicting harm on the mother's body, would it? She wouldn't even need to know about it if the drug was mixed into her food or drink - and you can't tell me she subsisted the whole 9 months on nothing but air. They fed her all that time, y'know. So the second way of getting rid of the spawn would be this: just stop giving her food. That simple, and in the matter of days the problem would be gone. Yes, it's inhumane and cruel but, uh, considering the circumstances - first, the fact that to the top brass Yuri was a nobody with next to no value, second, the well-being of one vs well-being of the whole world kind of situation, and finally third, the fact that by that point of time the Order had already nonchalantly crippled, maimed and taken the lives of hundreds of clones - I fail to see any valid reason to persistently keep her alive or why they even would be squeamish or hesitating about starving one (treacherous to the humankind) woman to death. Plotholes? Yup, plotholes. Another thing I want to mention is that for a time, when we were let in on the first moniker of Satan and the way Yuri called Shiro (Rin is obviously derived from Rinka and Yukio from yuki-otoko), I had this wild suspicion that maybe the twins had different fathers... but eventually had to perish the thought because that would require Yuri to two-time in nearly the same night which no modern shounen censorship would pass. Sheol01 said: I don't think that has anything to do with his nature. It's not the Mephisto of the present but the Mephisto of the past in that scene - the same one who has to deal with the huge bloody mess the infant Rin has just caused and the same one who is about to go out there, confront said infant, seal his demonic heart in Koumaken and afterwards hide him. So of course he has his hands full as full gets at that moment with absolutely no time to spare for anything else. In fact, I think he was being almost uncharacteristically nice by nevertheless making time for the despairing Rin of the present and helping him by getting his demonic heart under control for him and curbing his evil berserk mode.Well, Mephisto's demonic nature has never been clearer, he just chucked Rin out the door like a sack of trash with no sympathy at all. LOL StallionXD said: He did say in episode 1 that he had already tried telling Yukio the truth countless times. I take it, as the true King of Time he's obviously sifting through timelines looking for a scenario that doesn't end with the world and humanity going up in literal flames, and from his statement it's clear that telling Yukio the truth had never resulted in anything getting better across multiple timelines, probably only making it worse, hence why he refused and did so in that particularly callous and intentionally unsympathizing form (probably to make Yukio separate from Rin so that Rin would have no choice but confront the past). Yukio, of course, doesn't know any of this and in the state he was in it was an exceptionally hard blow for him, the literal last nail in the coffin. I felt for him in that scene even if I don't particularly like him.Why not Yukio? Mephisto could have taken Yukio with him, or make both brothers see this together. | this had to be hard to watch for Rin. but i wonder one thing, Mephisto mentioned at the endvthat this is dimension made by him... was he meaning only that he actually moved Rin in past/ own memories, or created the whole thing for him.. for Yuri all that thing was just humiliating. .. :/ |

| @dayooooon Having to watch Rin watching his childbirth and immediately being possessed by Satan and killing all those exorcist was very disturbing, especially considering the impact it had on adult Rin... I knew Mephisto said it from the beginning, but I didn't expect it to be so dark and tragic |
