| i swear, Mona would take literally any chance to get Medaka's attention this season. The school festival just happens to be one of those perfect chances. Similar to the manga, they made her look adorable as possible including the bunny outfit. It's just funny how she always ends up being more embarassed than Medaka. |

| After making it dreadfully obvious, it’s actually baffling how Mona still wants Tsubomi to think otherwise. Btw, just the third episode and we’re already at a cultural festival? I can’t exactly recall but was it actually this early in the manga lol. Though was it not or was it, hardly matters tbh, as yeah, the rinse repeat of Mona acting like a slut to get Medaka’s attention has already got stale at this point. Calling her bunny girl outfit cute after almost passing out from orgasm won’t make up for anything lol. Also, how many times has this guy passed out till now? I’m not keeping the count as he would a LOT going forward as well, but yeah, I feel for Tsubomi. She’s rooting for something which would take at least 10 average human life-span to become a thing. Seriously asking, when is Asahi coming into the picture? I hope by the next episode. |

| Mona is really trying everything at this point to get Medaka's attention and still failing though Medaka did say she looked cute in her bunny outfit. It seems a Rival has appeared and now hopefully things get more interesting. |

| Idk if they can keep this up for 12 episodes man, 3 in and it’s already so repetitive lmao. I’m just growing out of a lot of common otaku tropes and wish fulfilment I guess. Mona did look cute in her bunny outfit, but I don’t see any progress being made with she and Medaka. He’s still just as oblivious as ever and trying to stay pure. The haunted house did get some chuckles out of me, tho. Especially Mona pretending that wasn’t her screaming loud as shit 😭 If there was ever a chance for progress to be made it was the school festival as is romcom tradition, but other than some fanservice stuff.. nothing really changed. BUT adding a rival into the story in the new girl could make things more interesting. Story already desperately needs a change idk how people read this manga for years lol |

| school festival episode had some funny moments like the whole bunny outfit thing mona's antics are always wild lol medaka finally told mona she looks cute but it's clear she's still fighting for attention would be fun to see how it develops a rival shows up that's gonna stir things up really feels like we're speeding through events heard next episode might have a full-color page which sounds exciting wonder what's next for these characters |

I have seen several much better clothes shows in anime, like Alya last summer. or even Yuki/Ms Servant last season. Mona you will have to work harder to charm me over your competition. "What is wrong with Tokyo?" Question for the ages. *Void Rabbit* Asahi's eye color is a bit hard to determine. Kinda violet, kinda gray, kinda bluish slate. |

| Nice assist from Haruno to get Mona and Medaka together but Mona's attempts to seduce him didn't work as well as the bunny outfit did. On that note I'm curious about the new rival, how she knows Medaka and why she has a crush on him. |

| Woah, they are extremely gracious giving that rival girl two short moments of screentime. Building her up real slowly, huh?! I mean I'm glad that Mona and Medaka are at least kinda interacting with each other and I always appreciate an proactive protagonist but I just don't feel any chemistry here. This is so dull. Oh I see, it has the "Love Status Quo" tag...hmmmm. |
| i remember people trying to calm everyone down that it's not a gooner anime and after ep1 they're toning it down, but here we are. Feels like my dressup darling all over again but with a less interesting story, hell, the whole story is about Mona trying to seduce Kuroiwa and Kuroiwa trying not to be seduced by Mona. |

| It seems that Mona's introduction, in which she introduces herself as she heads off to high school and jumps over a puddle that reflects her panties, sets the tone for the repetitive plot and ecchi jokes. While it has its funny and cute moments, the repetitive plot and Mona's change from a lovable character to an obsessive and somewhat annoying one are a bit off-putting. I've seen characters similar to Mona, but with more charisma and a more sympathetic personality, at least that's my opinion. What keeps me intrigued is the girl who seems to know Medaka. She might be the breath of fresh air that the series needs, something I was hoping Tsubomi would bring but unfortunately didn't. So my money's on Asahi and I hope she doesn't disappoint me. |

| I’m absolutely not feeling what a lot of others are in this thread, the shtick where Mona tries to get Medaka to fall for her hasn’t gotten old for me at all yet, and that’s mainly thanks to the different ways it’s set up, like this time she bit off way more than she could chew with the bunnygirl outfit but still failed to convince Medaka, at least from her POV lol, but it was nice to see Medaka call her cute once. And there was also a lot of fun to be had with the school festival bits, I especially liked the haunted house part, me and Medaka are kindred spirits in this regard since I’m also a connoisseur of horror, but Mona feels a bit differently which led to some great reactions from her, honestly I’m surprised she didn’t try the classic scared girl clinging to man trick but I guess she was too scared for real to do anything like that lol. But the episode ended right before that legendary bridge they talked about before, they’ll probably end up holding hands somehow, but I’m also interested in seeing if the rival girl Asahi does anything here, she’s probably my most anticipated of the girls in the show too. And for those dropping it here, if you’re just tired of the selling point of the show then understandable, I for one will be sticking around because this is definitely one of my feel good anime of the season, and I won’t have to see much more complaining going forward lol. |

| Loved the episode, especially the closet scene, tension max. Loving Tsubomi recently too, she's been assisting Mona like a good friend, and she's so cute herself too. Excited for what our couple gna do at the bridge of love!! |
| Very funny last few minutes to the episode. Poor Mona, she tries so hard but ends up in weird situations haha, and it doesn't work out so far. We end this week at an interesting moment (as they are about to cross the 'bridge of love'), which makes you look forward to next week episode for sure. |

As for her large ego, that is only somewhat exaggerated from many high schoolers that I knew. Of course in my crowd (the smart kids), the egos were mostly based on something real. |

Yes, her character is exaggerated to hell and back. While I don’t exactly like her, I can understand why she behaves the way she does. However, as things stand, I don’t see much development happening in the show. It might get boring, but I want to finish it, so I’ll stick around.

| I thought the ep was pretty ok. I think this introduction is unnecessary at the beginning, the animation isn't really its strong point although it's not bad. The story follows (as far as I remember) well the original, I found the ending of the episode very weak, they could have included the catwalk scene in it. |
