| Oh deer! episode 1 was amazingly hilarious. This is one of those anime where you don't need to think about what happened and will happen, just follow what we see lol. It's really poor for Koshitan in this episode that her peaceful days will no longer be as peaceful as usual. OP with too much brainrot can immediately be named OP of the year with the iconic OP CGDCT where the characters jump in one scene and ED which just shows how to make Shika Senbei is perfect, The ED reminds me of the Indonesian TV show "Jejak Si Gundul" lmao.  |

| Looks like most of the funny moments were already used in the PV. With how there's barely anything holding together sparsely spread gags, it feels more like a 4koma adaptation. Promotional materials got me but the actual episode was really disappointing. I guess it's a series that's only worth watching as a funny scenes compilation, rather than spending a full episode each weak for a handful of jokes. |

| i love nichijou but this show just wasn't it. there's an art to the comedy of action and reaction and absurdism and I don't think they quite hit the nail on the head. it all feels... pointless? like hollow platitudes. get in, make your tokyo revengers reference, and get out. but I genuinely could not tell you where most jokes started and ended. where was I supposed to laugh? and I despise hearing this already being compared to nichijou because it really wasn't. despite nichijou's first episode also being a bit uneven, it had heart. this has the vain attempt at heart but I didn't care about any of the characters enough to actually give the show the benefit of the doubt. the deer girl is also just annoying. i probably wont continue past episode one, but if I hear its improved, or if I see a scene that makes me laugh on my twitter timeline, I'll come back to check it out. |

| PEAK CGDCT anime, the hype was high and the 1st episode didn't disappoint, very funny, some scenes were already leaked by the trailers but solid 1st episode, probably the future ones will be even better. |
| Completely forgot that it's coming out on Wednesday. But that's a good thing, Sunday is already full with "Fairy Tail", the Yozakura family, VTuber Legend and all sorts of things - so Wednesday is actually a good broadcast date. (and we get Megumi Han Double Feature, since she also voices Kana in Oshi No Ko on the same day). Shikanoko nokonoko koshitan is a work of art! It reminds me of SpongeBob (in the good times), Camp Lazlo, The Emperor's New School and other shows from my childhood - but at the same time it leaves its own mark. A show that doesn't take itself too seriously and knows how to entertain brilliantly. Shikanoko is cute, Koshitan provides witty objections with her horror and the meta-humor is top notch. ("The classic empty seat next to the protagonist in every anime") And then there are the live-action sequences. It's really delicious humor! The manga is already brilliant - and the anime is in no way inferior to it with its striking opening. A bit of the manga that happened before the club was founded was skipped, but hopefully that will be added later. Now I feel like visiting the deer in the deer-garden near us again. |

| well, it wasnt a bad start to the anime but clearly theyre reusing some comedic flair... i rly dont like the slow-motion :/ doesnt help that the bgm for some scenes is virtually the same (exclusive to this ep i hope?) watching this also made me miss oshioshio's art style, which was more cutesy/vtuber-like, compared to the anime's simplified ver... but this is to be expected for adaptations seems like they skipped ch.3/4 and jumped to ch.5 at the latter half of the ep, but they should be back to em next ep. overall could use some better comedic delivery |
