| Huh, we actually got some competitive energy this episode. Hananoi got challenged to table tennis. Their match didn't go unnoticed but I do think some of his scenes were tense, compared than usual. Hananoi showed his love for Hotaru again and she returned them with that embrace. Quite a a sweet episode with emotions. |

| Not sure what that “manly” competition even meant in the end. If it was to show this guy has grown enough to reason with others like a normal person does, then that was very odd. As I mean he still ignores that one childhood friend like one girl does to another who ends up dressing better than them. He kinda deserves that too, but not when Hananoi does that lol. Still not sure why that daunting and haunting past was even brought to light when he can’t even muster up the courage to tell Hotaru about that. Didn’t even feel like a penultimate episode, I mean the same attempts to force Hananoi over Hotaru are like a part of this series since the fifth minute of the first episode lol. It’s just that they jump from place to place. It can be a bus-stop, it can be a park, and it can be a classroom too. Truly a series of many fetishes. Just hope they would clean the floor of this classroom after that. |

| You know, I don't even blame Hananoi anymore, this dude Yao is honestly so fucking annoying. THERE'S A REASON HE'S KEEPING HIS PAST A SECERT GET IT THROUGH YOUR HEAD.... Then he pulls out some lame ass excuse of "jUsT DoNt WaNNa sEE hEr HuRtt".... whatever. And I'll give this show this and only this, the relationship somewhat actually progresses rather quickly, which I like. Just please for god's sake don't do it in a classroom... ON THE FLOOR.... |

| A get-together bonding session between the couple, Yao and Satomi, things get heated between the guys fighting over Hotaru, espeically Hananoi thinking that Yao still has a crush on his girlfriend, especially on the Hotako nickname which bothered Hananoi a lot, not knowing about their past. It had to take until Hotaru explaining a part of her past for him to understand, though he isn't satisfied with leaving her alone, and wants her for himself completely. The thing is, when he tries to explain himself, Hotaru sees it as a doomsday thought process, though it's just how lame is actually is, even more so about their untold secrets. Hotaru being optimistic to turn their secrets into a Q&A session, it really does help a lot. As school wines down, Hananoi may be just as irritated with the comedic Keigo, but just as earnest sharing about his not having and making friends, that changed with Hotaru's inclusion. The Hananoi in front of Hotaru is the best that she's seeing him as is, being slowly and genuinely infatuated with him, as much as Hananoi has been controlling his desires to touch her, which she allows him to, finally sharing their first kiss together. For as much problems as they have, both Hotaru and Hananoi have finally come to terms with each other, for the better. |

| Such a great episode. Their interactions are just so honest and cute. They talk! And both grow as individuals and as a couple. This anime is now easily one of my favourite romances so far. |

| A bowling trip huh. End of the day its about enjoying the exp so winning is hardly mandatory. Satomura's exp is something thats far too common these days. It was curious that Hananoi lived in dorms when he was in middle school. Still the campus tour that Hotaru and Hanaoi went on sure was a fun experience. While serving to allow us to see how Hotaru's other friends were doing it's expansion on Hanaoi was also appreciated. The final moments really were cute. |

| RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH FINALLY. THAT KISS WAS EVERYTHING. Took her ages but Hotaru finally fully accepted Hananoi and his feelings. PLUS they actually talked and opened up to one another. I’m sure they’ll eventually get to Hananoi’s past, but really it doesn’t matter. Hotaru loves who he is now, the boy in front of her and that’s all that matters. Best part of the series by far. I do hope Yao and Hananoi can eventually be chill at some point. |

| Wow man, what a kiss scene that was, they really teased us with it twice beforehand but that made the actual kiss even better, Hananoi got in there lol. It was a super cute scene, Hotaru going to hide behind the curtains had me thinking she was embarrassed over the head kiss but this was actually in preparation for the main event, I’m glad Hotaru finally made the step forward, and it wasn’t just the kiss scene itself, that whole bit in the classroom leading up to it was really well done, I’m glad they made sure to get this as right as they could. When this episode started I definitely didn’t think that’s where we were headed lol, you had the fun/intense time at the arcade to start with, I do think Yao was pushing the issue about Hananoi’s past a bit too hard there so I’m glad Hananoi won the match, but at the same time I get Yao’s position. And Hananoi actually did nearly spill the tea with Hotaru but she actually stopped him, I’m hoping we get it eventually because I’m just a curious viewer but I like that Hotaru did that, what’s important is the Hananoi she loves right now after all. And man it’s a shame this is ending next week, but it sure has been a good ride. |

@TheColonel76 I know as a romance bum. I keep coming back every Thursday. But man I've been seeing that rating decline and the drops going since episode 3. I was on the front lines on Twitter like no guys come on its not that bad!! But ohhh boy. This show is as stale as an elderly man's asshole.

| They are quite mature about getting to know each other, the difference between this episode and first seems immesurable. Loved the part when Hananoi screamed, which made Hinase scream as well, cute and funny. I'm glad I didn't drop this. It's not fantastic or anything but those cute moments were worth it. |

This show as a whole has been like a roller-coaster, with more downs than ups lately, but this episode and this scene redeemed most of it. Shame it has such bad production value. | Satomura is the cutest girl in this whole anime. I love her vibe and aesthetic. Why doesn't Hananoi want to tell Hotaru about his past? I hope that now people realize that he acts this way because he has abandonment issues in friendships and relationships. When will she finally call Hananoi by his first name?? Not me tearing up and getting all giddy and shit after their kiss. I love this anime so much. Its so fucking cute and I love how much character development Hotaru and Hananoi have done. I don't know how people hate this one so much. People tend to forget that they're still in high school. High schoolers aren't mature by any means. How can you possibly hate this anime? |

| Yao likely means well but he also feels like he is too pushy in that wager he made. I guess part of why Hananoi is so standoffish about Yao is because he picked up the uneasiness Hotaru has around him and he didnt understand what it was from till now. Hananoi didnt exactly convey how old his friend was so I dont think Hotaru realizes he may have even died, though im not sure what happened to him. That was nice how the conversation went with Hotaru and Hananoi leading up to their other interactions and kissing eachother. |

| Well even though Hananoi still unfinished with his business about the past, there's no need with Hotaru to clear that up. She already fall in from head to knee so just as might need them to kneel right there and start the finally real business. Oh yeah that's it. Too much cockblocks aren't nice so they finally find a peace place to find one piece at one nice. |
