| Not bad Sentouin D. Even though he isn't among the strongest in this contest, he used his brains. Got to see a variety of characters contested in battle. Even Komachi got her on screen time there. It's also very interesting following Hibiki's progress. He fought wth passion although I think he enjoyed the fight a bit too much. Got a cliffhanger setting up for a big fight next time. |

| D innovates once again. The final test had turned into a battle among the candidates. Although the combatants from Group D were at a disadvantage due to their inferior skills, they fought back using their wits. Meanwhile, Peltrola, an executive of the Villainous Army, had infiltrated Bailong's Nest. XX, hiding her fear, followed Peltrora. At that moment, Komachi Aizome, the Blue Squad's acting Junior First Class of the Blue Battalion who had just finished her role as the test's monster, encountered Peltrola. Backstories featuring failure-induced trauma always resonate with me, so it's satisfying to see Yamato's redemption here. Despite Komachi's high rank and having a divine tool replica, Peltrola effortlessly overpowered her. Anyways, it's always funny how D consistently falls short in scheming. This arc is becoming a bit confusing, I can't lie, with a lot of unresolved questions piling up. Though to think that Shion's tragic backstory was all influenced by the corrupt rangers. It's hard to choose who to support in this VERY intricate situation now. |

| Feels like the series' pacing has moved to a halt recently, the cliffhanger was fine but the rest of the episode was admittedly a grind to watch through like the last couple episodes with the exam stuff. Not its strongest visual episode either like the last couple. Hopefully what the series is building towards with these last few episodes can pay off well to make the slower grind worth it. |
| Tinkering with the alarm! Team Hibiki finessed the yellow key from Team Shion. Damn, mob character got murked and Peltrola insulted Aizome. She reacts strongly to insults about her appearance. Musclehead Shippou got humbled by the Nadeshiko so hard that he looked completely wasted and unrecognisable, but with a spark from Yamato's words, his muscles miraculously pop back. nooo Ranmaru, a true hero, pulling that elevator trick and rider kick for his senior Aizome Now, two monsters are in Team Hibiki... Their motif should be ninjas bruh, pulling tricks like the bell and their weapon's burst form. The truth of whether a boss monster killed Riku Shion or not can change the entire worldview of two cadets competing for red. For Kai, his brother would be too weak and the Dragon Keepers would be right, for Fighter D, the Dusters would have suffered years of Sunday Battles while their bosses did nothing. |

| "He's me frfr" - D after Shion revealed more of his motive, probably Watching D go on an absolute power trip with the burst mode gadget was way more fun than it had any right to be. Dude was really letting out all his stress from working with these guys lmao. Gotta respect Shion for brute forcing his own gadget to even the playing field too. Also, why'd they have to make preview puppet XX so darn cute?  |
| I am glad the rectified and outplayed the elite team with the yellow key the last week's mistake was way too annoying Also watching D going on a carnage was more enjoyable than it should be But wasn't Koguma killed by that Boss monster so is he replaced by XX? |
| Bruh. They did an Uno reverse. But that plan was so convoluted. It would've been easier just to protect the key normally. But I guess having that alarm trick was a great idea as a backup. Wait. Didn't Ranmaru die from the boss monster? It didn't seem like he was going to survive after that thing was completely decimating small fry rangers like that. The Ranmaru that was near the ending was definitely sus. Also, it's crazy how this boss monster can just roam around freely in that ranger bunker. You'd think there'd be several emergency alarms setting off even after that thing cut off the main one. I guess they desperately want to cover up the fact that there's still a boss monster alive and well. But not sending the Dragon Keepers after it must be a mistake. This was probably the first Ranger Reject episode where I could keep up with the fight scenes without any confusing. Can't wait for the Shion vs D fight! |

| Aizome was really cute and really liked watching her fight the boss, but unfortunately she was seriously injured. Koguma is my second favorite character in this show after this episode. Seeing his actions this time was really satisfying. D gets the key back, and continues to the second test, damn the destruction of the place is really crazy huh.  |

| I feel that the pace of these last two episodes has changed. I don't know if it's for better or worse, but I still enjoy each episode nonetheless. Wow, it's unfortunate. Just when I was starting to like Koguma, he ended up seriously injured. I hope he's okay. So did XX replace him? Well, D has been leading his team greatly and has managed to direct them despite his clear power difference against the elites. And now, with Shippou joining, they will be stronger. |

| This show feels like it's been written by an AI with the "Randomize" setting... It's still enjoyable to me, but it's gotten all over the place, especially the last couple episodes, there are many times I even questionned if the translation/sub was accurate, because some dialogues made no sense, but who am I to judge, show is entertaining... |

| Hmm, the way Ranmaru's eyes looked after the fight with Peltrola makes me think that it is XX under disguise but hopefully I'm wrong as Ranmaru was also growing on me. Also, things got more interesting with Shion revealing why he also dislikes the dragon keepers which may further complicate Fighter D's plans. |
| There are just so many things happening, each episode is SOOO freaking good to watch, this isn't just a gem of the season, it's quickly becoming the best anime of the season now. Also, WTF that was brutal, this random girl just lost her head vs that monster!!! I hope Kogume is alive :( What I love so much is how unpredictable the show is so far, I'm so much looking forward to what's going to happen next. |
| D's group got the Yellow Key Not only that, but he revealed he's a "Monster" to the puffy head guy. But the puffy head guy doesn't care much about D, dude just wants to win against the other group, lol. . LOL @ that "skinny" dude going full muscle cause he doesn't have to face against the even more "muscle". . Meanwhile... the Boss monster is still going wild... Blue hair loli should have sound the alarm before heading in to confront the boss monster... what was she thinking? (tho they said the alarm was disarmed? and the rangers doesn't want to actually sound the alarm cause it'll be an embarrassment that a monster got into their HQ) And the only rookie ally that knows D's true identity is... "Fucked". (seems like all potential "ranger allies" will be dead) But... what happened to the blue hair loli? did she escape? . Also... that "Dragon Weapon" "Burst Mode"... wasn't it suppose to just last for a short duration? how long is it going? . . . BTW... Puppet XX, LOOOL, I want to squeeze her. (tho.. not sure if I want XX to survive, or the "allies" to survive...) Feels like the "plot" will just kill off any "allies' and ship XX with D... |

| Day 2 of the final exam has finished, and the better halves of the group hae claimed their win...or so they thought. Hibiki and the loser group still have a chance. The last-minute thought of ringing the bell intentionally to steal Suzukiri's key has paid off...though now they're running for their very lives to secure her key. Thanks to Yamato, Hibiki nd the others still have a fighting chance, though now they have to deal with boss monster Peltrola. Even Koguma now knows D's real self, but withholds from the kill to get the last member, Shippou. Getting him onboard is only a matter of time, but for Koguma to see Aizome being targeted by Peltrola, he can't help but be a bona-fide Ranger soldier to save her, leaving Peltrola to retreat for recovery. As expected, Yamato doesn't give the key to Ishikawa, which is why he's perfect for D's team. With all 5 keys on the line, everyone is wary of each other, and even more for Hibiki vs. Shion, for everything is on the line. The boss monster not appearing for 12 years, with Shion being the last one to witness one and getting ignored by the Dragon Keepers, he won't take this lying down. The final day of the exams...the final fight will decide it all. |

| What a mess. From Koguma's trick paying off for obtaining the key at the last minute to him sacrificing himself but then somehow coming back (probably as a clone or something). On another end we have Ishigami playing tricks and different backstories being played out by soon to die characters and a boss monster on the loose wreacking havoc. Sounds exciting. |

| Honestly this test fighting has gotten boring, all this is going on while the boss monster is hiding as the short guy. Feels like this story just arbitrarily throws characters in left and right with their trashy ideals. 4/10 episode ending was meh |

| When Ranmaru started getting a decent amount of focus in this episode, I could see the death flags shimmering behind him! Unless XX reveals some hidden medical knowledge, this has got to be another switcheroo. Also, Peltrola is a pretty great villain for this arc. He's getting more kills than I would normally expect in a shonen series. |

| uuhhh is it just me or does that flashback not make any sense, with the bell ringing? when did they make that plan? because they didn't have the yellow key yet, and then the others easily stole it from them? Maybe they made that plan about getting whatever keys the others had? Not knowing they'd be stealing their key they'd already earnt back after losing it so negligently. Then gives it almost immediately back to the guy who lost it lol. Then the guy who needlessly and easily learnt D's secret is ofc conveniently murdered and probably replaced by XX. but a lot of the developments in the last two eps have seemed pretty nonsensical anyway. the storytelling is kind of a mess |
