Bea just continues to prove herself why she is a badass in this show. Props to her VA for playing her character and personality so well.

While she isn't carrying this season, Bea really stands out as someone who isn't afraid to speak her thoughts or take action when needed. Definitely someone to rely on. I hope next episode's lighting can improve a bit from this one. Imo, this episode's a bit dark in terms of the backgrounds although matches the mood and atmosphere really well.

Whoever thought we'd be cheering for evil Akira as the MC is way off. There's no change in perspective that could make this degenerate incel likable.

Damn, that fight scene at the beginning was seriously well animated. BUGFILMS really nailed it during the break. But, you know, this whole thing just doesn't feel real. There are people out there trying to wipe out an entire village, and here's Akira wrapped up in some competition with them? It's like a messed-up joke. How am I supposed to buy that this scrawny dude can take down someone built like a tank?

The real heroes here are Akira, his friends, and his family. And his dad? He didn't deserve to go out like that. I get the whole situation, but I'll keep hoping he's not really gone until I see it for myself. But, geez, what a way for him to leave this world – protecting his family. Mad respect for that guy. Right now, all I can muster for the bad guy is pity. I mean, how does someone sink to such a pathetic level?

I was about to tease the guy for getting pushed back by a stick, the kind they use for catching stray dogs – I mean, come on. But then, I saw him dive into a pile of mess, and it really showed his determination to survive. I can see faults on both sides here – the guy didn't pay attention, and the woman was constantly badmouthing him every time they talked. A trash husband and a trash wife just don't make for a good family.

Akira's got the responsibility of saving his dad. But the big question is, will he risk turning into a zombie, just to save his old man?

and what will akira do his father is in trouble

WHAT THE DOG DOIN WTFFFF
Old man Hiko's speech actually made me hella emotional. Got to be thankful for all the vegetables and fruits I get to eat.
So glad that those people didn't survive, I was afraid they were gonna let them live.
Bea lmao
The ED is really good too! I missed it.
Now onto the finale. What will Akira do?

Thoughtful to see how each of the mean characters being portrayed in the sin team blames society in a different way. "Why do I have such bad luck?", "Why does my wife not treat me properly?", "Why everyone else around me wrong?". They each reflect a closed view that can really become troublesome in dire situtaions like this one and seeing as they are being dealt with not only physically but with arguments is so satisfactory.

It was nice seeing each of Higurashi’s gang members get what’s coming to them, their backstories did make me feel for them a bit but they still unleashed a hoard of zombies on innocent villagers so it’s hard to forgive them lol, that and each of them were very misguided on their plights, the husband didn’t treat his wife right (although his situation was the roughest imo), the tubby punk with the gun was too focused on luck he would never have due to his self centeredness, and the office lady thought she could do no wrong (at least that’s what I got of it). I was happy to see each of the main gang win their fights with them while also telling them why they’re wrong, made for some unique fights that were more than just physical.

And all that leaves is Akira and Higurashi, and Higurashi has Akira’s dad under his foot unless Akira lets himself become a zombie. I have a feeling this is where we’ll see Akira’s dad’s infection come into play, as sad that will be I am definitely looking forward to how Higurashi is beaten.

This had one of the best lines of the series by Beatrix. "There is no perfectly right way of doing things. There are all sorts of people and they make the world a colorful place. Perhaps instead of forcing what you thought was right on others, you should have stopped and questioned whether you might have been wrong?"Love it.

Prolly i am not the first one mentioning but i like to write it out as well: WTF Charo doing there?!! Also Angie understand humping? Bruh wtf with the beginning so frickin random lol

Kencho become a true man, brave enough to went deep down under the shit pit, head first! He become a blurred man now. Shit blurred man to be exact 💩💩💩

Bea and Shizuka have their own share of problems with those selfish people. But manage to get it solve quickly thanks to the power of kindness. Even though i am a selfish person as well, but can't stand with the evil, so i am fine with their diminished. Better be a low-profile character as long as possible is the right answer to their problems...

Now or never Akira, show him who's the mc here!

Kencho telling off that bastard who didn't treat his wife well was amazing.

Chekov's Cesspit finally got used and it's hilarious!

Bea using the zombies to break the waterwheel, that was great, reminded me of the 2nd Pirates of the Caribbean movie, we need more water wheel fights!

Now how is he going to save his dad who is in the middle of having a heart attack?

@AOD-san I wasn't implying that being a NEET was wrong but that this one in particular was bad enough to have potentially killed a whole town. It was not to be taken as a generalization statement.

What da dog doin?

Man, it sucks that Shizuka always has to deal with creeps and sickos. It's annoying and I feel bad for her.

Bea's fight with that toxic chick was epic but should've been a bit longer. But it was still badass.

Akira's dad is a chad. If he was a bit younger I think he singlehandedly could've taken care of his family.

Kencho probably didn't need to take that dive....who knows what diseases he risked getting.

That theory Shizuka spoke of sounds pretty stupid from things Ive seen Irl. The luckiest people are the ones looking for and taking opportunities, has nothing to do with collectivism vs individualism or anything like that.

The biggest issue with the people with Higurashi is that they're taking innocent bystanders down with them, or at least are trying to, because otherwise they have mostly understandable circumstances.

Now with Higurashi using Akira's father as bait I'm curious what Akira will do and I'm also wondering about his dad's sickness...

The song swan for Akira and Co. to start combatting Higurashi's evil plan in Gunma, and it starts off with Kencho protecting Anju, who ran to find Charo. Beatrix on the other hand, stops both the water wheel and electrification. But as for Shizuka, saving the elderly is next to impossible, and shielding them from zombies, and this is the same for Akira, giving back to his parents as a sign of filial piety, while shielding him as well.

Kencho targeted by a husband who lost his family and all; Shizuka sure got unlucky to get targeted by a chef who wanted a French Kiss, though it's certainly better getting eaten by a zombie than getting that treatment; Beatrix facing the office lady who lives a life of self-righteousness to her own beliefs, all those certainly were wrong, but Kencho sure made the right judgement to fall into the cesspit to save himself.

Old Man Hiko saving Shizuka, as well as the other elderly, she's really in good luck. Beatrix destroying the water wheel with the help of the zombies, it's adapting to the situation to make something good out of the wrong. But as for Akira's dad, the son is forced to take the mantle by Higurashi savng and taking him as a hostage. Man, how low can Higurashi go?

The final fight for Akira, it's now or never.

The message they're trying to portray here is nice and if they crafted those guys better this could have been very powerful. But I just can't feel empathy with those delusional antagonists. And showing their backstories at this point in the story makes in actually worse. It's just too little too late.
I also thought about whether this should be some kind of joke or not because they are so obviously in the wrong in how they put themselves in the victim role.

But it also had some good moments in it, like the speech from grandpa Hiko or Beatrix riding that water wheel. How Shizuka, Bea and Kenichirou counterargumented those guys would also been great scenes, but unfortunately it got diminished.

After a long hiatus, the anime is back with one of the shiddiest arcs in anime history. Four antagonists just pop up, with the most cliche backgrounds ever, and get into one on one battles with the main crew. The battles, the situations, dialogues, the rescues, all as cliche as they could be. It looks like a homework for a Cliche 101 class. And the zombies just loiter around, trying hard not to meddle with the scenes and dialogues.
