| Viktor Light is a sketchyyyyyyyy dude! Love Vulcan though. Solid ep with intro of new characters. Lets see how this plays out. Like the new ending more than the opener, which was skippable imo. |

| Alright, new characters are pretty dope and Vulcan in particular seems like a real one. Love dedicated guys like him and I'm also fond of his dream. Then we have Yu for the shota lovers and Lisa got a fine ass there. |

| I loved both the new opening and ending. I liked how this episode was light and had a lot of funny moments. Iris is me when I see cute and weird things and i just have the urge to touch them. Vulcan is a good character...can't wait to see more of him. Looks like Shinra will finally see his brohter...wonder what's gonna happen. |

| Not a big fan of the new OP but I love the new ED. I do feel like this series is starting to get a bit tedious to me but I will try to see it through to the end of the season and hope it ends on a high. |

| Really good episode and interesting new characters. Nice. The new OP is good too. I know the blu sales were apparently bad originally but this series keeps getting better after the foul-ups in the first 5-8 eps. |
| The new opening isn't half bad. The imagery is better than the first at least. By the looks of it, we should be expecting the 8th to recruit more members. Also, a hyped fight is incoming between the two brothers. |
| From the first few tones of the OP it seemed like Breaking Benjamin had got back together. The forgettable OP/ED aside, I could barely stand the cringe coming with this episode. Looking at how many volumes the manga has, I'm starting to wonder why the anime fails to work so bad - mind you, I've stayed through some of the most unoriginal Shounen even in their original final arcs, like Twin Star Exorcists. Maybe the bad "humour" scenes last only one panel in the manga, while the anime keeps on hammering them in? I mean, even with the bad humour we have issues like the biggest lack of subtlety I have ever witnessed - while it is true that the title is using every possible cliche in the Young Shounen book, I don't understand why it feels the need to immediately bring u[ the answer to every potential mystery that's set up. What is even left for us to ponder on when it comes to this story? We already know that Shinra will win every battle. There's no character who's development we're looking forward to. I just... don't know. Maybe the show is targeting an 8-year old audience, it would work for them for the most part... except for the fanservice and the commonplace violence. Oh yeah, what's the chance that two red-haired characters just meet by chance not even being related to one another? That's a really weird move from character design standpoint. |

I know the 8th company is desperate for a science team but come on there has to be someone better then HIM? Oh well, can't wait for the backstab episode then. bro is there a limit to how cute sister iris can be? and if so remove it rn shes the cutest thing to exist and definitely something i need in my life also is there an actual explanation to shinra's ability to detect danger or a cry for help? Please don't tell me they are actually sticking with 'hero intuition' ? |

| So, it looks like Shinra has other ability which let him feel other people’s feelings or intentions, or is related to the Adolla Burst shit, still, unexplained. So, that’s Kusakabe Sho, as Shinra, brothers, I could bet. And suddenly, they two guys from the opening got introduced, Viktor and Vulcan. Iris became stupid like pressing every button. So, an ok episode. |

| Both the new op and ed suck, especially when you compare to the previous ones, which were one of the best I've seen. Other than that, the episode was okay. |

| A pretty hectic introduction for the 2nd cour considering so much expanding the storyline with how they progressed in the previous episode. The gray holy knight, Evangelist retainers, actually the commander was revealed to be Shinra's brother, Shou. The information from Joker was all right, there. Its so intrigueing. And very underwhelming in the same time, while knewing the fact that his intentions was bold as the opening animation sequences rolled. After the villain intentions, Obi's planned was also so ridiculous. They needed to expanded more unit. Yeah, so far, as the youngest division, the 8th had the smallest army considering any other division. More people came, more hectic the whole division was. So thats what i referring so much on my first statement. Yeah, finally they awared with the Princess Hibina stands there. As other captain division, her side must be reconsider, knewing it would blew the whole mission. So, to cover it, they needed some person to charged at the section Hibina had. A sciences sections. They needed for scientist. Its surprised. Victor appearance. He was the friend of Joker in the previous cour. Alas, even his monologue had some private intentions that differ from main 8th vision. However, they couldn't do anything to prevent it. They wanted to step up a bit further. The expansion of division power must retake as their enemy was beyond the greatness. Victor coming in, despite any of his true intentions.... After him, Obi's finally realise something. A mechanic to solved the lack of good equipment. Atleast Obi do his job as a good captain. Great development. So, who the chosen person for those small group. Its a Vulcan, a heredity between a god of sun and a god of forge. Interesting back story, there. The mission had been launch. Some comedy antic had been rolled. Indeed it was fun. But i needed to take the serious matter besiding every side story they had there. I said sorry about that.... So, its time for Shinra to reacted the whole Vulcan savings quests. After Adolla Link found some danger, he just couldn't silent anymore. Could they brought Vulcan to the 8th group and persuaded his dream? Could they survived from Hajima industry intimidation via the 3rd division harrashment? Lets see the next episode.... |

deg said: poorly animated? it has plenty of sakuga each epsisode especially during fight scenes maybe you mean offmodel character designs since the whole anime industry right now is lacking animation directors that suppose to help the chief animation director (that is usually the character designer) to help correct the drawings of the characters to follow the character designs image speaks louder than words this usually only happens when you finally decide to upgrade your pc a person using a mask in the shape of some bird actually makes fun of an other person who loves animal? this makes me laugh (or smirk rather) |

| Vulcan seems like a great guy with a kind heart with his love for animals & taking in Lisa. Lisa is so hot. And Vulcan is SO hot. Damn, that bod & those tats!!!!!! Why did he have to put on that dumb ass shirt lollllollllll Omg ARTHUR & THAT TOY THAT COULDNT STOP PEEING LOLOLLLLL Giovanni a whole ass snake. He annoys me just as much as the White-Clad. So fucking what if Vulcan doesn’t want to join them he just decides to kill him????? | The new OP is in English and just as it is for the first OP, it's hype as hell, the drop hits hard as it should and the visual quality is fantastic, though I'd say the first OP is better in that matter. Similarly, the new ED can also be described the same way to the ned OP, though in this case I simply cannot favour the new ED over the previous one which in my opinion is extremely memorable. Nevertheless, the new OP and ED are amazing and I love them. The OP pretty much spoiled the new members joining the 8th company, first off we got Vulcan the master mechanic, someone who's tied to Dr. Giovanni due to personal connection and someone who envisioned a future in which he can use his machines to somehow bring back the extinct animals. For someone who was so harsh on the Fire Force members, he's oddly kind when the 3 got inside his home, well when you think about it, it's odd how many people so easily shares their past backstory with strangers they just met. Anyways, Vulcan seems to be a much-needed addition to the 8th company, at least he's significantly less suspicious than the new scientist. Shinra's Adolla link is honestly a powerful aspect of his ability, it's almost like a 6th sense, he can sense dangers far earlier before anyone could and that in itself is awesome. Iris looked adorable in her civilian attire (>v<) |
