| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- What a battle, episode felt really fast. My ears. I guess this episode was intense in terms of combat.  Also, dem cosplays. Wtf is up with the song though lol... I loved seeing Chris at the end there. I wasn't ready for that. |

| So much Chris, and her expression when she sing is like "I had no more regrets" Which made me worry, typically that (along with unusually more spotlight on a character) are death flags. Producer, please don't kill her Not to mention that professor seems really intent on making Kiri and Shirabe as Nephilim feed. BTW, is it just me or he look much older than in eps 1 ? Probably the shading and cheekbones Kirika and Maria's song are great too. Or at least… still felt Mizuki Nana's character is much stronger than Tsubasa’s ^^; And just found out that Shirabe's voice actress is Fripside's vocal. So, she's the one singing Railgun's opening ? |

The first season had only one character death really and it was pretty much that token predecessor death that happens to push the main character into the role of hero as nobody else ever dies from their swan song so I don't think you have to worry about Chris. The way they're pushing her this season like they she's going out of style and to make up for the fact she only really joined the good guys team in the last quarter or so of the show I think you'll be getting plenty of her. Hell I'm not even considering the possibility that Maria or the other two end up dying cause this just isn't the kind of show for that sort of thing. It might try to fake out like they die for an episode or two possibly but I'd be incredibly surprised if it ends up actually being the case. Anyway since I still think it's worth pointing out just how much the art for this show has changed (and how noticeable the errr...upgrades are for the cast) I found some comparison pictures: Hibiki Overall Hibiki seems to have been remodeled to look more hot blooded and less like the happy go luck school girl she was in season 1. Tsubasa Tsubasa probably looks the least different overall other than the costume and mostly just benefits from the overall better art quality. I think they might have made her a little sleeker and more mature looking in the face but that's about it. Chris Aside from being made to look less angry all the time and more cutesy Chris has by far the biggest upgrade to her assets of any of the trio and so much so it's impossible not to notice. I chose that shot because it's the one that best shows it but man you'd question if it's even actually the same character. |

| Loved this episode. Chris is now my number one favorite in the anime, but I still love Tsubasa and Hibiki though. :3 |

| Hmm....how many loved the first season and love this season too? That's what I wonder. Since I loved the first season, but this season has been much less interesting to me so far. And I've been seeing lots of people who didn't like the first season very much loving this season. Just wondering if there's a correlation there, or it's just my awkward tastes in play xD |
| Love the new "Red Hot Blaze" by Chris. The whole sniping mode looks cool. Also lol at Chris banging into Tsubasa again. I love Chris socks in her school uniform, they're just so frilly at the top with pink ribbons(sounding like a maniac here) Love the ending scene with Chris getting a long solo. Just noticed her shoes and almost the same as when she wears her symphogear. The song was great and we got to see many sides of Chris getting shy HNNNNNGG. Its also nice that we got to see how she got introduced into the school and how she made her own friends. I just love her wonderful blushing face when shes singing. She looks so happy singing <3. Guess the song will be in her character song single which sadly is only gonna be released in september T_T. Thank you producers for focusing so much on Chris and showing her numerous blushing face every episode! |
| Really good episode. But I feel it was foreshadowing to some drama T_T The fight at the end was pretty damn epic! Loved the animation. And Dat Song at the end!!!! Chris has definitely became my fav now. She was just sooooo much <3 Her faces were Kawaii HHNNNGGG >_< |

| What is it about those tsunderes ... even I end up falling for them *makes lovesick eyes at Chrisu* The attention her chest has been getting this season hasn't hurt either lol. Was I the only one who got thrown by the mention of some drug our previous owner of Gungnir was using? They may have mentioned it in the first season but I don't remember anything about some "LiNKER" drug she was supposed to have been on. Was it something she was trying to use to increase her sync ratio? Maybe it contributed to her dying during her swan song (since she's the only character in the whole series to have died from using their super attack)... maybe it's just a show about fanservicey girls singing and having cool fights, and I should really just relax. 4/5, good action this time around and I love the bad girl sidekicks. They're nicely moe additions to the cast. |

| The fight between Tsubasa and Maria were really entertaining. Looks like they failed to capture their objective and let them escape. That was a perfect ending for Chris's song until those two little ones challenge her into a duel. I really like the battles in this season, since it focus on fighting Symphogear's instead of Noise. |
| I am not really sure about most songs, especially what they sing while using Symphogear etc. but Chris singing there was really really nice. |

| I facepalmed so much when Chris spent several seconds trying to shoot at the ship and then it cloaked itself. Also, last 5 minutes was Chris' character development which came out of nowhere since the rest of the episode had been purely on other characters? I'm glad we got some development on some of the villains though. And of course Maria's mum is probably dying from some disease or something. |
