I like cats, anime, games, and Japan. I lean towards Slice of Life as my genre of choice, with idol shows ranking particularly high for me. Not sure why, but they always just turn out amazing~ You'll probably notice a lot of 10's in my rankings, well, if I love something I love it. I don't care if someone else will love it or not, that's my personal ranking for a show. If you want to see a less stilted ranking, then you can check out a review if I do one. There, I'm trying to help people decide if they will like a show or not, so I look at things from different perspectives. But, my rankings for shows are always going to reflect my enjoyment. That's just how I am. Basically, if I'm reduced to a crying mess by the final episode, I'll probably give a show a ten. Because, if a show's able to pull those sort of emotions out of me, then I definitely consider that a true masterpiece, and it's obviously achieved what it intended to do.
Also, I love talking about shows, but you'll probably not see me discussing anything with a source material, since I've been spoiled on many things here because people just don't have the decency to use tags. So I tend to avoid discussing anything that can be spoiled as much as possible.
Oh, and I'm studying Japanese.

In celebration of pride month, GL Addicts! is hosting a month long event with games, cards and prizes.
The event starts June 1st, and will close on the 30th with an awards ceremony. Please make sure to watch the event's main thread in order to participate and receive awards.

Daily Quiz Game: a new quiz will be added each day, each quiz that you answer correctly, you will receive points.

It turns out to be an excellent example for discussion. At
best, Love Lab is a poor example of CGDCT. On the other
hand, it seems to be more than 51% CGDCT. The case of
Love Lab was what motivated me to come up with a more
careful definition of CGDCT.
Tesagure!Bukatsumono have both been postponed. They will
both be aired on Saturday, December 28th. No reason has been
announced. I noticed that you are fan of "Tesabu", so I thought
you would want to know.
about Tesagure!Bukatsumono Ep 8. I am trying to make a
comprehensive list of all Cute Girls Doing Cute Things anime
series. My initial prejudice was to exclude Teekyuu since it
is sometimes said to be a sports anime series about tennis.
But after watching it, I quickly discovered that it is an
excellent example of CGDCT. So I have added it to my list
of CGDCT. The point that I was making on the "Tesabu"
thread was to lament the decline in CGDCT anime series
which were centered on a Random School Club (RSC).
So "Tesabu" is an example of CGDCT+RSC. But in
Teekyuu, it is not some random ill-defined school club. It
is specifically a tennis club. So in my classification system,
Teekyuu would be CGDCT+tennis_club as opposed to

So, I would appreciate your expert opinion about whether
Teekyuu belongs on the list or not. So here are my
questions for you:
(1) Are the important characters predominantly girls?
(2) Are they cute girls?
(3) Is the emphasis of the story mostly on random cute
things that the girls do?
(4) ... or, is the emphasis of the story mostly on playing
tennis?
If Teekyuu is mostly about playing tennis, then I would
not classify it as CGDCT. I don't have time to watch
three seasons of Teekyuu in order to make my own
decision. I had a look at the Wikipedia article, and based
on that it seems that Teekyuu is possibly CGDCT. So that
is why I decided to consult you.
It was just like the promo last season. MAL should have made it a separate episode but no harm, no foul.

I know it's just an advertisement but I don't like to mark shows as completed until I watch all the episodes listed. Likewise, I can't find the episode anywhere.
