Sakamoto Days Episode 2 Discussion

It looks to me like a Trigun tribute. Main character clearly refernces Vash the Stampede but he he kills people.

Surprised they skipped chapters 2 and 3 of the manga, but nothing too major skipped. Lu intro was good and not shocked they covered it in a single episode. Animation about the same here where impact frames are more slowed down instead of stills for impact, but it still lacks the fluid feeling of the action itself.

Really like the adaptation so far, yes the action scenes doesn’t look as great as Mappa or ufotable shows but wasn’t expecting that because I knew about the studio which was adapting Sakamoto Days.Yes it deserves that type of animation and action because the manga is so good.But i personally enjoyed these two episodes.The action scenes are ok too ,loved these music and sound effects too.Don’t know why still some people are crying about the animation,that they want Demon slayer/Jjk season 2 level of animation considering the studio is not Mappa or ufotable.So far really good adaptation of a great manga.Btw Lu’s voice actress is one of my favourites so nice.

What do you mean Sakamoto Days can dream of having it?? It deserves that type of animation just like dandadan,have you read the manga ??It’s a masterpiece
